Showed up at 9:40 this morning knowing they open at 8:00. The place was dark and not open. Thanks NAPA for wasting a 40 minute round trip.

Disappointing customer service and the product I bought failed. I pull up to a deserted parking lot and walked into a very quiet store. I returned the cracked hydrometer which was processed by a disgruntled employee and attempted to give them another shot. None of the staff seem to want to be there and were not eager to help. I bought some vacuum hose and walked out. Not a good experience.

A great place to get car parts and tools, they even offer a military discount, and Napa gives to the wounded warrior cause to help disabled veterans. All in all a five star experience.

Very knowledgeable parts specialist. They usually have what you need. If they don't, most of the time, you will get it that day. Why not 5 stars, no one is perfect.
