Go see Mo Jatala at City Automall for your next car. He was so patient with us when we had lots of questions and were undecided. A genuinely friendly person really makes the car buying experience less stressful. We checked out a couple cars and ultimately left the lot with a new 2024 Equinox.So, if you're looking for a new ride, I highly recommend a stop at City Automall.

Rob in the Ford service department took great care in advising me on maintaining my vehicle. I had a little concern, he had it checked, verified with the technician I m ok and had an oil change performed quickly. You re in good hands with him and Tyler at Ford.

I bought a Hellcat Redeye Widebody off City Automall, my all time dream car, and my first time buying a car overseas. The salesman I dealt with was Zachary Ott. Top bloke who made everything super, super easy especially since it was also his and the dealership s first time selling a car internationally. He was super friendly, and it became pretty clear very early on that helping me out and making a somewhat daunting process as easy as possible was his number 1 focus. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with City Automall, and to anyone looking to buy a vehicle whether your local or overseas, give these guys a go. I will definitely be coming back in the future for my next car!!

Out of State Purchaser on a vehicle not even listed in their inventory as it was on intake status. Sold vehicle from under me as I waited (5 minutes) for the salesman to Email me a copy of the Carfax he would obtain from his Manager as their dealership website was not working properly. Question honesty and integrity of business establishment. Poor customer service.I had notified Salesman I wanted to purchase vehicle and to arrange shipping transport. Carfax to confirm their advertised details of vehicle.Buyer beware before you are another disappointed potential customer.Terrible experience.

Came here and my guy Bryant hooked me up from begining till the end. I can't remember the owner or the boss's name but he was really cool and helpful also. I bought the 2023 Chevy RST with the big bad 6.2 engine. This truck puts a smile on my face everytime I hear that exhaust fire up. They had it on the show room floor nice and shinned up. Plus they are one of the few that honor the General Motors employee discount. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from this place.

Ale & Kylee were wonderful! My first time leasing and they both made it a great experience. The car was detailed while we went through the paperwork. Unfortunately, the detail was a rushed job and could have been better. Other than that, 10/10.

This ole girl is 7 years old....she got a SPA day recently at City Auto Mall (Chevy side) and looks and smells brand new!City Chevy checks even checks cabin filters during "detailing"....if you suffer w.allergies it could very well be time to change yours out. Kudos to Andrew for a job well done!

City Ford service writer Rob, and their technician Bob have been helping with a particularly hard to diagnose and fix issue on my truck. While the repair has taken a while they have been excellent in providing updates and working with my schedule and providing me a loaner vehicle. Would definitely do business here again.

An exceptional customer experience is almost extinct in today s world. The art of in-person sales with a smile, guiding a customer at their pace, and not the business pace, is very hard to find. But yesterday Jo and I found it alive and being nurtured in Columbia Indiana. Thank you from both of us! You are truly service with a smile and thoughtful in your approach.Making a large purchase is already fraught with stress, then add trying to do it 2 hours away from home and you have all the ingredients for possible failure. Non the less, your team has a great recipe, from you and Jeff, ending with Charles in your kitchen to finish the job like fine dining. It was very much appreciated, and it made buying the new truck that much more satisfying. We are glad we made the trip.

My wife and I recently purchased a truck from the salesman Mo. He was great to work with, and willing to answer any question that we had through the process! Would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle deal with Mo. The entire process was relatively very simple. Our only complaints were that the vehicle interior was still very dirty and it was supposed to have been detailed, and we felt that the customer service from the finance department could ve been better.

When it comes down to customer service and satisfaction Joe Payton is at top of his game. So if finding a good dependable used car with low mileage and at a reasonable price with exceptional service is important. Then Drive out to City Auto Mall and ask for Joe Payton!!

Very nice people. The price for the vehicle was way to much let alone having to deal with a loan payment now. Was not able to put both my kid and my name on car. The loan was almost as much as the car. The car Definitely is Not worth what I am going to have to pay for it. But I was totally desperate so it's a vehicle.

First of all, all staff at both City stores are awesome. Very professional and great communicators. I had my truck recently serviced and repaired at Ford. Tyler the service advisor was great to work with. Dalton in parts had everything ordered and at the shop in a timeless manner. Brandon the technician got my truck running better than ever! Highly recommend if you are looking for the best vehicle maintenance and customer service in Columbia City.

Just the average typical dealship that doesn't honor their word! I bought a Ford F150 here about two years ago. After receiving a few voicemails and an offer in the mail like I provided a picture of, I decided to bring my truck in and see what they would give me. They offered me below fair trade-in for Kelly blue book. I showed the paper and brought up to Joe Payton (the salesman I was working with) what paper said about getting up to $3000 more than the KBB value said and he just pointed out that it said "up to" and I said yeah , but I'm actually being offered less than the lowest value for my trade-in. I then handed him a detailed offer for a trade-in offer I received from another dealership and he took it to his manager and said it had to be more detailed and "you can't just assume they would give me for the trade-in what they said". Of course he tried to distract me with the pathetic offer and City Automall not honoring their word by trying to show me the financing with a truck I mentioned I would have been interested in if the trade-in value was good and the miles on that truck weren't so high. Typical Salesman gimmick trying to distract you from focusing on a pathetic trade-in offer to get you to buy another vehicle and just forget about the pathetic trade-in value they are giving. The picture of the paper I provided doesn't mention about the challenge that Kasey Shirey (the General Manager/Owner of City Automall)gives. He provides this other paper that I'm sharing that links to a YouTube video he made with the $500 challenge that wasn't honored when I shared it. I used to think this place was better than other dealerships. Now I know better!

Travis and Mo were great to work with. When a woman goes in to buy a big vehicle, sometimes they aren't taken seriously. These two understood what I wanted and I drove out of City Ford in a new Bronco Wildtrack (hot pepper red metallic), ready for summer now for sure. Thanks for all the help! I will be back again

I traded in my basically brand new 2020 Toyota forerunner to them towards a Lincoln navigator. The owner was a complete hothead and attacked me over a squished irrigation cap. I mean completely flew off the handle, even though I was instructed to park there and the cap had obviously been broke for quite a long time because there was dirt and grass clippings smashed down in it from last fall.Less than 1000 Miles later the wheel bearing was bad on the Lincoln. No help from them I completely came out of pocket. I also discovered that the front emblem that supposed to light up doesn t work. They didn t disclose that. When the bearing went bad, we looked at the differential and I discovered that the differential I ve been taken apart and completely rebuilt. Nothing on the Carfax and never disclosed to me. Then I took the car through a car wash and realize that the light bar on the back for the brakes has a seal is broken and there s water all inside of it. That was not disclosed to me. Buyer beware. These guys just want your money and that s it. They re rude and obnoxious.

One of the best experiences I ve had at a dealership!! Worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted! Shaughn Slain was an awesome salesman and worth the 2 hour drive to buy a vehicle off of again! Also the finance manager does an awesome job finding amazing rates. Very pleased customer

Had to share my experience here with Jacob Ferguson. Wow, it really makes a difference to take time and to have patience with customers. He was dedicated to finding us the right vehicle. Even though we didn t find it at city auto I will definitely be coming here in the future for any car needs, and sending friends and family to city auto. Really fantastic customer service. We have bought our last 3 cars here and probably bought from them for the last time. They don't inform you about recalls until after you've taken your car somewhere else. They seem to care more about getting your money than what they do for your safety.
