Went in for a noisy car, left with an $800 quote for new brakes and tires and no word on the noise. Never heard of anybody having a bad experience here so didn't expect it. Second opinion revealed brakes are basically brand new, tires have several months before needing replaced. Actual issue completely ignored just to have problems made up. Lisa at the desk is so sweet, but I definitely feel like the mechanic is a scammer after this.

An amazing group of people! Had a tire blow and needed a new one put on and they were prompt, friendly and had us out the door and on our way in no time. Thank you so much for making a horrible day into a great one!

I was told by a bigger shop in town I needed a 1600.00 repair to my truck. Dirk s auto found the true issue and saved me big! I appreciate the small town feel and willingness to look for the issue instead of throwing parts at it!!! Will be back!
