Would highly recommend! These guys were able to fix my truck no problems. So grateful to have ended up going to Paul's auto repair. Not having a working vehicle around here is hell on earth so I'm very excited to have my truck back and running great!

They got my car done so quickly. Had the lowest quote out of anyone. And went in to pay them for their service and was 60$ short ans they allowed me to just pay that. They're amazing and genuinely care!! I 1000% recommend them for any auto repairs or issues!!

Friendly, welcoming employees and quality work at resonable prices. A breath of fresh air! They were highly recommended by an employee at another business I use and I am happy to be a new customer.

It used to be a really good place, However! We just had brakes done (all 4 Brakes), and after we got it back, we heard a rattling, and they stated the sway bar needed to be replaced, so we had to pay for a new sway bar. After getting it back again, the rattle persists. I asked about the sway bar, and he said, "no; I said it MAY BE" the sway bar" and then said they were booked until next week. So I took it over to the dealership, and they found that the "Anti-Rattle Spring" was not installed on the rear driver-side brake, but it was on the other three. I reached back out to Pauls to see how they would like to handle the issue and he said the they would have to look it over again because many times the Dealerships "Claim" and issue is something but it is not the cause. I stated that regardless of what the cause "could be," a part is still missing from work THEY did and I asked if it was that could be replaced quickly (couple videos look like it would be an easy fix) he said he could "Squeeze me in, in a couple of days. But they were booked till next week. I asked if it would be something I could pull up and have done, and the guy said, "Maybe if I could see the future I could answer that. So I got next Wednesday or I can squeeze you in this Wednesday which one works for YOU." I told them I would be going elsewhere and no longer doing business with Pauls. I will not be smarted off to when THEY make a minor error AND after they charged me for an unnecessary repair.**Update**Thought I posted this already but, after taking the vehicle to a Brake Shop they found that not only was the "Anti-Rattle" spring missing but they left bolts off of 2 brakes that connected the brake line to the caliper. Negligence like this costs lives.Service: Auto brake replacement

A few months back the engine light of my 2013 Nissan Altima came on. A "penny in a tin" rattle could be heard. I had the car put on a diagnostic and was told that I needed both O2 sensors and my catalytic converter was "going bad". A friend recommended that I use an automotive shop he used to work at. Okay cool, he did get me a deal on the sensors. Took the car in, 3 days later got my car back. Had to take the car BACK to them because exhaust fumes were filling the cabin of the vehicle to the point that I had to ride with all 4 windows down. When I got her back, loss of acceleration, "penny in a tin" rattle was worse and to top it off the check engine light was right back on in less than 2 months. I was cleaning out my wallet and trying look for a place to get the repairs made, when I came across Jeff's business card that was given to me by Antonio from Discount tires back in October. Gave him a call, took my car in on a Tuesday, he confirmed what I thought and gave me a reasonable quote. He ordered BOTH of the converters (which the other place didn't even bother to mention that I had) Told me the parts would be in Thursday. I dropped her off Thursday after work and had her back Friday by 4pm. She has her acceleration back, purring like a kitten and the odor he said i would have didn't exist. Money well spent. A friendly professional team that will do you right. Anyone ever ask me if I know a place for anyrepairs, Paul's auto services will be my first and only recommendation!Service: Exhaust

We were travelling from our vacation to Florida back home to Michigan when our check engine light came on. We pulled into a gas station and ran into some locals who recommended we talk to Jeff at Paul's Auto. We headed over and both Jeff and his service technician Corey came out to check out the van. They quickly diagnosed that it needed new spark plugs and they called to order the parts. They were told it would be a 3 hour turn around time and they pushed to see if they could get them any sooner seeing the predicament that we were in. The parts ended up coming within an hour and they had us up and running with in 5 minutes. Their price was fair and they were both so kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto service and repair.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I've been going here for years and they have always treated me fairly. They will diagnose your vehicle and won't do any work without your permission. They will do as much or as little work as you want them to. The prices are competitive and the work is good, and if you still have an issue they stand by their work so you can bring it back and they will fix it. A great honest mechanics shop!

Paul's provides trustworthy service. Always friendly and explains well what's going on with your vehicle. Reasonable cost for their services. Almost always quick service. I've only had to wait 2 extra days for a repair when it was for a lot older car. Parts where harder to find. My family and I have gone to Paul's for over 15 years with a variety of different makes of vehicles. They make mechanics easy for you.

Paul is personable and very trustworthy. We have taken a total of 2 vehicles to his shop and we feel the costs were reasonable. I even thought i had a leak on my BMW and took it over for them to look at, turns out a filter cap or something had come loose but the beauty here is they did not lie and say it was something different, they cleaned the mess up and didn't charge me for anything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband has taken his vehicle's here quite a few times. This place is honest and beyond amazing. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I do know when places deserve them, and Paul's Auto service definitely does! They are extremely fair on their prices as far as parts and labor.I highly recommend this place for any automotive needs!!

After trying to get a battery installed in a 2019 Silverado at AutoZone. I came to Paul's. When I discribed having problems getting battery installed. Young guy at desk said no problem and started paperwork. He said he would have to order battery. I asked how many days. He said just a little bit 20-30 min. An hour and half later i was on my way. This was at 3:30. Thats how serbice is done!

Just got back from getting a radiator installed, but this isn t the first time I ve used these guys.My radiator was installed cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere and done same day. Which was a huge help.Update:I ve used them twice since my last review.I found out after my last post multiple clips to some of my body panel were not put back in when my radiator was replaced, causing some damage. (Things can get overlooked sometimes and mistakes happen. So I decided not to make a big deal.)Recently I had a blower motor problem and when my car was taken apart, they put scratches and gouges all over my dashboard during repair, yet, the problem I was having fixed was not repaired. It actually failed again, before leaving the parking lot.My once 5 star review has been updated to reflect my most recent experiences.

I am new to the area & was having some car problems. They checked out my car, told me it wasn't anything serious, which was a relief. Told me what the problem was, what it would cost , time to repair & let them know when I was ready to have it repaired. They were knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced. Good work, time and cost were as discussed, no surprises.Have already & will continue to recommend Paul's.

There's nothing better than going to a one stop shop. Paul's does everything you can think of mechanically and then some. Their prices are competitive with similar types of businesses, but they will match or do a better deal if possible, than their competition. They guarantee their work and do a great job for their customers. They just done some front end work for me on my SUV and I'm very happy...

They were very nice but they had the car a week and said that it ran like a charm and the circuit board showed no problem either. I drove it around and then decided to take it up on the fwy, since I'm headed to Florida. Soon as I started to enter the ramp, it didn't want to kick in. I was doing 20mph. Scared me pretty bad. They couldn't find the problem after a week. I came off the exit and right into another place that said it was plugs and wires. That it needed brakes like yesterday. Those things to me, are something I fee, that are simple. One of the first things you would look at. (Plugs and wires, when the car won't kick in). Therefore I was upset that they didn't find the problem. He did tell me, that if it acted up again, to bring it back. Again soon as I got on the fwy, it acted up. Kind of tells me no one drove it. No one looked at the carb. The main thing that has goes through. Nice though.

Paul's was recommended to me by a friend when my car unexpectedly broke down. Jeff is the one I spoke with while they worked on my car. He was friendly, efficient, and answered every question I had. I will definitely go back to them if anything else goes wrong with my vehicle.

Very nice and trustworthy people. They got me in for a much needed alignment the same day. I went to run an errand and the car was done before I even got back. Will definitely recommend and be back!

I have been taking my vehicles to Jeff @ Paul's for awhile now. I trust their work/opinion as they have always provided good advice & always make me feel as they have my best interest in mind & not just trying to siphon money from you. Years back we were having an issue with my older camry & Jeff was the only one to tell me educate me about the TSB from Toyota, which is like a recall but not officially. We went to Toyota & called them out on it & got them to cover a $2000 repair. This would not have been possible without the advice from Jeff.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Trustworthy and reasonably priced. Owner, Jeff, is very helpful. Might give you things that need repaired but also say that it could wait a little while.
