I had trouble with my 2017 Jetta while on a business trip that I was advised by another mechanic had to be handled at the dealership. It was stressful being out of town, on a time constraint, and having to put trust in people I didn't know. The office staff and mechanics were incredibly helpful, understanding and explained everything helping me decide on an appropriate course of action. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road, under anticipated cost and hopefully another 100,000 miles!

I was in search for a 2024 Jetta GLI autobahn manual and couldn t find one anywhere. Other dealers that I went to told me it would take around 8 months. I was willing to wait so I decided to go with VW of Clarksville since they re local to me. Justin called me the very next day and worked with me over the phone since I wasn t able to come in. He found one immediately and delivered my car within five days. I love my car and really appreciate Justin for working with me.

Salesperson was prompt and professional for our test drive. Manager took time to speak with us and offer multiple solutions to fit our budget. We felt comfortable their and never pressured. Everyone was friendly and this dealership is one I would recommend. Manager followed up with us via email on our needs which I appreciate. We have budget constraints and this group really went above and beyond to provide useful options and great customer service. Not to mention used truck we were looking at is awesome. They even dropped the price. Thanks again!

I only give one star because the app won t allow you to give zero. Purchased a vehicle approx. 2 months ago and have had issues since two days after driving off the lot. I have taken it to their service department 4 times and they ve cleared the codes and come up with nothing. I take it myself to get diagnosed as they suggested and they d handle the repairs from there either at another service center or doing them themselves and they have ghosted me when I ve tried to reach out to let them know of the issues. Sadly they likely knew of the issues and have masked them in order to sale the vehicle. I am beyond disappointed and would never direct anyone to go here. I initially thought the staff was so nice and helpful, but don t judge a book by its cover. Fraud is the word that comes to mind when dealing with this dealership.These issues could lead to complete engine failure if not fixed soon and no one spends $20,000+ on a vehicle to end up spending another 4-6,000$ on repairs. This is ridiculous and poor salesmanship, management, service and ownership. In a world where we d like people to hold themselves accountable, you d think a group of adults running a business would be accountable for causing so much distress to another persons life.

This whole dealership is filled with a great staff. Always helpful! We have now purchased 3 cars from this dealership! I have owned 7 vw do far. Service department is great too. They are prompted and willing to help. I recommend this place to everyone I know! The owner even helped me on a day I stopped by. What a super nice guy he was. I had questions about warranty and he was quick to get me the answers. If your in need of a car, then see Christian!

So where should I start. I bought a 2015 dodge ram 1500 about 4/5 weeks ago with being told about the check engine light. Ok I agree with that as I could fix that. I get under the hood to check on a few things. KEEP IN MIND THAT IT WAS RAN THROUGH THEIR INSPECTION. Now I m no mechanic but have worked on my own trucks. So I find that the rear air shocks have a leak, all my shocks are needing replaced, I have a slow antifreeze leak. Passenger sway bar link needs replaced. Could someone please tell me who does these inspections??? Word of mouth is everything these days, and these words don t look good for VW of Clarksville Indiana. Oh yea. Ha!!! the air filter was never changed either at inspection and my DEF system doesn t work which means the truck was allowed to be sold and leave the lot without being able to pass emission standards.

Great experience and I highly recommend. As an Active Duty Soldier there s certain parameters that not all dealerships are aware of, however, VW Clarksville knew all of the ends and outs and even educated me. Normal dealerships take majority of your day, are never prepared, coffee sucks, if you show up in sweatpants they don t even acknowledge you, but VW Clarksville showed up like the Avengers in End Game (last 30mins*) ready to go to war. 98% of the paperwork was done, car was ready, threw in some goodies, and the teams rapport and personalities meshed well. Alex did a hell of a job and made the car buying experience worth it. I will be coming back in the future!!

I have always enjoyed my experience at Volkswagen of Clarksville. The service is friendly and informative. I also really appreciated the video that was made of the inspection of my vehicle the last time. I highly recommend both the dealer (to purchase a vehicle) and the service department, where I've taken two of my vehicles for over 10 years.

Best experience at a dealership I've had after 20+ purchases over the years? Honest, collaborative and quick .... none of the usual car buying games. I put in an inquiry; Kevin called me back immediately. Coming from Indy, I didn't want to drive 2 hours to drive back frustrated. Worked with John when I arrived, and Chase, the General Sales Manager stopped by to finalize the deal. The entire time I was treated with respect and friendship. Ironically, when I got home, talked to a colleague and he mentioned he also went to VW of Clarksville and had an amazing experience. They will be my first stop on my next purchase for sure!

The place was nice and the people were not rude. However I had my car there for about 4 days and it took them 4 days to give me any updates whatsoever. I called every day and they knew nothing. Originally when I had dropped it off they said they would give me a call the next day and that never happened. They tried to charge me over 1000 dollars to replace two sensors and refused to use the ones that i had already purchased. Charged almost 300 just to look at it. Overpriced and awful customer service.

VW of Clarksville has the nicest staff, most responsive Service people and will finds ways to help their customers. Just yesterday, I was supposed to drop off my car for service the next day. They actually took care of the car in 40 minutes while I waited. What service!VW of Clarksville is now my go-to VW dealership.

They are terrible when it comes to communication. I only needed 2 fuel injectors replaced, without asking or approving with me first, they ordered 4 fuel injectors & charged me for the labor. Ended up paying twice of what I should have considering I only needed 2. After several attempts to contact the general manger, I never received a call back. The service manager Anthony was very rude when I explained I feel taken advantage of. The only thing he offered to do for me was to take out 2 of the new ones, put my old ones back in and THEN charge me for the additional labor.

I can't say enough about John Bishop in the service department! He definitely cares about people. He did not know me, and I did NOT buy my car there. I purchased an extended warranty (Endurance) from another car lot. I took it to Volkswagen of Clarksville for repair. John went above and beyond dealing with the warranty company for over 4 months, not giving up until they approved the claim. The repair was completed in less than a week...Thanksgiving week. I am very impressed with the service I received from John and the staff at Volkswagen of Clarksville.

I went to Volkswagen today and was very satisfied with how attentive the service team was. Kaylee helped set up the appointment and Anthony and John were very helpful. I had been driving in a spare for too long and luckily they had my wheel in stock! I highly recommend their service department. I ll never go anywhere else for my passat. They even gave me a small discount to help since I m a single mom and with the holidays it was going to be hard.

The service provided included a safety recall for my VW iD.4, and repair of the little cord that attaches the charging outlet cover. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and it took 2 � hours. A staffer notified me of the progress once during the wait. The wait area is in the general showroom and isn t as posh as some I have been in. There was no designated, specific waiting room for service and the showroom was rather cold, but all-in-all it was comfortable enough and WiFi was available. The staff was friendly and efficient. The service technician sent me a text video of the service he had performed, which was a nice touch.

I highly recommend Volkswagen of Clarksville! I ve been going there for years for service and I couldn t be more satisfied or impressed with the way they do business. Everyone there has impressed me and the service done to my car is always perfect and to a high standard.Anthony was the first person I got to know and he has always gone way above and beyond over the years. He is still my #1 point of contact and ensures I always have a great experience and am well taken care of. He has gone out of his way for me on multiple occasions to make sure scheduling works for me and I am completely satisfied with the work performed.I will not take my car anywhere else, Anthony and the entire team have earned my business and appreciation!

Baught a car from Volkswagen of clarksville test drive was great I bought it then picked up next day and touchscreen display went out before I got it home. Call dealership and was told for 150 dollar diagnostic fee we will diagnose it for you !! Of course the warranty the conned me in to buying did not cover the radio or display but they be happy to charge me to fix it didn't even get it home before problems started

Love the vehicle , the sales were great. My only issues were my headlights kept going out, I initially never received both keys needed for active software. Finally I was told it would be 500 bucks to hook to the computer and get the keyless code. Which should have been provided at sale time.Just today went in for 2 headlights, oil change, and tire rotate abd balance. The price was ridiculously over priced...I was asked to pay over 500 for 2 head lights and an oil change. Without the rotation. I went to speak to a manager...this fella in the room commenced to tell me how to talk, and got in my face and asked me if I want to argue , we could argue. The staff is rude the prices and way over priced. I'll never step foot in that establishment again. The customer is always right, obviously they have never heard this before.Called lol no response. Go figure.

When you ve been sitting in the lobby waiting for work to be done on a brand new car that you were told would take 2 to 3 hours, and now we are going into hour #7. They didn t even have the courtesy to come and let us know how the process was going. I had to call the service department while sitting in the ice cold lobby! We were also told that there would be a car we could use while waiting . Ironically, none were available!We haven t eaten a thing. The worst customer service I ve ever experienced

My first experience was really good. I had an extensive amount of work done to my vehicle. I was kept updated. Staff was courteous. Second time was horrible. Poor communication. Had to cal and ask whenever I needed to know something. Third time was mediocre. It started out great. But as time went on, communication became less. When I picked my vehicle up I was given very little explanation about what they found out and how they fixed it. Just kind of sign here. See ya! I am hoping that I don t need to go back for any more service issues anytime soon. I trust that they do good work, but I don t like feeling that I am not respected
