Absolutely fantastic experience today purchasing my car today! Christian was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He made I sure I was super happy about the car I was purchasing. He also did a great job of making sure I knew how all of the features worked on the car. Great service and I would certainly recommend Nissan of Columbus!

The people we interacted with were some of the most informational, nicest, people.. Jacsyn is the most politest, knowledgeable, busy little lady and we are so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her to obtain our 2023 Nissan Rogue.. Jeremiah and Tony worked their magic to get us into the vehicle of our choice and also stayed late to take care of us.. we would highly recommend this place to everyone!! Great personable service!!

The sales staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Our sales person, Jascyn was friendly and went the extra mile to deliver our new Pathfinder to us. She made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and its many options.

We had excellent service at Nissan of Columbus. Everyone was so extremely helpful and kind. Answered all questions and helped me walk my daughter through her first car purchase. I even ended up with a new car myself. We have used Nissan of Columbus before and will continue to be a loyal customer.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Set up a warranty repair for my rogue with only 5k miles on it to replace the steering wheel because there were some buttons broken. Set up the appointment and left my car with them to do that work and look into another issue. Turns out my steering wheel wasn t even there and the other repair that needed done was declined by warranty due to impact damage (my car has had no impact and it has been a whole different issue) Then weeks later I had to call multiple times to find out my part was finally in and to set up an appointment. Ridiculous. Everytime my husband or I have come to this place we have to search for a person. No receptionist, service advisors are missing, and no one else in sight. Two hours before they close. My husband had to walk all over looking for someone. Just ridiculous. Not only will I never be buying another nissan, but I am thoroughly unimpressed and disappointed in Nissan as an entire company. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Everyone was so helpful and patient with me. I have a very busy lifestyle and they never caused a fuss about me having to leave on short notice. I got a deal that was very fair and the made the process painless and fast and never tried to push me into something I didn t want like so many other places!

The salesman and managers were great to deal with. There was enough pressure for the sale that didn t make it uncomfortable at all. I felt a little pressure to purchase, but that s how it s suppose to be.During the purchase the team did a great job of going over everything I needed to know to get started with my new purchase. Couldn t have asked for a better experience across the board. Highly recommend!!

Truck was making a whining noise and come to find out it had a power steering leak. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They got the problem fixed fast and I was back on the road in no time.

AMAZING experience. Christian was so helpful and patient with us. when everything seemed to be going wrong, he did everything he could to help. The customer service in both sales and service are great! Kegin in service did a great job and kept me up to date on my vehicle repairs. Highly recommend this dealership!

Steven and the mechanical techs did a great job with my Infiniti maintenance as well as pin pointing an issue I was having in order to get the issue fixed. Any time I m in Columbus I will definitely use Nissan of Columbus! Dreyer Reinbold Infiniti, Greenwood has lost my business.

Jascyn was absolutely amazing! She greeted me upon entering the lot, was super helpful with making a selection of cars based off of my wants and needs. Walked me through every process from selecting a car, test driving, going through finance, the body shop walk around, and finally another quick look around the car explaining all of the bells and whistles once more. 10/10 recommend.

I drove 40 miles to Columbus believing that the first oil change was part of the purchase agreement. I was told that since I did not purchase the service agreement I would be paying. I had the service done since I had driven that distance I am very unlikely to return.

There are no words for how amazing the customer service is here. From the moment I stepped on the lot until the moment I drove away in my new car, I felt more like a friend than a customer. Christian was so personable and knowledgeable about all the cars. He was interested in what my goal was and what I looking for in a car. He never made me feel pressured. His lead Tyler was just as amazing. They got to know me in the time I was there and made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured to by a car, they allowed me to take my time. They also worked to get my payment exactly where I needed it. They were more focused on my satisfaction and meeting my needs than just selling a car. Angel made the paperwork process easy and fun. He is so personable. He explained things so well. They all did. I would give 10 stars if possible. I would recommend Nissan to anyone. So thankful to everyone that helped meet my needs and make my dream/goal a reality.

I've seen some price gauges on parts and service before but this place takes the birthday cake. I priced matched there venders and over head charge and compared them to an auto parts store not including labor it was 3 times the amount for a 170 dollar part plus 3 dollar set of seals were priced for 13 dollars a piece for 3.

I knew what I wanted before I stepped on the lot. The young man (Christian) that helped us get a test drive was very personable, but not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the 2023 Nissan Altima although he had not worked there long. I only stopped in at Nissan of Columbus to have a final test drive before purchasing a new car at another dealership because I did not expect them to be able to match the "best price" I had received at another dealership.After I showed the Manager (Blake) the price quote I had received and told him the time frame in which I wanted to buy a car; he took personal interest in my desire to buy a new Altima. Blake worked with me to get the price lower than any other dealer had gone so that I could purchase the car locally. I think Blake is doing a good job of building a customer base if he treats each customer the way he treated me.Finalizing paperwork seemed to take a long time, and some of the "explanations" about the car's features seemed excessive because we had already researched the car before coming to buy. (Other customers might find this helpful.) I appreciated the attention to little details beyond where to sign my name. They offered snacks, gave a tour of the building, and were mindful to fill the car with gas, and remove the window sticker for me before I left.
