Oli was great. Very nice young man. Really seems to care. Highly recommend him as a sales person. Tyler was great! I'm not always the easiest person to deal with. Love the car. Great deal! Just a minor issue with power window on passenger side. Hopefully will be fixed next month at dealership.

Working with Chevy of Columbus was wonderful! Draven and Corey took good care of me and treated me like family! Everyone was kind and courteous and hopefully as I go forward with them thru the years with my new purchase I will continue to have the same kind of interaction. I am certain I will! Recently I took my 2016 Chevy Silverado LT to get the oil changes and tires rotated. Raymond was my service advisor and he informed me that due to the wear and tear on the current tires, the tires could not be rotated because of safety concerns. He even took me to the shop area to show me the tire wear, which I greatly appreciated. After deciding to get a new set of tires, he was able to schedule the tire changes, tire balancing and alignment procedures on the same day. He was very forthcoming with timing of the extra work. He also mentioned that it would make sense to apply to the GM Customer credit card which I successfully did and earned an instant $250 rebate with my tire purchase. To make my experience even more valuable, he took me back to the shop area as the alignment was happening. Everyone at this dealership, including Raymond's boss Jessica were super helpful and kind and made my experience truly exceptional. I need to add that fact that I work for GM (in the vehicle development are) and that everyone I came in contact with fully embraced the core behavior we call "Customers First". Thank you to the entire team at Chevrolet of Columbus for making me feel that my experience was truly amazing. They will sell you a vehicle even when they shouldn t. If you have a doubt in your mind that you shouldn t buy a vehicle from them, follow it and go somewhere else. Sales staff is very professional and friendly only cause they want your money. Service is an absolute joke. Bought a truck from them almost a year ago, 7 miles down the road the check engine light came on. It took them 4 attempts to fix the problem. Each time I had to argue that it was a preexisting issue and that I shouldn t and wasn t going to pay for the repair. Once they finally fixed that issue, there repaired created another problem. Gave them an attempt to fix that and they said they did. Well the repair lasted about 3 months and then the problem came back. I reached out to them and spoke with someone but they were on vacation and said they would reach out to me when they got back(which I understood). Here we are almost 3 months later and I haven t heard anything. I ended up coming out of retirement as a mechanic and fixing my own stuff, and got it on the first try.

Great customer service on my oil change. Nice lobby, great environment. I was in and out in about half an hour with a friendly update every ten minutes on the car s progress. Nice people, great service.

Service was top notch!I needed a oil change. I called around 2:45 and the woman who answered the phone very politely scheduled me a 4:00 appointment that very day!The service people were extremely polite and helpful with questions i had.I definitely will be returning for all my service needs for Chevy.

I was probably the easiest sale possible: I knew what I wanted, had an online quote from your website, and wanted to walk out in 2 hours with keys. Unfortunately, the rate quote was way wrong, you insisted on the mandatory $1200+ detail package (which wasn't even on the vehicle yet), and this caused me to walk out with no keys and only a promise of delivery that night...only to be told that the battery needed to be charged. Next day, the car arrives with no battery range (it wasn't ever charged according to the app).If you want a good review, you need to earn some trust in dealers. I know this is not the norm for dealers, but it would warrant my consideration to return. Just let me walk in, sign papers, and you don't have to pay 2 juniors to deliver a car. Then, you only lose a few hundred dollars in cheap profit for the dealership. I think this would have been worth a better review.

I scheduled an appointment about a week in advanced, for 8am on Tuesday. I dropped my car off at 5pm on Monday night. At 1pm on Tuesday I called to check the status of my car and it hadn't even been looked at. They said they would "work it in" and call me back in an hour. Two hours later they called to tell me nothing was wrong. What was the point for scheduling an appointment if they were going to "work it in" after I called back. Ridiculous.

It was the first time getting a car from a dealership for me. Ive always bought my cars with cash from people I know. Tim Davidson was of tremendous help and handled my family that came in as well. He made sure I got to drive every car I wanted to and helped me find one that met my needs and wants.

Very helpful and you feel like you are important and they are really working to get you what you need. Very friendly never pushy. Go see Brandon Sawyer for your car needs he is great to work with and is there to help!I am updating my review because it seems like once you buy the car they no longer want to be helpful. Brandon and others were very helpful during purchase however not so much afterwards . I had an issue with the car before purchase when I test drove the car it was still at there shop for inspection. I noticed an issue with the rolling shade on sun roof (it did not roll properly) I told my salesman he assured me they would look at it. However it didn't get fixed during inspection and now I can't get anyone to answer the simple question of are you going to fix it. They advised it needed to go to their Ford Dealership as it was after purchase. They made the appointment for me to take it there and now no one can say if they are going to fix it or not also when driving over there I was told that the back driver side brake light and turn signal was not working. This is something that should have been found by the inspection. Ford service advised it was a wiring harness issue. Just glad I haven't gotten a ticket as of yet. Ford dealership advised that they would need permission for the repairs to be done from Chevy dealership that email was sent a week ago.I have made several phone calls and sent several text messages to my salesman and called sales supervisor with no resolve. They keep telling me I will find out and get back to you which in my opinion is a brush off. So just letting you know if you buy a used car from Chevy of Columbus once you take possession they no longer want to help.

I was at the dealer with my daughter to see if she could get a car. We worked with Eli Law and he was just wonderful. My daughter has two young children and he understood that safety was key in her decision. He showed her one of the used cars on the lot that met her needs and price range. The finance manager, Corey Wall, was also easy to work with and explained the whole process of purchase and extended warranty. We left with a car!

The Salesperson, Mr. Tilley, was the clencher. One out of thousands who anticipated my every question before I asked. He knew the New Trax inside and out and made sure I knew before I left. He also realized I drove an hour to the dealership and drove my old auto home while I drove my new Trax. He even laughed at my old jokes.

I assisted my mother with the purchase of a used vehicle. Our salesman Nick was great! He responded to any and all questions and is very knowledgeable. My mother has put this purchase off for years due to the hassle luckily Nick made it extremely easy on her. Due to our great experience we highly recommend this dealership and Nick to others.
