Would give 0 stars! Went in for brakes and oil change promo. 5 days later I'm stuck at Walmart having to get a spare put on just to try to get home safely because your techs did not inform me of how absolutely severe and dangerous my tires were! Who does a "tire rotation" supposedly and puts two tires with major wires hanging out on the front of a front wheel drive car! You guys are going to get someone hurt!!!

Always so nice and easy to work with. They work around my busy schedule so easily. The prices are much cheaper than if I took my car to the dealership for service. They even diagnosed, got the part delivered, and had it replaced all within an hour!

The team got my car into the shop the day after I called them for a breaks, shock and struts. They completed the work by the afternoon and got me on my way. I was really happy with their explanation of their findings during their inspection and what work they completed.

Absolute Class Act. Jim and his exhaust specialists took care of a students exhaust which was causing a dangerous leak under his cab. They got us in without notice and treated us with a fair price. Really appreciate what Jim and his tech did for us . Thanks Midas HOOAH

I was traveling home to northern IL when I discovered the muffler connection was loose. Called Midas and they were able to see me right away. Had the problem fixed and I was back on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great, fast service. I would give this Midas location off of US 31 and Central Avenue in Columbus Indiana a full five star If Only They had just a little better sitting outside other than just a single park bench other than that my experience at this location was extremely Pleasant. Mike the manager the one that answer the phone I called I had let him know that I was going to come in and do a review on the store I have some issues with my brakes he was very very knowledgeable wanted to make sure that I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle he took the time to explain in detail what was going on Kevin out in the the shop the one that was doing the estimate on my brakes he was very willing to explain and show me what he found wrong with my truck this location I would recommend anyone to go to if you like my review give me a thumbs-up follow me thank you

Had done a vehicle inspection for a car i wanted to purchase. The list of items to be inspected was not exhaustive but was sufficient and economical for accurate vehicle assessment. I also think it would have helped if the detailed list was shared before the inspection. The inspection itself was quick and thorough. Great service! Jim was super helpful when I came in unsure about my tire warranty he made all the calls and took care of everything to get my tire fixed. I came in close to closing and they all stayed late until my car was fixed. They also rotated the tires for me so the tread wasn t random. Thank you Jim and Cory :)Service: TiresService: Tires

Love this location! Took the car in for routine oil change, they had me in and out in 15 minutes. The lobby is comfortable and air conditioned, great place to chill while they do what they do best. They also helped out last year when I needed new brakes. I was expecting a huge bill but they charge very reasonably. I appreciate knowing that I can call this location, and Jim will get me squared away.Service: Oil change

We were traveling from South Carolina to Indiana when a horrible noise developed. We determined that it was our front struts. I contacted several automotive shops who either didn t work on foreign cars or didn t have time for us. I tried Midas & spoke with Jim. He was very helpful & got us scheduled right away. He even ordered parts ahead of our arrival knowing that he might have to deal with returning them if they weren t what we actually needed. We dropped off the car & they had it analyzed & fixed within 3 hours!! Jim even followed up the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great communication! I took my car in to Midas to get my breaks done and they got me in right away. They were super friendly and affordable. Communication was great. Worst service ever!! @ 130295 miles, diagnosed with coolant leak at water pump and oil leak at oil pan. Midas changed them @ $594. After just 5 months, found the same issues again @ 133250 miles. Firestone Greenwood IN replaced them both. Had to shell out $600 again. Invoices from both service centers attached. Wasted a lot of time and money. Should have read through the reviews before takingng my car there. Please take your car at your own risk. Learnt from the reviews that these guys are more pertinent towards breaking things, rather than fixing them. Never stepping again at any Midas store. If you see this place, run away from these con men as fast as you can!!

I would give them zero Stars if I could. My elderly neighbors had brought their 2014 Chevy Silverado pickup truck to them with a noise. A scratching noise from the front end. They told them they needed their entire brake system rebuilt for $1,400 I looked at it the dust cover for the brakes on the front right tire and it was slightly bent and touching the rotor. The brakes were fine they have about a Year's worth of pad left on them. Do not go to this Midas. They will lie to you and take advantage of those who know nothing about cars. Shame on you Midas. Always get a written quote and a second opinion from any mechanic. The majority of them just want to squeeze as much money from you as they can. My car was leaking oil. I was able to get a next day appointment. The car needed valve cover gasket and oil pan gaskets replaced. Also needed new spark plugs. Everything was explained to me and all questions answered. The work was done same day and I was able to get my car by 5 pm. I did do some research just to check on the pricing and found these repairs were very labor intensive. The cost was comparable to prices I found while researching online. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees too.

I would never use this Midas shop. Read the other 1-star reviews before deciding to ignore my advice. (Unfortunately, I didn't) I took my 2005 Toyota Corolla in because it had developed a noticeable exhaust noise. I thought Midas would have the best range of options since they historically specialized in mufflers. In spite of my car type being one of the most common ever sold they told me that there aren't any less costly aftermarket mufflers for my car, so they had to use their premium one. I believed them then and had it put on for $600. I was dumb. Now I see on Napa''s website that it has lots of cheaper mufflers that are guaranteed to fit my car. But that is not the really ugly part of the story. After a few weeks a new exhaust noise developed. I suspected a defect in their install. So iI took it back to them for assessment. They said muffler was fine. But I had a hole in the catalytic converter and replacement would cost $1250, including only $175 labor. I wanted a second opinion for something that expensive. I took it to another regular shop in Columbus - fixed for $80. j JUST $80. There was simly a hole in the pipe between muffler and catalytic converter. Car is totally quiet now. This shop lied to me about a defective catalytic coveter and then tried to sell me a premium replacement. Napa has them for $250, not the $1075 they wanted. I would avoid this shop if at all possible. If you are smart, you will too.

Came in for brake inspection and the service tech was extremely nice and located the problem. He also identified another potential problem with my shocks. Not pushy for service and felt like they were honest. I had my rear rotors replaced and was in and out in less than an hour. Would definitely go back for future service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
