I parked and went into the wrong door. After receiving information, I drove around to the correct entrance door. upon my entry I was inside a Retail area, lady employee acknowledged me upon my entry, I saw the counter for parts dept and a room for truck sales, the place looked organized and clean.UPDATE: due to the bridge being closed on Progress Way, be prepared to use Exit 5 and drive around Walmart to get to this location.

almost 16k for change a turbo. I said no but they charge $453 just for a diagnostic that you can literal can see with you own eyes. Blue smoke oil everywhere. This people will rip you out

He tried to charge me one sixty five an hour minimum of 4 to 6 hours. 600 to 800 dollars for what took the mechanic. I am currently with less than 10 minutes. If that place did me like that, they could do someone I care about the same way. 0 avoid all costs, liars and thieves

Needed some keys made for 18 wheeler Mack Truck, and got 4 for about $20. Didn't get the guys name that made the keys but the service was excellent!

Has always dealt with McMahon and each visit was always knowledgeable, helpful and on time. Everyone is awesome and we love going there. Our last visit on 01/13/2023 was great! Prestera trucking sub contracted through Mullan/55 Loads transportation.

I purchased a 2020 volvo vnl860 since I picked up the unit I had problems, soones I turn the corner came back with a fun clutch stuck, ask them to replace belts didn't happen, then 80 miles down the road check engine come on , reported to salesman about injectors codes , try to fixed and spend $1100 changing harness inside valve cover and after getting my first load check engine came back again, so decided to take it to cummins dealer and find out problems with fuel pump sales manager denied paid for repair don't recommend this place if I can give -2 stars I would.

Im an O/O and When I arrived to check in one lady was super nice and the other lady (mel) was very rude... they DO NOT ALLOW PETS INSIDE!! I had to stand outside for 2 to 3 hours with my dog when it was 90+ degrees outside... and there is no seating area outside!! I stood the whole time this is very unprofessional sense my dog is a service animal and is aloud in everywhere. If you don't allow pets inside then atleast have a kenel or a finced in area for us to put our pets so we don't have to stand out side in risk of a heat stroke! Would be a great idea to create a seating area outside under a roof for shade purposes! I promise I will not be back sorry that this is so blunt but I don't do business with people who are inconsiderate of others and their animals!

Dropped tk off around 4:00 they told me they would get on it first thing in the morning. All that was wrong was a broken leveling valve rod. The next day at 9:00 am I called to see if it was fixed they now told me they wouldn't be able to get it in until that evening so about 5:00 pm they call my company and said it needed leveling valve bracket and a rod and it would be 5 to 6 days because they have to order it .so I went and picked up my tk drove it to fleet pride in Louisville they fixed the rod and had me done in 1.5 hrs no new valve are brackets THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF" DON'T USE THIS COMPANY "!!!!!!!!!!

Lot of time diagnosing a broken wire. All in all went fairly smooth. I Don't look for a red carpet treatment, but Chris the Volvo wizard had it all wrapped up in 30 minutes

I have received my second truck from McMahon Truck Center at Clarksville Indiana. From start to finish my salesperson David Delbridge has provided a smooth purchasing experience on both trucks. He was quick to answer any questions while providing updates throughout the ordeal. I highly recommend this dealership and more specifically David for anyone who is looking to purchase a truck.

I would like to give a shout out to Calvin in the service department. I had a very costly job done at a local dealership in my home state of New York around Christmas of 2020, and one of the parts involved with the job failed to no fault of the people who performed the repair. Although I and Calvin felt said dealership should stand behind the previous work done, they said it was not their responsibility to stand behind "parts failure" and in hindsight, once the dust settled I kind of agreed. I told you that so I could tell you this. Calvin said he would follow up with VOLVO corporate to see if they would pay me the cost of McMahon's bill because I shouldn't have been held accountable for it. Well, months went by and I figured why bother checking with Calvin and VOLVO doesn't care about a customer with one 10 year old truck. Out of the blue I received a call from Calvin telling me that I should be expecting a check in the full amount of the repair from VOLVO. To find someone who stands behind what he says in this day and age is rare and I can't say enough about my trust not only with how Calvin stood up for "the little guy", but VOLVO as well.

I ordered my first truck from McMahon Truck Center at Clarksville Indiana. In this time where it seems as if everything is backed up in the factories, I still had a amazing experience and fast turnaround time with my salesperson David Delbridge II. He was always on top of things, picking up the phone and always ready to explain what s going on or ready to answer any questions I had. THIS IS A GREAT DEALER OVERALL!!! Brought a truck from these guys and everything went phenomenal. Kind ,courteous ,exceptional service. Bent over backwards to give me a great deal on a truck. Grateful for the whole staff. Would recommend this dealership. 5 star!!!!!

Super rude just because we weren't sure how they wanted people to check at service write up. Things have changes we were there last and I guess we are supposed to know that in advance. Unprofessional to say the least...

Had our truck for 3 days and couldn't find what's wrong with it even though we told them the problem. The computer keeps showing 'Injector 6' . We had to take a hotel, which was nasty for a Ramada Inn, just to find out they 'couldn't' do nothing. Well guess what? We've got to go back here bc our mechanic supervisor wants it done by them (to make them feel bad?) it keeps showing the same problem. That means another stay at a hotel! But it won't be the Ramada that's for sure!

They seem to be extremely knowledgeable, and more than that, they are really good folks. I take care of their computers and have watched their process with people. They always treat them as people and try to do their best.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst staff ever. I was told 3 to 4 days to look at our truck and it has been 3-4 weeks.. I would drive the extra 100 miles just not to deal with these people.. The last trucks we had worked on there the charged us and never fixed the problem.

changed 4 fuses, paid $ 900, said two days later that the truck was ready, broke down again for the same reason, very poor servicethe best excuse would be if you returned my money to me

Very bad people. Treating people like animals. Especialy from other countries. Very bad very bad. I couldnt even ask them a question as a customer. Before i ask the question he trying to answer it. Very bad. Do not go there you will lose your mined. They cant even talk they dont even have high school diplomas. I have little english they think they smart. Dude lets speak my language ill proof you that the earth is square...

This been my top repair service center for past partial decade service mgrs know their techs I landed on a tuesday got injectors n transmission u joint replacement air leak repairs . I spent the bag fosho to the tune of a hot 8 on sight my rig so quiet dragging the wagon all way to San Antonio' through Mexico with out effort...if you need that gorilla back in your Mack or Volvo tractor get at em hoss. There one essential shops that's open plus they social distancing practicing is well executed. Not in dark about what it takes get you back to getting the bag.

I am a O/O AND I HAUL AUTOMOTIVE FOR 10years and my power steering was leaking and I Called to get a price on the part to fix the hose leaking and I talk to SERVICE WITH MELISSA AND SHE SAID THAT IS BAD RANDY BRING IT IN BY 1pm and I will get a TECH ON IT AND SHE DID SHE is a PROFESSIONAL PERSON AND TO THE POINT NOT HAVEING STEERING IS DANGEROUS And all in all I was THR at noon and the tech was very PROFESSIONAL ALL SO AND QUICK ON THE REPAIR I GIVE THEM A 10for very very very good job well done
