The process is always easy and friendly. My issue is I had a coupon and I believe it said my car would be vacuumed out. So I made it where everything was cleared out so vacuuming it would be simple. But I wasn t done. Why give a coupon saying something will be done if it isn t? The oil change was done and everything else about my visit was great.

I made an appointment on Friday to look at a used truck Saturday morning since I had a 2 hour drive. Over half of the way there, the dealership called and said somebody came in and was purchasing the truck and wanted to know if we were still coming. When we arrived, the truck was on the hoist, checking out noises from the other customers' test drive. Then they asked us to wait, claiming we did not take priority because it was first come, first serve for a sale. The dealership has no integrity!

I had a great experience buying my 2024 Chevy Silverado at City Chevrolet. Ale was a great sale person and had good knowledge of the truck I was looking at. I certainly wanted a deal and those negotiations were very civil and not mean spirited in anyway. They handled the financing at a very competitive rate also. Just a super smooth transaction from start to finish. Everybody I dealt with made the experience better. If you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give City Chevy a chance at your business. You won't be disappointed.

I am very disappointed with city Chevrolet, especially with management and sales. I came to city Chevrolet hoping that I would be treated with respect and valued as a customer. I was lied to and was sold a Vehicle that had many problems. Not once was I offered my money back, as advertised by city Chevrolet. I informed city Chevrolet well before the 72 hours to get my money back, but what has happened is that I have been paying for repairs on the vehicle ever since I've had the vehicle. I would never refer anyone to go to city Chevrolet for anything. I do respect Brain in the service department, he has been very professional and kind. So thank you Brain. **** Warning ****To any city Chevrolet customer who have purchased a extended warranty from them, they are not honoring the terms of the warranty. I purchased a extended warranty from city Chevrolet paid cash for vehicle as well as the warranty. My last visit to the service department, which has been the sixth time with in six months.I was told that I had reached the limit of my warranty. My warranty state's that once I reach 136,000 miles or 3 years that's when I will need to purchase another warranty. My vehicle has a 124,000 miles. I've only had the vehicle for 6 months as of today. So how is my warranty not Valid ? I've reached out several times to the general manager regarding this issue and as of today, I have not heard anything back from them. I guess my only Recourse is to Retain an attorney to take legal action. So in closing, please beware of City Chevrolets business Practices.

My truck had a quirky electrical problem that continued to manifest into multiple issues. The guys were able diagnose, find the problem and overnight the pars to fix it. Haven't had an issue since!

Kylee is an excellent salesperson! I specifically chose City Chevrolet for my purchase based off my interactions with her versus the dozen other salespeople at other dealerships. From my initial search MONTHS ago she remained very patient, responsive, kind, courteous, and goes above and beyond! Definitely my BEST car buying experience and based on that alone, you have a customer for life. I will refer people to CC, specifically to Kylee and/or Ale, who was also helpful in setting up the GM app on my phone and even helped move everything from my Jeep into my new Trax! Highly recommend!!!

They did a oil change and tire rotation which was fine. I asked about why I can't receive text messages that come through screen on Blazer. I can go into menu settings and see the Blazer receives them but it doesn't show up on screen or alerts me either. I receive calls fine. No one at dealership could help me. The service tech Steve said he would research it and get back with me. I never heard back from him or anyone from dealership!

I thought I had found a good service place. But after 4 trips for the same issue I am not happy. It still isn't correct and they cannot find their mistake. I believe that they warped my rotor when they resurfaced it. Not once but twice! A simple brake job at a recommendation of GM standards, NO prior issues.One time being told I needed to ride the brakes and stop harder to correct an issue. Bad product was only part of the issue.Insinuating that I am wasting employee unpaid time and nothing is wrong is NOT acceptable ever!!Update:Thank you Derrick for stepping up to make this right. 2 weeks out and so far good going.

The team at City Chevrolet did a great job of making my purchase of a lightly used vehicle a pleasant experience! They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the entire process and that all of the details of the deal were seen to through the end. The service team there is incredibly friendly and helpful and are a joy to work with. I can say without a doubt that I will heartily recommend City Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a new or used Chevy.

I just purchased a new 2019 Chevy Silverado. What an amazing experience! My salesman was Joe Moravec. I don't normally leave google reviews but when I do its because of outstanding services I receive more like Joe and City Chevrolet provided me! Joe was not only attentive to my every text, but even after the sale was done he kept updating me on the accessories that I wanted done. When I went to pick up the truck it was super clean but as I was going over the truck I noticed Joe took his time wiping the truck down one last time removing dust, and whatever details he saw because to me it looked super clean! That just showed his level of customer care satisfaction! The whole buying process was made easy here! Thank you Joe, and because of you I will be definitely be recommending family and friends to purchase for Columbia City Chevrolet, and I'm excited and comfortable from now on to use City Chevrolet as my new service dealership as well.

Having a car again is great! Thank you, Les, for being so friendly and helpful. He took his time, joked when our kids were being rambunctious, explained everything he could to us about each vehicle and generally had the most comforting personality of all the salespeople we spoke to. The whole process went about as smooth as it could have gone. After the first day of browsing through multiple dealerships, my partner and I went home exhausted, but we kept on talking to each other about how we wished Les could have gone with us to every lot we had visited. And so far, the Jeep we bought runs great. It can climb a steep street way easier than our old Nissan, has more room, doesn't almost die if I have to take a gravel road and is much, much nicer to look at. Thank you, Les and the whole crew at City Chevrolet!

If it were possible to leave less than one star I would. Bought a brand new vehicle and have had nothing but problems. Sent in for service multiple times with absolutely no resolution. Pretty sad when you try to support local business and get completely screwed over. Would not recommend to anyone even buying something brand new terrible business.

I really appreciated the non forced discussion with sales representatives. It was very stress free and the associates weren t afraid of discussing the values of merchandise when someone came in with knowledge of what they wanted and the way the market is. Very well done at this location and I would not hesitate to send someone there for a vehicle.
