I don t know what s going on with Walmart here lately but each time I come to get an oil change it s starting to get worse and worse. I got here 30 minutes before they open to insure I m the first one in line. Here it is 7:30 am and everyone is still standing around with coffee and still haven t even walked up to my car to check me in to get an oil change. This will be my last time ever coming here for an oil change. I ve been coming to Walmart for the past 10 years to get an oil change. I rather pay more money and get great service than keep coming to this place. If you open at 7, set up should already be done by 7 not at almost 7:30.

Had 4 tires installed. Anthony is one that help me and installed tires. He was very good and explained everything and pricing. Only thing was, it took longer then I expected, but understandable due to other customers. Not bad as other reviews inputs. At least not for me

Went for an oil change. Took 2 hours. There was 1 person in front of me. $70 for the oil change-they used about 5 quarts of full synthetic oil. They put the next change sticker in the windshield and reset the maintenance alert on the car.

WOW! 0 stars if I could! Got 4 new tires put on a week ago; my car starting bouncing about a day after I left. ( from my brand new tires ) Just went to the New Albany auto center they told me that Clarksville didn t balance the tires ( bc they don t align them ) and they put all wrong lugs nuts on one of my tires. Thank god I got it fixed else where before I got on the interstate with my children. Do not waste your money here. When you meet the crew in the pit don t take that lightly.. their preference is slow and wrong!

1-15-24 I went by to get an oil change after waiting outside for 10 mins I had to call them to unlock the door at 8:15am. As I watch 2 guys walk around inside and just talking ...just like the rest of walmart employees if not on there phones was told someone would be out to take my information. 10 more mins go by and the 2 gentleman came out to inform me that they can't take anymore vehicles until 11am which I was the only car outside. I asked so since people are a no show for work it's my fault that out of those two that they couldn't proform an oil change together. Walmart has really gone down hill, it wasn't the best but the service is terrible with a lot of excuses.

They won't answer the phone, yet when you arrive there they are standing within 2 foot of it leaning on the wall. They dont tell you the 4 yr battery is out of stock until they install a 3 year battery, overall, its the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Waited 20 minutes an no one even came up to my vehicle. Place was empty an they were just walking around until they just disappeared. Was there to get oil an 4 tires. This is the third time this has happen. Will never go back to this auto center again. My 5 year old could do a better job than these people.

So grateful they stay open on Sundays and everyday until 7. Seems like I only get a flat on the weekend. There were several people ahead of me but still had 2 tires changed and out in an hour and a half!!

Brought my car here to replace a tire because the tire shop I generally use was closed. They told me it would be an hour before it was done. Reasonable time, I thought. It took over four hours to replace the tire. I was the second car in the tire line. They didn t keep anyone at the front desk so when I returned to pay for the services I stood in line while no one attended anyone at the front. I stood over twenty minutes waiting before I finally called someone from the bay to come check the customers out. Several of the employees just stood around joking with one another, even with cars piling up in the lot. There were over ten people who appeared to be working. The customer service isn t great, the times are not great, and I m not impressed. Won t come here again.Service: Tires

Will never use the auto center again. Went in for a normal oil change and had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get my car back. Before they gave it back they told me they were having trouble starting it and there seemed to be some other issues. Before I got there my car was perfectly fine and ran great. They came up with a whole bunch of reasons why the car could be running wrong but got it started for me and I left. I ran an errand after that and my car ended up stuck in a parking lot and wouldn t run. I again called Walmart and they gave me a bunch of reasons why it could not run. I had to wait overnight for a tow. When the tow man came, he looked at my car and found a hose that was unattached causing the trouble and thankfully fixed it for free and now my car runs great. Walmart employees however were careless. They were the ones who left the hose detached after the oil change and didn t know what the problem was . They had my car in the shop with the hood up for almost 3 hours so I m not sure why they didn t notice their mistake but it almost cost me quite a bit of money to fix. I tried calling Walmart back today to tell them about their mistake but they would not answer the phone. 0/10. Do not recommend this place at all.

I have went here several times and no problem getting me in and out for an oil change. This past time I no lie waited just about 2HOURS for them to even get started on my car and then tell me they couldn t even do my oil change because my oil plug was stripped. I ve been going there since 2021! I went back in when I was able to a few days later and was supposed to get a call back from the shop manager because he conveniently left for lunch when I started complaining. It s been two days and still no call. And I still have no clue why it took from 4:42 to 6:20 to even get to my car! No one communicated to me that it would be a while for an oil change or that there was something going on with another car that they can t get to mine for a while. Nothing. Not a word until they canceled my service. I would like to resolve this issue by getting compensation for the time I WASTED sitting in the waiting room. I could have went somewhere else and gotten it change if I would have know it was going to even take near that long. Oh I forgot to mention I was one of two cars there when I pulled up.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

They changed my oil and once my Car was done they parked my car with the window down and the keys In my car and did not even clear the code on my car.

I m neutral in this rating. As I have never had any automotive work done at the Walmart Auto Center. (My husband does all our automotive work. ) I can not advise on that. I have only ever purchased vehicle batteries from them. THE PROS:#1They do sell reliable, lowest price around, new batteries for your automotive needs.(We have purchased 2 in the last 12 mths. One for each of our vehicles.)THE CONS:#1They will of course try to convince you they don t have enough amps for your vehicle (which 95% of the time they will) in an attempt to sell you a much higher priced one instead.#2That s only after you are finally able to get someone to assist you to begin with.I guess nothing is ever perfect, but considering the price difference compared to every other place around. It s definitely worth it. Just make sure to take your old battery in with you to avoid paying a high core charge upfront. Then you can avoid having to deal with the insanity and stress that is WALMART twice, if you have to turn in your old battery and get a refund on the core charge.

I have a 8:00 appointment got here before 8:00 they check me in and do all the stuff that they need to do then tell me that I have to wait at least an hour and a half on top of how long it'll take me to get for of the tires I purchased installed (I had to wait on those to come in)man told me at 10 they will be fully staffed. He goes to get another associate that tells me even if I come back everyone before me gets so go 1st and appointmens don't matter I am desperate that's the only reason I can't leave I have a donut alreadyService: Tires

I spoke with someone via telephone about getting an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 Chevy Traverse. During the call, I was given a list of things the oil change included. "It includes changing oil and filter, checking all fluids.....making sure all headlights, taillights, turning signals are in working order....." She also told me that it would only take roughly 20 minutes to complete the job. So, I decided to take my car to them the day we were leaving for Florida to make sure everything was good to go. I arrived approximately 3 1/2 hours before closing time. When I checked in, I was told the tires couldn't be rotated because 3 1/2 hours wasn't enough time. Okay, fine. Just do the oil change. Yet again, I was told light inspection was included.Long story short, I went in with 2 working headlights and came out with only 1 working headlight. When I called them after we got back from Florida, they denied light inspection is part of the process and that they couldn't have possibly done anything to cause the headlight to go out.I will never take my vehicle back to Walmart in Clarksville again.

Yes they changed my oil. I know better for next time, but I asked for a FULL Synthetic, and the service guy asked if I wanted high mileage. I said yes, but had no idea that meant a blend. I was actually DOWNgraded from what I wanted.. a bummer.

Gotta love the guys at Walmart. Went in to get the back two tires changed out. I was needing to do all 4 anyway, but Jerry saw the front ones were bald and the back ones were still good for a bit. Thankful he caught it and let me know.

Called to ask the wait time to get an oil change. They told me only one other person was waiting. I showed up and they can t do any oil changes because the pits were being redone. I even called again while waiting in my car and the guy then said 2 hours but didn t mention that the pits were not functional. Would have appreciated them telling me that they couldn t do it instead of driving all the way out there to find out I was lied to.

We arrived two hours before closing time, but we were told they couldn't take any more customers for the evening due to workload/technician ratio. We were pretty sure that my car needed a battery, so we asked if the amps could be checked. Cory, the Automotive Center Manager, checked the battery, and based upon the output reading, went ahead and replaced my battery even though he was over-worked and short-staffed. Plus, he was kind and patient with my mother! Way to go Cory! Thank you!

Nothing like getting up early to get a tire change. Only to find out they may not open cause they are short handed and even if they did open they wouldn t be doing tire changes due to not having certified technicians! Wth!

Very rude. Mechanic seemed unhappy to be there making the comment that people should give you time to set up shop b4 before rolling in. I was under the impression operating hours were 7am to 7pm. I was there at 7:10am because I too have a job. I pd good money for mediocre work. And after performing the service the rod thst holds the hood was broken because it wasn't placed properly in its holder b4 having the hood slammed on it. And the pins thst held my oil pan cover were broken. Of course when I brought it to their attention...."thsts the way it was". Horrible service. Horrible.

I have exclusively use Walmart auto center to get my oil change for the last four years. That ended today. Was hoping the reviews were just negative people getting on to complain. After all who gets on to leave a good review for an oil change? Unfortunately every reviewer was spot on. The young man that came out to my car was not happy to see me. First thing out of his mouth was it going to be a long time. When asked how long he said at least an hour when I hesitated he said it probably longer. Blatantly tried to get me to leave. Will never stop here again.

I was told to arrive by 5 to be able to get new tires put on. I traveled from Kentucky to come to this location in particular because I was told they would take Care of me. Upon arrival they tell me they can't service my vehicle because it is a mini van and they have no access to that bay at this moment. By the time all is said and done I was stuck with no new tires, terrible customer and no time to get new tires. Thanks for absolutely wasting my time.

Went to Walmart service center to get my new tires I purchased, put on. Service writer was nice and informed me there would be a wait time. Job was done professionally and accurate. And I was out quicker than I was told. Great Job! See you again.

I'm not complaining about the product; its the service and the people who work there. These people hate their lives and it shows. I went to get tires put on my car. There was only 1 other person ahead of me who also needed tires. It took over 3 and a half hours!!... When it was ready I didn't even get a call or notification. I pulled up to the garage door. All the lazy employees ignored me. I had to go in and grab someone.After all the tires were put on and I picked up my car. I noticed that they didn't put back the air tire caps back on and I am missing a middle tire cap for the center of one of my rims. I don't recommend these guys. Useless people.

Called to verify they could put the tire on my car today, was told " no problem." I was there in 15 minutes, Jeff the bay manager ignored me for about 10 minutes and then when he finally walks over says he has to leave for "uh, an emergency" and can't have the other tech do it alone. I told him that I had just called and it was just going on the spare. He said "Oh, the person who answers the phone doesn't know what we are doing." Well he knew enough to look up, recommend the tire, and tell me you weren't busy to come on over." Thanks Walmart for the bridge toll and wasting my time until the rest of the tire places closed. The reviews are right, this place is the very worst!!!

They were shorthanded but took the time to help me out with great customer service. I went in hoping to get a tire fixed that had a slow leak but it had a nail in the sidewall which cannot legally be patched. They found me a tire that a customer had ordered but never picked up. They marked it down substantially to help me out and got it done for a price that I could afford!

Wish there was a way not to give any stars!!! I went there today 10/6/17 to get a new tire with the exception of I believe Bree the young lady running the register who was kind enough to get 2 managers for me as I was LIVID customer service sucked!! Had a flat tire Sunday evening had to wait until Monday when I got off work to bring the car to the auto center get there around 6:30 to 6:40ish was told they take their last car at 6:30. Ok cool. Today I get there at 6:05 and am told they are not taking any cars!!!!! To say I was heated is an understatement. I spoke to 2 managers both assured me the car would be taken care of tonight. I told them that at this point I wouldn't trust them to fix my car. While one assured me they would do it right and take care of itthe other went outside to talk to his crew. I walked outside so I could give them my keys only to hear the crewman saying he was getting off at 7pm that would leave one guy back there at which point I tapped the manager on his shoulder told him to forget about it I would take my business elsewhere. GLAD I DID. Came to tire discounters also located on Veterans and have had the BEST EXPERIENCE! Not only have they gained a customer for any future tire needs but also for my oil change as well. Oh and Meijers has also gained another customer.
