The employees at Andy's always do a great job of getting my car clean. More attention is used at the beginning with the scrub brushes and wands in the pre-wash than I find being given by their competitors. And I love that they have free use of the vacuums at the end. The staff is always friendly, and the owner has been awesome when responding to a slight issue I had during a recent car wash. She more than took care of the issue and was amazing to work with. I highly recommend Andy's car wash!

They did an absolutely horrible job on my interior. They didn't wipe down my center console at all. Doorsills are still dirty. My dashboard is still dusty. They did clean my floor mats and my windshield though. But a very underwhelming job on everything else. The exterior job was very good though. Did a great job on that.

My favorite car wash in Northern Indiana. I used to run and even owned a car wash years ago. So I'm pretty hard to impress with a car wash. This place is great and we drive from Warsaw to go there.Highly recommend

We absolutely love Andy's Car Wash.Great customer service & family.We're so very satisfied with the cleaning our cars get everytime.Lately we've had to use a few other car washes in surrounding towns because we were not in Columbia City & hands down ANDY'S beats them all!!We're lifers for sure!

Andy's Car Wash got a visit from me today in Columbia City, Indiana; it's only my second time going because that little entrance makes me so anxious when pulling the Edge in, and putting it in neutral while sitting back and letting it all happen.. His Staff Absolutely awesome sauce- They answered all my questions, made me feel very comfortable too.. They are super sweet and made sure everything went well during our interaction Top notch job at Columbia City location!(the Edge looks so clean compared to Busco Car Wash which has gone downhill) Andy's Car Wash has my business now!

I recently bought a used van and it was sitting under a tree for some time. It had quite a bit of tree sap on the roof. I bought the best wash service Andy's offer, and it cleaned it right up!

I've been there multiple times. Never had to do a second wash. Again, it depends upon your selection of service.Free vacuums for your own personal touch for inside cleaning.I understand that tipping these days is a standard. But to tip before service is rendered to me, that is questionable.

All in all decent car wash operation. They offer automatic car wash, self wash, vacuums, and some car washing supplies. They also take card, cash, or coins so you can get in and out at your convenience.

Best car wash in Columbia City. Employees are always very polite and thoughtful of detail. They do a great job with the wash as well as interior cleaning. I always make sure to leave a nice tip as you don't get this kind of service elsewhere!Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

Never been on the Do it yourself side of things here. It was good. A bunch of quarters later about 25 minutes later, it was clean. My road dirt and yard clippings covered mobile beast was clean. A few moments of running back to feed the beeping supply. But it was good. Everything worked. That was my main concern. Everything all functions of selectivity worked. Yes, I have been there a few times now. Definitely will be going back.

I don't take my vehicles anywhere else! The staff is fantastic and friendly! This is a Veteran and First Responder friendly place as well! Highly recommended!

They do a great job and prep the vehicle well prior to wash. I do not like the tip system they have. Starting with 15% and going up. You can put in your own dollar amount, but seriously start with 10% or maybe $1.00 increments. It is pretty expensive to get a car wash and asking for a 15% tip right off is a bit much. Your not preparing or serving a meal or craft drink. :) The vacuum system is not good. I use the one across the street at gas station or the one at laundry mat.

Price was right for a quick clean up and go. The stalls could definitely use a spring cleaning ... Mud riddled stall grates likely from sloppy customers... But stall was servicable even on a balmy january day

Best car wash in CC! Employees are very professional and ensure all cars are cleaned to their customers standards, even if that means they have to give them a rewash. Andy s is family owned and they take pride in getting your car clean. Tip your attendants!

I'm not a fan of touchless car washes that don't actually clean your car. This is the old school type that does an excellent job actually wiping away the dirt and grime on your car.Staff is great, wash bays are good. Full service wash is a little pricey after factoring in the tip. Paid $15 for a wash with clear coat ($12+tip). Their top wash is $25 with detail, bottom is $8 for wash and rinse. Only downside I found was the hard water spots it left at the end. Definitely recommend drying yourself with a chamois cloth.

Great automatic car wash. They also do interiors. Way better than any other automatic wash. My pick up truck comes out looking great compared to other washes.
