I had the most phenomenal experience at Ford of Columbus!Angel Cadiz, the Finance Manager, went above and beyond to make my car-buying journey smooth, stress-free, and absolutely special. He made me feel truly valued and respected, and his expertise was unparalleled.I also want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew Green, the amazing salesman, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.Ford of Columbus has set the bar incredibly high when it comes to customer service and quality. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Had an excellent experience here, it was my first time buying from this dealership. Jeremiah did an excellent job showcasing the truck I wanted. Craig also did an excellent job making me comfortable with the numbers and warranty s I was interested in, highly recommend seeing him if you go in. Zach in financing is also super helpful in walking you through everything and making sure you know what everything is before you sign it. I would definitely recommend this dealership buying new or used.

The folks that work here are fantastic. My buying experience at their dealership was 1st class. They care about their customers and put no pressure on them to buy. They put forth genuine effort and skill into the financing of their customers vehicles to ensure the best interest rates and payments that they can get a person. I would highly recommend this dealership and the other dealerships that are affiliated with them to make your next purchase. Ford of Columbus and Brandon Guerrero got me into my DREAM Ford Bronco!!! & everyone I encountered was so nice and friendly! Not one negative thing to say about this establishment! Sold my husband a truck that was in the shop for the whole time he had it until he soldIt. They refused to do anything about it. Will not be back - yes you called but did nothing about the situation. Taking care of the situation you would have offered to pay the shop bills or even half of them. At least something, to show you are actually trying to resolve the issue. Very poor experience and should have been handled a lot better than it was.

Ford of Columbus has been my go-to dealership. I ve purchased a 2016 GT350, 2020 GT350, 2019 Bullitt Mustang, and a 2021 GT500. They are OUTSTANDING and worthy of my repeat business.Updated: we purchased a 2024 Mustang GT in September and we just purchased a Bronco Raptor from Ford of Columbus. Blake, Tyler, and Jaycen were OUTSTANDING! I plan to purchase the 2024 F150 Raptor when it arrives. 5out of 5 stars!! The dealership is more like a close friend than a cold business. We ll definitely be back!

Kegan was very helpful and the entire staff went out of their way to get us a vehicle we wanted. They made looking for and purchasing our vehicle very simple and even gave us a tour of the facility while the car was being prepared to take home on the same visit! They Definitely earned our business!

The people at Columbus are very nice and easy to work with, but when you purchase a car you need to look at everything. The used car I purchased found when I got home that the power driver seat did not work and there was a oil spot on the driveway where it was parked.

Valet service is not dependable. My appointment for service was at 10AM they called at 8:30 asking to come pick up early, that was fine. They called just before Noon got the payment and said work was completed and they would bring my vehicle back to me at 1:00. I called them back at 2:30 and was told that they should be leaving the store soon to bring it back. I finally received my vehicle back at 3:15PM.

Overall pretty easy. Only issues I can say are, late on pickup and I had to call to discover this. When vehicle was returned driver left a water bottle in my cup holder.Nothing that would stop me from going back.

The Sales Associate Jordan Schoelch that I reached out to was extremely helpful, and a great conversationalist. I came in after having a previously purchased vehicle totaled, the team at Ford of Columbus didn t have exactly what I had before but got me into a 4 year newer vehicle for a lower interest rate! Nothing but good things to say for this extremely understanding and compromising team!

Everyone was extremely accommodating from the service department to the head Manager. Financially they did everything they possibly could to help us with the upside down value on the trade-in to get us the absolute cheapest payment. They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The service package is beyond my expectations. They were able to reach out to quite a few dealerships to find us a car that we would love, had all the items on our list of must-haves, and found a vehicle that we wouldn t be upside down on if we have to resell it or trade it in. By the end of it all the finance Manager was able to find an even cheaper payment that includes the service package! I can t say enough good things about this experience. I would 100% but from here again. Thank you Andrew!

I usually get a print out of the services performed on my vehicle. Yesterday I just got a on page report. When I asked Sydnei for the several page report she said that wasn't for me and gave me the one page list of services. I keep all those. Maybe she needs more training.

Have brought my vehicle for service a number of times. Over the years I do feel that customer service has decreased. While the quality of work appears to remain the same the service agent. Use to go through exactly what you were getting done the price as well as went through the inspection. The last 2 times I have been I had a paper sat in front of my and I was asked to sign. I had to inquire if the inspection had even been done and what the results were and was just told everything was fine and no additional information provided. I was told that they don t offer the inspection report any longer. As a consumer I would like to hear from the professionals if I should expect a large expense in the future and as a business they are missing out on sales opportunities to better service their customers.

This is just the service department. They were extremely professional. They were able to get me in and look at my truck. I have a check engine light gremlin that comes on and off. They were not able to diagnose the issue as it was off at the time and not in the memory. However they listened to my issue and connected the truck to check a few issues. They were honest in saying they didn't find anything and professional in checking a few things.I wish they could have found it but that is the truck and not them. I appreciated listening and considering the issue.

When I called to set up an appointment, I was told that they cared about the customer above everything. Told me they could help me. I explained my concerns and exacted why I was coming in. The rep was kind, had a nice conversation. However, he didn t tell me that they don t have sub lenders, and couldn t help someone without a large deposit. I saw 2 people that came in and left approved. The one guy didn t look above 19. At any rate I set there and hour, while they turned my credit up and down. Then after not checking on me, they sell 2 people, I got left without an answer. I won t go back here, they lied to me they couldn t help me, and made me feel like a second class citizen. Unless you have perfect credit they can t help! Wish I had known this, I wouldn t have made the 30 mile drive. Very Upset

I was told I couldn't get a simple drive-up oil change because they are understaffed. The individual told me they want to offer it in the future with more employees. I told him I would wait in the lobby for an oil change, but I was then told there are 7 appointments booked for the same time (8am). This is not my problem, but instead a problem with the business. I was not offered by the individual to make an appointment while I was still there.

Have a recall on my suv. After receiving the notification from Ford set up the appt with them over a week before I took it in to them. Dropped it off the evening before so they would have it first thing in the morning. Received a call from them late morning saying they never ordered the part. Never ordered the part and never bothered to contact me. We live over 30 minutes so this was a huge inconvenience. Having my suv serviced elsewhere. When I called to tell them my suv would not be in the lady made excuses on they were having problems receiving parts. Extremely poor customer service. Will not be back and will not recommend them.
