These guys did a amazing job. Quick turn around once insurance approved claim. Parts came in fast, car looked great and was very clean once I got it back. Would definitely recommend for any auto body work.

Great service from the new owners and their team. They were flexible when it came to scheduling my appointment, then when I was late they still managed to squeeze me in and were very friendly about it. They got all 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced very quickly and the price was a lot lower than other local competition. Nice, clean shop and good conversation. Thanks, guys!

New ownership has brought life back into the business here in Clinton. I didn't have a bad experience before but the new ownership has increased and built off of the business. Good trusting work at a fair price is hard to find, look no further.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! If it wasn't for them, my sister and I would be stuck on the side of the road for who knows how long.My sister & I's tire had exploded in Clinton, IN on our way from Chicago to Nashville. Our spare didn't fit. And not to mention, we spent hours calling around trying to get some kind of help. Thanks to COVID policies and shortages, everything had to either be ordered in advance or you had to have an appointment. The odds were not in our favor. Despite Elite Auto's busy schedule, they were able to fit us in and send us on our way safe and satisfied. Mike and his staff really went above and beyond to help us! I still cannot thank them enough.

Fast, Friendly and easy on the wallet. Tires are tires, so service is what sets dealers apart. Your taken care of more as a friend than you are as a dollar sign at other places. This is the only place I go when I'm in need of assistance, and recommend everyone give this place a try when your in need of tires for their vehicle.

Quick and competent. They always do the job right the 1st time. (I've been here many times but this time was for a punctured tire. Felt like less than 10 minutes to get the vehicle in and the tire fixed. Great job!)

Got an oil change on a Saturday. The staff are not the friendliness, very factual, and my car smelled like smoke after the oil change, but disappeared after 5 minutes of driving. The service was fast and fair price.

We have had numerous friends go in and their lug nuts weren't tightened after tire changes. We do business there but we also only let Ted work on our vehicles, he has done a great job for us for years. If he wasnt there we wouldn't go at all.

This place is a straight rip off... Do not recommend anyone to take there car here. If you are a woman it is twice as bad my daughter got screwed..

I appreciate good honesty people. I called and got a quote for service and the total job was right at the quoted price. Allowed me to ask questions and didn t make me feel like I was a bother!

I have gone here for years and never have i ever had an experience like i have this week. I went in and got a new used tire for 42.50. They told me they put a tube in the new tire and said i needed a new rim asap and they would replace the rim for me. I go and get one, brought it back, and they put the new rim on my tire and charged me 10 dollars. I left telling them i had go travel out of town and appreciated their help. Two hours into driving the tire blows in 3 places. We had to call a tow truck to take us to the nearest place and paid 125 for the tow for 10 minutes. Then we had to get a new tire and it cost us 107. The place that changed our tire for us also told us the tube was left in the tire, the tube was meant for a tractor tire, and the valve stem was completely gone off the tire. Frustrated i went back to blackburn today for them to tell me that the valve stem couldnt have shot out, that yes they left the tube in there because they NEVER REPLACED THE TIRE!!!! We drove on I70 yesterday, if that would have gone out on the highway only god knows what would have happened. They reimbursed the money for the tire but we are now out 232 dollars because of their mess up. I even brought in all receipts i have acquired because of this. I wish they would have at least help pay back the money from the tow even if not all. Mike never apologized, his mechanic never did, and I was greeted with anger when teying to discuss this because it was Mikes lunch break. They couldnt care less that any of this occurred.... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AND I WILL BE TELLING ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY. ( i also have photos but it isnt letting me post it.)

Mike the owner is great he makes it right if something goes wrong . As for some of the help that is another story, miss communications, don't listen to customers completly. Other than that Mike is a great guy but needs better staff in some places.

I use to have a lot of respect for Blackburn Tire. I took my truck there for tires and brake pads. My brakes worked perfect but after they put new brake pads on my brake pedal went to the floor. They told me I needed a new Master cylinder account of some one put anti freeze in my reservoir because it was green colored. I did research on it and the reason the fluid turns green is because of copper in the metal brake lines and fluid being old. Kinda like a copper ring turns your finger green.Anyway take it for what it's worth. I had to pay for a new Master cylinder when my brakes worked perfect before I took it there.

Very disappointed won't take car back had muffler put on 2009 impalia car just as loud first was told its because its a turbo muffler then told the noise is because you have 2 motor mounts busted no its because wrong muffler if it was still ran by Blackburns it would have been done right so guess I'm out 200 bucks for a muffler that sounds like it has a hole in it

We took my mother s 2013 Hyundai Sonata to have a new set of tires and new brake pads installed. The lady Becky was really nice over the phone and we had the tires and brakes installed. About 1-2 weeks after, the brakes had a grinding noise and we took it back for them to fix. The noise was gone for 1-2 days and then the same issue occurred. We took it back a second time and upon receiving our car the BACK BUMPER WAS DAMAGED, SCRATCHED and PAINT MISSING. We called the owner and shop several times who denied the damage and did not have the decency to call us back and discuss the damages after spending nearly ~$1000 at their shop. There are no cameras on the premises and they have no way to prove they did not damage our car. The MINIMUM they could have done is called us back and offered to pay at least half and they didn t even care to do that. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO HAVE WORK DONE. Oh, and there is still a high pitch whistling sound coming from the brakes, so our brake issue is still not resolved.
