I needed a new battery in my husband s car. I had no idea which one would work. The wonderful lady at the register was so darn helpful and kind. Within minutes I had a new battery installed even in the freezing cold! Super nice guy did it! I m sure I saved a bundle! My husband always has the dealership do it. He was out of town, so I did it my way .and in his big car, too! Ha! This store is fab!!

Never acknowledged I was there so I figured out what I needed by myself. Then stood at the checkout while two guys in the back just shot the breeze so I finally just walked out. Be a good place to start an auto parts store.

I have had to many issues with AutoZone over the years and I'm done with the company. I have no issues with employees at AutoZone only how the company operates. I went through 4 water pumps on my dodge ram in 1 year because everything is rebuilt from AutoZone. Bought from NAPA and never had an issue again. This time I have a part ordered for my car and the part inside the box is wrong! How do you put the wrong part in a box and sell it? Can't read or just don't care?

I live in Warsaw but make my drive here to avoid the Warsaw store.Great customer service!I can't remember his name, but the older gentleman was so delightful & beyond helpful.I'll definitely be returning.

Yall need some employees.. while the lady was arguing with one customer two others walked out while I waited 15 min for her to acknowledge we were there! It s ridiculous and horrible customer service

I was helping a friend replace a MAP sensor and alternator and that where she get her parts from. I picked up some duralast wipers for 12 bucks a piece. I tried the rainx and I didn't think they were very good. I know they didn't last long. Very nice and helpful people working there.

Had lawn mower battery that went bad purchased the battery through this auto zone thought about the warranty if it was still active was informed it was on the phone so I took it in. From there I was then informed that the battery was not in warranty. I will start taking my business somewhere else.

I came here with a receipt for another store who could not put my light in because they just didn t know how to get the lid off. Jerry and Heather came to my rescue and put it in! What a great team they got working here!

Stopped in to buy a new battery the older gentleman replaced it for me and put in a rear brake light cuz I don't know anything about them and they were just wonderful he was just wonderful.

So, this is an autozone. it's got stuff you may need, which is fine, but the people who work there seem to not even know what they have...your best bet here is to get in, make a purchase, and get out without interacting with any of them. They won't have any useful answers if you ask them anything anyway

I went to Walmart first to get a new battery and they refused me service! So I went to autozone and they took care of everything for me! He took out my battery and stuff leaked on his arm and fingers. He went and washed it off because we had to wait on a manager the battery would not scan so as the manager took care of me he washer his arm off and then he took the new one and put it in for me and that is what makes people come back! THANK YOU COLUMBIA CITY INDIANA AUTOZONE FOR ALL YOU HELP! It cost me 213.99 dollars for my battery! But I've had my car 10 years and this is the first battery I've bought for it!!!

Quite irritated that this Columbia City store does not have current hours posted on the facility. I understand the modified hours "due to covid-19" happening but as I was right next to the store at 8 p.m. I just walked up, no reason to look online while being so close, and checked the window sign for hours. Window still has open until 9 and I stated that to an employee. His response "we're closed" as he shrugs his shoulders and says sorry. Told him it would be helpful to posy new hours on the window and he just replied again that they are closed.

Passing through on a long trip, they went above and beyond to help us with some car trouble! They called several people until they found a great guy who came to their parking lot and worked on it right there! He was such a blessing and wouldn't let us pay him for over an hour of labor!

I needed a battery for my Polaris ranger 500. I bought a larger one that still fit in the battery box. It fit snug! I would have given 5stars but the price of$153 for such a small battery was crazy

Seriously thank you guys so much!I sputtered into the advanced auto parts next door to these guys with a dead battery and no working alternator to charge it, and still an hour and a half to drive in the dark to get home. Advanced was closed so I ran over to autozone and the two employees (didn't catch their names) were incredibly helpful to the point of going over the top to make sure I made it home safely.They helped me find the right battery, drove me back to my car, installed it, charged my old battery, and even gave me a wrench so I could swap my old battery in on the side of the road if it didn't make it all the way there.These two were seriously so nice and genuinely just wanted to make sure I got home safely, no matter the amount of effort it took from them.These employees went over the top in helping me get home, and for that I am very appreciative.

Everybody there has alway been great. I alway go there first. Read the couple bad reviews because well I was bored. Alicias guys aregreat and yep some arent as smart as others. Some I have no idea why they work there because they are way smarter than they need to be. But all of them will genuinely make their best effort to help you. Sounds like a couple of the people on here need a free kitten and a butt wax to be happy.

I'm known by name here. Which for business is very excellent for my truck not so much but I love the fact that every time I enter this store I am helped promptly and nobody has ever been rude no matter how difficult I've been. Alisha is one of the best managers and she always makes everything right if something goes wrong.

Good place to get quality auto parts. I ordered the parts around 9 am and the parts were at the store waiting on me at 1 pm. The staff put my parts off to the side to make sure they were there when I arrived to pick them up. Great polite staff. I will be returning for all my needs.

Was dissatisfied with the customer service the person hwo was taking care of me was rude and disrespectful! Good thing we have an O'Rileys because im just sick of the poor service this is not the first time I was talked down to or was treated like I was a naive kid. so I guess they missed out on a potential customer.

I am impressed with all this crew !!!, always have a great attitude to help the costumers.I used to buy all my autoparts at O'#@?%s, but they never tried to help the costumers with rewards or what we need .Totally recommend AUTO ZONE AUTOPARTS, ( just in columbia city " because the warsaw location is sucks too!!Please do something about it (((( warsaw indiana is the worst autozone, Employees need some costumers help , attitude training))))

Not bad but there often more expensive than Fort Wayne locations, but they won't tell you that unless your smart enough to know better. Ask for Fort Wayne price if you want to save money live better lol

This place is hit or miss. Some of the people in there are very knowledgeable about stuff and some people dont know the difference between brake fluid and blinker fluid!! Many of them treat women like we are stupid. The manager, I think her name is Anita (blonde-ish hair) is very intelligent and knows her stuff!! If they could all be like her I would shop there exclusively!!
