I actually don't know what reviews are for, because Speedco doesn't care about improving customer service!! My experience at this place was horrible for more than 8 hours. they should change the name to LAZYYCO

I had two shocks put on 2 weeks ago, and they both went bad. So I stopped at this loves location and had them replaced under warranty with no issues. There are no charges, and out within 35 minutes once pulled in.

I came here to fix my A/C and they take 4 hours to do thatThat s was boring I was thinking to fix it by my self because is not worth itIt s just A/C not the engine issueOoofffff was a long day

I felt resist Managment here. I m Asian woman. Been trucking enough to understand all. All I needed is to change oil. Call they said come , will do. Came here put my information. Was told that I m next in line. Took shower came back, felt a sleep. It s morning they never called me. When I was at the shop , JOSH was very mean to me, don t park here, don t sit here , don t , dont , don t. I knew they would not call me. Actually even they call me I would not go to them and trust my truck , they might break it not fix it. DO NOT TRUST THESE LAZY PPL. VERY MEAN, unprofessional service. Better go and trust ur lovely truck to some professional not these mean racist ppl.

The crew was good although he tried to pull a fast one on me by giving me a quote on rear break shoes then after it was took apart he decided he didn't have wat it takes and would need to go to T/A across the road to get 2 more sets of shoes at a $500 exact up charge from the quote, it didn't work so he came back to $100 up charge which I paid. Gotta watch these young shop formans, they ain't as smart as they think they are.

This location is not open 24 hours. They open at 7:00 a.m. Like others have stated the shop is lazy. I have been here waiting for a PM almost five hours and they only worked on one truck. Ask for an update and they said can t do it until tomorrow morning. Take a look on the Love s app says the place only gets busy in the morning because it seems that s the only time they do anything.

Too slow, why does it takes hours to replace one tire? In the beginning when Love's started opening this shops it used to 1/2 hour, now they are trying fixing everything but nothing good. And what's the deal with not being allowed in the sleeper if they working on the trailer wheels?

Don t come here for oil change Unprofessional mechanic And they re trying to steal my diesel from my both fuell Tank I catch him They say we are need to use diesel for fuel pump mechanic should not to be open the fuel tank.

This place is horrible they don t respect the customers time I was told couple hours wait and four hours later I check with them and they said tommorow morning the front desk is very rude and disgusting
