Literally checked in the maintenance shop yesterday at 12 pm and it s now 8am the next day and not one call. Was told there was 5 trucks ahead of me. Have the shop a chance despite the previous reviews. However, the previous reviews are true so I called another company out to the parking lot and they got it fixed no problem.

Would give a 5 star because excellent service and IHOP restaurant. But I can't because trucks parks anywhere especially at night and blocks in other trucks trying to leave especially at night and early morning. Mainly on side of driving lane and blocking in reserve parking trying to leave. I've contacted the night shift for Wednesday night at 1 am , which is mainly females trying to do the job as security but minus that great truckstop.

I usually stop here when I am passing through. I got here late but still found a spot to park for the night. It is a smaller lot and fills up quickly at dark. Showers are upstairs with no elevator and the restaurant is still open here. Many locations are still closed or are closing. Some have changed over to other brands. It's old but still decent.

March 14 at all white girl on the fuel registerI was waiting on the line to get a few receipts. she is a super rude girlShe was really rude with the customers who was front in the lineAnd when it was my turn I asked for the few receipts which she was unable to find outShe asked me to swipe the card as I told her that we only use fuel code at the pump. He got really upsetAnd making weird faces which actually she didn t had to as she was looking normally weirdAnd I thought it s better to tell the managerBut guess what, your manager was treating other customers the same way she was treating usSo I thought it s better just to post a review as it might be possible somebody more educated from the travel center of America can read this and at least tell them that if they don t like the job they can quitAs a trucker I think TAand Petro are better than this this

It's a great place for truck drivers. All of the waitresses are great . There always polite and courteous. All of the cooks are great, too . The food is always hot and made to your expectations. It's a great place for a driver to do a reset..

This has got to be the slowest TA on the planet, techs are too busy talking with one another to be bothered to do their jobs. Of you can at all help it don't come to this shop

Expensive as hell. 32.95 for an ornament. 17.00 for a drink mug no thank you im glad for flying j and loves compared to this rip off place. Store was dirty outside as well. Not friendly people

Had to walk in to pay for gas because card readers were not functioning. If I wanted to walk in....I would! Service was horrible because the attendant was more interested in talking with a police officer doing security work than taking care of customers. Grounds around pumps were fithly even for a gas station. Store was filthy as well.

This uh, place of business is something else! I suffered a heart attack not long ago and after the hospital stay I had to clean out the truck and had some stuff with me! I had the help of some other drivers and was waiting for an Uber, (which was less than a Mile from me) told me and the other drivers to move from our waiting location from the front of the store! Uber cam and I got in lol! What is Wrong with people!....UNBELIVABLE!!!!!

Clean restrooms and nice store in general. They have an attached diner to enjoy a sit down meal before getting back on the road.

I really would like to give this place a five-star rating. But unfortunately Zack on night shift thanks it's funny to unplug the printer for some unknown reason.. SMH the people behind the counter were trying to help me get some papers printed up in a hurry and I didn't want to be late for picking up my load. The people behind the counter told me that the papers would have already been printed up but they had to plug the printer back in because they didn't know it was unplugged because Zach on night shift thinks it's funny to unplug the printer every night. Not a big fan of Zack right now and I think management needs to have a talk with him. Because of Zack we were not able to get our papers printed up that we needed.

Hey this is a cool place!Have washers & driers upstairs! A room with big flat screen while you wait.A restaurant on the side a gas station.You can rent a shower if you need to take one.

One of your quicker options in Clayton/Monrovia truck stops that are right off the exit. The loves normally way more packed. And loves only has fast food. We're they have restraunt. But from just experience it is easier to get in and out back 70. Vs loves on that exit

Nice place to stop for a quick anything really, restroom right inside the door, ATM as well, lotto machine, drinks, snacks, gifts, smokes, gas, a sit down place for a meal, showers, ect.

Very bad experience in shop not polite mechanics they like to argue and jump to another truck for work im vaiting for 7 hours for simple DOT inspection on trailer

Paid for a spot early this afternoon. Arrived at 2300 and all spots are full. Many windows without receipts posted but no one available to walk the lot and kick trucks out. LOTS of dropped trailers and a travel trailer with someone living in it looks like it has been here a while.Ladies inside were nice and suggested a spot along a curb but I paid for a parking spot.

Went in to get a shower to be informed all of there showers were down. Really, at $16 a shower you guys should put a little more time in maintaining your showers. If I could give you Zero stars I would.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT call this location for a road side service call. I was told 3 hour wait and 16 hours later in still sitting here and no technician has arrived. Come to find out the shop has closed and everyone has gone home and they left me stranded on the side of the road. No phone call or anything just left me here. Thanks alot TA, so much for you guys caring about America's drivers. Obviously you don't care one bit about the people who keep the country moving. You guys are a disgrace to this industry. 16 years I have been driving and never have I been treated like this. I will never go to one of your shops again, get fuel, park or have anything to do with your business. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope everyone catches on and stops patronizing your business so we can get a truck stop who actually cares about its drivers cause obviously your company doesn't care one bit. Shame on every last one of you.

Great place to stop. Clean restrooms, plenty of clean areas to walk dogs and not too expensive for gas.Good stop if you are traveling through and need gas or snacks. Not the typical truck stop mess. Well lit, plenty of parking and clean.

This place is a disappointment. Pulled in here to get a trailer tire changed. It took 3 hours to get it done. The help opened the hood of my truck to look at my engine which had nothing to do with what I was in the shop for. He did not get my hood re-latched properly. There was another guy in the shop that had the kindness to inform me what had happened so I could correct the hood before I got back on the road. I will definitely think twice before I use this location again!!

I was just woken up by the waitress that waited on me tonight because I left my wallet on the table when I left.This is a great act of kindness and brings joy to my heart that there is such goodness in people.There was over $200.00 in the wallet and all of my credit cards and nothing missing.Service was good as well as the food.They found my truck because I had a ultra one customer card with my info registered to the card. Talk about going the extra mile.I'll never forget this.Thank you

Amazing place for a nice hot shower and wonderful restaurant. Best of all is the Diesel TSA named Dennis. Wonderful representative as well as warm hearted. Very helpful and will go above and beyond, Dennis is the best.

Stoped at the TA to eat at country pride and being a picky eater I was a bit skeptical. The waitress was very friendly and the food was good. Normally at some Truck stops the bathrooms and or showers are stinky but not at this one.

Cool mechanics, very nice young ladies in the restaurant serving the food Make sure you tip em!Shout out to the cook as well the whitefish is amazingly good..Found a good parking space next to the shop, just make sure you get here before sundown to better your chances for a good (free) parking space. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
