I ve never met a more lazy bunch of people in my life. Unless you are a lady.. I don t know how many times I ve been told they aren t able to help anyone else because they have cleaned up for the night and then next thing I know a lady is getting her car pulled in the garage . Or they are talking to a lady on the phone saying they can help her if she gets there in the next 15 mins but I ve been turned down. I ve even tested this by calling and then having my girlfriend call they turned me down but then again told her if she can get there in the next 15 mins they can help her.. it s honestly pathetic.

Google said they are open till 7. Got there hoping for a batter so I don't have to jump my car at 4 am. Nope. They closed at 4.

Columbia city's auto center stinks! The last couple times I've needed tires I've had to either wait cause they didn't have the brand that I wanted or they don't have a full set on hand or at all so I have had to make it a point to go back whenever they tell me they'll have what I need plus I don't really care for the fact that it's "First come first serve" because if you're like me and work and you can't always get there soon enough they can send you away if it's close enough to their quitting time (bout half an hour to 45 mins) just better to look elsewhere for similar services

I had screw in tire the gal tried to remove and slipped and ruined my tire , just said I am so sorry, they didn t charge me but didn t offer to make it right with me either. So now I have to go buy a new tire at another tire store. They are not very good at taking care of your vehicle. I will not go there again. Not sure they have qualified people employed

They stood behind the road hazard warranty when I had 2 nails in my tire. They replaced it with a new one. That doesn t happen everywhere although it should. They got me in and out quickly too! I appreciated that.

Make sure they double check any work they do. They removed the seal/gasket in my daughters car during an oil change and did not put it back. We are lucky we caught it before it was to late!!

I was told 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation, which was fine. I came back to the service area after 1 hour and 40 minutes. My car was sitting in the bay. I thought it was almost done. 35 more minutes go by and I look out the window again and the mechanic is just starting to change the oil. Needless to say I was not happy. The attendant informed me the tires were rotated and the oil change was the only thing left. Another 20 minutes go by and the 1 1/2hour approximated job is completed in 2 hrs and 35 minutes. Mind you as I was waiting 3 men in mechanics uniforms chit chatted behind the desk.

They claim to be first come first serve, but will not manage order of cars well. On several occasions of having arrived as a first car for an oil change, I waited for well over an hour for the change.
