I don't often write reviews but I received exceptional service concerning the warranty on my tires. Specifically from Austin, who I understand is the manager for Tire and Battery. The guy was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided exceptional service. I will be buying more tires from Sam's in the future.

Service is provided as expected. The problem with Sam's Club Tire and Auto is that there rarely is anyone at the front desk to help you. I have to go to the service bay to bang on a window to get someone's attention that they are needed. I don't know why they don't have a buzzer at the front desk to alert employees that they are needed

Waited 2 days past the "7 business days" to receive the tires I ordered. after no calls updating us, we went in and they still didn't have my tires after saying that they were in the store and just couldn't find them. After 9 business days, we just told them put on tires they had in the store and at that point they said they couldn't get the lug nuts off.. We bought new lug nuts a month ago and no one has touched them until now. So we got our money back and went to Pepboys and bought tires there. Pepboys told us that the lug nuts on 2 of the tires had been stripped, something SAMs never mentioned. So Sams couldn't get us our tires in 9+ business days, when we showed up there to talk to manager all they told us was that they were going to file a back order slip (wouldn't you do that as soon as the 7 business days were up) and stripped our lug nuts. AND we called multiple times and were placed on a 30 minute + hold half of the time. When we got through we were told to wait 15 minutes because they were "really busy". Do NOT buy tires here if you plan on getting them anytime soon, they are clearly unorganized and have no clue what they're doing. Go to Pepboys.

I bought 4 tires today for my 2015 Toyota Corolla! I was in and out in one hour hood service and friendly and helpful!

Shopped while they balanced and rotated my truck's tires. Truck drives well! I am a repeat customer. I will buy my next set of tires from them.
