Matt was my salesperson. He is kind and courteous. Was straight forward with all questions I asked. Also Rob in Financing was very kind and helpful as well!!! Thanks for getting me in a car that met my needs!!!! I would recommend Byrider to anyone looking to buy a car and have courteous staff working with them.

Great place to get a car if you're trying to build your credit! But the only way you'll enjoy your service with JD byrider is if you ask for my guy Matt at the Columbus location. Awesome customer service.

I've purchased three vehicles from JD Byrider in my lifetime and have only had excellent experiences. They've been nothing less than impressive -and- I will never hesitate to refer family and friends. Having recently purchased the 3rd vehicle, I rest easy knowing we have an affordable vehicle that my family can rely on. The cherry on top comes with knowing they're a company who honors their warranty without hesitation.Additionally, despite the common stereotypes associated with 'used cars' and 'used car salesmen,' my interactions with JD Byrider have fostered a unique level of trust in them that I doubt I could find with any other business.

Scott Cook is an excellent consultant! Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.Purchased a vehicle today. The vehicle is highly overpriced and the interest rate is very high but it s what you expect when you have bad credit. Vehicle description on website is inaccurate. They list the details from the original sales tag rather than listing actual description of the vehicle on-hand. Thought I was getting key fobs based on the description online but they don t have the key fobs.

The people that work here are absolutely phenomenal! Had the pleasure of closing on a car with Robert Cook and Robert "Scott" Cook (no relation) for a really nice Chrysler. They were incredibly thorough and took me through every step making sure I understood the entire process- Thank you �1,000,000 for that by the way, it very much eased my nerves on buying my first car. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for wheels.
