I got a new key cut for my Dodge and they worked with me and my schedule by having one of the techs stay half an hour or so later than expected. Much appreciated and thank you for getting it done fast!I didn't quite expect the price it cost but since it is chipped, being serviced is required. It is still cheaper than a key phob. Haha Again, much appreciated and I recommend this dealership.

I normally deal with the Spencer, Indiana branch which they are AMAZING to deal with!! However, I am a district property manager and Manage 6 different properties that are all in different cities. Last Thursday January 4th 2024 my 2017 Chrysler 300 left me stranded at the courthouse in Columbus, Indiana so since I have the ultimate warranty package I was able to call roadside assistance and they sent tow truck to come get my car and they took it to the closest Chrysler dealership (this was what our normal dealership recommended because we also have free car rental through our warranty package with roadside assistance but it states in paperwork that our vehicle must first be looked at by the dealership mechanic and diagnosed in order for us to get the free (up to 7day) rental car therefore we had it towed to the closest one and we also talked to that dealership before having our vehicle to be towed to that particular location. They said that they should be able to look at it by the next day but that it would for sure be looked at no later than Monday morning. It is now almost five days later and we were just told " I know you had it towed in last Thursday and I know that I told you it would for sure be looked at by this morning (because we had a 9am appointment scheduled) but I didn't get to it an I will tell you whenever I get time to look at it and once I do I will call you. Please keep in mind my husband let them know last Thursday that I had a very important surgery scheduled for today at 1pm and we have been as kind and very respectful everytime we have called because we understand that things sometimes happen but at this point enough is enough and I feel as though they should have told us in the very beginning that this could have been a scenario because all anyone has ever said to us was that it should be done by the weekend but that at the very latest Monday morning and Everytime we call we get the front desk girl and nobody ever calls us back its very unprofessional to say the very least. I have a job to do and I can't get my job done because I don't have a vehicle to get to my job because this dealership has my car and refuses to put the claim in to let me have the rental even though I have never once ever been late on a car payment (as a matter of fact I am always early on my payments) and I pay really good money for the ultimate warranty. Please fellas (Jerry in the service department to be precise), I work really hard for my money and I am not expecting you to get my car fixed in a day but I am expecting you to at least do the paperwork so that I can at least get the rental so that I can get my job done so that I can continue to keep my job and make my car payments on time. I also need a car to get to my Drs appointments and also to take my disabled vet father to his appointments also. Please please I beg you to do the job you are paid to do because in a since you hold people lives in your hands because most people need a vehicle to get to their job so that they can work and pay their bills and put food on the table.As for the public goes I can only arrest to the fact that it is taking a lot longer time then I was told it would take for theis dealership to fix or even look at my car and the won't call me back even though I have called multiple times begging for someone to call me back and tell me something. If you don't have a lot of time to wait ease don't take your vehicle hear to be looked at. I hope everyone else that is waiting is not as in such a bad predicament as me. I pray something gets done soon.Jennifer

We walked in 30 minutes before closing on Saturday and were greeted warmly. Parker took us for a thorough test drive that included downtown Columbus! Lisa prepared and explained all the paperwork very efficiently. In less than 2 hours after arriving at the dealership we were driving away with our vehicle. Everyone including the sales manager stayed late to make a great deal we were very happy with! Thanks for a great experience!

Was looking for a new ride for my fiance. She got hit by a speedy driver not paying any attention. If I was with her Ida been in the passenger side that got hit. Totaled the car. They have some nice replacement cars but prices are a little up there now a days.

I had been looking everywhere for a used car for my daughter with no luck. But when I called Jeep of Columbus a young man named Cross said he had the perfect car for us. We drove out there from Salem and I absolutely loved the car! I didn t even want to look at anymore! Our sales person s name was Nicole and she was just amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the car and showed us all of the details and how everything worked. She was so nice and made us feel so comfortable! I would recommend her and this dealership to anyone who is tired of the run around from other dealerships! You will not be disappointed! I surprised my daughter with this beautiful car and she loves it!!

Service department review. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I waited over 3 weeks to get my truck in to the diesel mechanic, by appointment. My truck has been in for over 3 more weeks now and still has not been more than just looked at. I'm picking up my truck and going elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND

John in service was fantastic as usual! He got my vehicle in quickly before a trip I was taking and the service people fixed the problem it was having. Bonus, they cleaned my car, what a surprise! Parents bought a used vehicle in the winter. Was told van was in good condition, no flaws. Fast forward 3 months and AC doesn t work, and dealership offered no compensation. 3K to repair. Take your business elsewhere.

Had an appointment. Got me in and friendly. Remembers me by first name. Tech came out to shake my hand and thank me (I have female veteran sticker on my vehicle) and I made sure his boss knows that meant a LOT!! Highly recommend!!

After looking and looking for my perfect Jeep, I stumbled across an ad for Jeep of Columbus. I wasn't sure I really wanted to go to a dealership one hour away but, boy oh boy, am I glad I did. Ethan Hathaway was AMAZING! He greeted me with a warm, friendly smile and didn't bat an eye when I strolled in with a carseat to check the fit before I test drove the Jeep. He was courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. He spoke to us like we were dear friends, even our infant! He and Angel Cadiz both made us feel like family as we completed the deal. Angel took the stress and nerves out of the financial part. His calm, easy going personality is just what i needed when it came to the money!! But it doesn't end there....the sales manager, Cross, reached out to see how I was liking my new Jeep. I mentioned to him that one small accessory was missing so he handled it on the spot!! I cannot say enough good things about Jeep of Columbus. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I STRONGLY suggest you stop and see Jeep of Columbus. ALL SO GOOD!! My husband's Shrimp Alfredo he said was delicious! My Chicken Marsalis was just beyond SO good! The wait staff was friendly. We love going there! The appetizers, especially the Bruschetta, the Cheese Sticks, the Cheesy Bread, and the Garlic Knots are all YUMMY! We are so glad we chose them for our anniversary dinner!

My car buying experience at Bob Poynter was extremely smooth. Brad Shanders was a wonderful Sales consultant and helped me in all aspects. I got an excellent deal on a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. I walked out with the car on the very same day . The staff is very polite as well. Overall my car buying experience was very good and I would recommend Bob Poynter if you are looking for a good local dealership for Hyundai

******PLEASE READ******So.. Thank you to Mr. Cross! I dealt with Cross about a certain vehicle. I missed a deal bc I waited to long. It was totally my fault. Someone walked in & purchased it before I made the deal a go. Cross didn't leave me. He went to work & tried his best to get me what I was specifically after. His numbers were phenomenal. I live in south Alabama, 600 Sumn miles away. I was going to make the trip bc he made it worth it. I was actually gone pay a small amount more just bc he was doing so much & well for us. He wanted to sell us a vehicle! Due to the specifics we wanted & with time frame & limited availability of our specifics, we just never got it done. With the heavy discounts of 10-15% off they were flying out doors sold. I wont give any exact figures but 10/15% off MSRP (10/15k) & 8/10k below KBB to me is a good deal. I mean everything out the door grand total. I have to buy my tag thats it. Me & my wife finally found one & got a deal worked out. It was just simply the matter of racing tryn to get what we were after. If we could have waited & knew we could have got it all done through Cross we would have done it. We were very specific on what we wanted. I felt we had to act the first chance that we got for it all to be done. I honestly wanted to give cross my business bc he did so much & made it so personal to help us. He was "working" for us so to speak. That's how I felt. The last time I called Cross I explained the deal to him & that I wasn't trying to twist his arm but we are just simply racing against time. That we found what we were after & it was just the time frame tryn to get one before the opportunity was gone. 2023, 2024s were on the way. He was totally understanding & agreeded that if we found it & could make it work for us that he can't blame us for that. He said if it DNT work out then let him know & he would try to get us one again. He was after one for us at this time but he was held up waiting for that dealer to confirm him being able to get it for us (it was like 6hrs from him). He did everything he could in the time he had. I will not hesitate to reach out to Cross again for a vehicle that's for sure. He makes it worth it for me. Cross, I think you may have missed ur calling being a car salesman lol. Think you should be doing motivational speaking or something. The very least leading training classes as a representative for professional development for new upcoming car salesmen. To the head person at Columbus Indiana CDJR. DNT take this man for grante. He is a valuable asset to your business & will benefit your dealership leaps & bounds in the future from the experience I had. Thank you! Very friendly atmosphere from the moment I first walked in. Was help by Craig and he walked me through the whole process and explained everything and was very nice. Did not rush me and took his time. Had good conversation throughout the process wasn't just all business. Would highly recommend coming here and having Craig help you get into a new vehicle.

When my son broke his leg in three places a few weeks ago he was left unable to drive a regular car for many months. A minivan was the only answer. Cross (sales mgr) quickly responded, helping us buy him a top-notch used vehicle from our home 2500 miles away in a matter of days! The results?Yesterday my son shared a video demo of how he could open the minivan, store the wheelchair inside, get behind the wheel and use a remote to button the whole thing up again to drive. He was delighted and made it clear that this is the best vehicle he's ever had. Though it isn't new, we can see it was beautifully detailed and with the new tires, etc it is a minivan we can all trust.The long distance transaction that Cross and his team enabled was much more than simply a vehicle purchase. It was life-changing, hope-inducing, and helps to bring us peace of mind knowing that he can travel safely and efficiently despite his disability for the next few months. We are really grateful for all the little things that Cross and his team did to make this possible. They went well above and beyond our expectations. Many thanks! Purchased a CPO Genesis from Dewayne, and it was the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. The car was in very good condition, and I would have believed that it was new. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Feel like they gave me a great deal for a car I am very satisfied with. Would highly recommend.
