Buchanan s did an excellent job on my small insurance claim repair. I was able to easily send a video and pictures of the damage and they provided me an estimate from there. They have rental cars to pick up on site. When I came to pick up my car it had been vacuumed and the interior dusted.They communicated with us through the whole process. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back here.

I had some pretty hefty work that needed done and assumed it would take quite some time to get repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me a week after dropping it off that it was done. The whole process was quick and easy. They even detailed the inside which I greatly appreciated!

Buchanan did an exquisite job on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. They had it for a little over a week but they were very detailed and I am extremely content with the work done.

I absolutely LOVE their work!! Very friendly, courteous, and really do a great job at communicating with you. I didn t understand some of my insurance coverage and car rental. They helped take care of all of it. They made me feel very secure, every step of the way. I highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed at Buchanan s!!

Just got my vehicle back today they took an extra day to get it done due to one of the repair men being sick. They called and let me know glad they informed me no big deal life happens and I'm sure they were going crazy in the shop due to GM being on strike and I have a Traverse. My vehicle looked great glad they didn't rush though just to get it done they even cleaned it out I was very impressed. The last guy I had I took to Kelley Chevrolet to get it repaired and I was not happy with the results at all definitely taking all my vehicle needs to Buchanan's great customer service and friendly staff.

Have taken my Ford Explorer, Toyota Camry, Ford Ranger, and today my Nissan Rogue for body work. The work they performed to restore my vehicles to like new condition was superb! The employees are well qualified and conscientious about their work. Owner John Buchanan with his son Ben operates an A+ business! I highly recommend this place if you have any automotive body work to be done!

Had my truck insurance repair completed there. They did a great job, were very professional, provided me a loaner to use while the vehicle was being repaired and even detailed the inside of the vehicle upon return!! I am amazed at the quality of work done by Buchanan! My car looks as though the damage never occurred. The customer service is amazing, prices were absolutely fair, and work was timely. I will return here for any auto body work that I require in the future, and I will be referring anyone I know or meet who needs auto body work to Buchanan as well.

I was having issues closing my door all the way since wintertime. Thought I would give them a call and see if they could take a look at it in the near future. They said to swing by and they would be more then happy too. Not only did they look at it but they had it fixed in about ten minutes. Even after fixing it, he still made sure the door was adjusted perfectly and said if any other problems pop up with it to let him know. They are extremely friendly and well versed in their jobs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They have repaired our vehicles every time we have hit a deer or someone has hit us for the past 15 years. They always stand by their work and do a great job. Very friendly service.

Buchanan automotive is a true family owned and ran body shop. I have been using them for over 20 years. And in 20 years when you see the same employees and few that leave it says something about the work proformed and the end products. Great business tp deal with as a consumer and a vender.

They did a small collision repair for me. Turned it around very fast, did quality work. Looks like new, couldn't be more pleased.
