Such a great car buying experience! We were able to give them transparency of other vehicles we were looking at/interested in, and they were not pushy at all. They went out of their way to get us exactly what we wanted and even went to a different Kia nearby to trade vehicles with them to get the EXACT SUV! Michael was our main salesman and he was perfect to work with! He listened to all our needs and little frivolous desires and was able to get us into the perfect new vehicle! Nick the finance guy, was very transparent and easy to talk to. He answered all questions. If we re ever in the market for another vehicle, we d consider Kia again.

Matt Underwood did an amazing job during my car buying process at this dealership! He was professional, honest, transparent, and very knowledgeable about the car i was purchasing! He was very respectful as well. He asked me what it would take to earn my business and i let him know what it would take and he made it happen! Matt will take care of you like family! Highly recommend Matt!Keith Daily, one of the managers made sure i was taken care of and did an awesome job!Dillon in finance was very knowledgeable, straight forward and not pushy at all! I definitely recommend going with one of the extended warranties to protect your investment. I went with the dent, ding, glass, wheel, and tire protection package on top of the best in the business Kia Warranties offered with every new car!Chris Webb in parts also took great care of me when purchasing all weather mats for my new ride!Overall the best experience i have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership!

I went knowing what I wanted in the next year or so; but I left with it that day instead. A 15 year upgrade is awesome and the offer they gave for my trade in, was the same that I would have sold it for to anyone else that I knew. The process was simple and easy. Cody Shown did a great job with explaining the options- leasing versus financing. I went with the leasing option and discovered it cut the insurance cost down. I m very satisfied.

Matt Underwood was amazing! He went above and beyond multiple times to help us in any way he possibly could. Nik in finance was also amazing in the help and support he provided. I was very impressed with the way Scott the GM handled the difficult situation given and the way he was personable to us as customers. The Kia store Of Clarksville is managed well. I must say my experience with Donna is what I consider superb. She takes care of all my needs diligently & with thoughtfulness. I keep her in my phone because I know she has my back, I could not ask for a better person to take care of my car needs. I purchased a brand new Kia in 2017, then I tried another third-party dealership last year & was very dismayed. this lemon suddenly started stuttering after about 9 months. The driver window would not roll up, I had to tape it up during a hailstorm. The hail was hitting my fingers while I covered and taped it in plastic. The company said they would put the repairs on the end of the Financial contract and change the length of time to pay off The financing. instead of taking responsibility and fixing the lemon, well you know they received this vehicle back but not before I documented the issues For my lawyer. I texted Donna and apologize for trying another third-party dealership besides Kia. I told her my experience was horrible and I asked if she could save me. She did! I'm in the car now. I have such a big grin on my face I think it's permanent. Bless you Donna! I can't ask for a more loyal person to have in my corner.

My car is decent, definitely not worth the amount it costs, but it s what I have to work with.. told me oh you can probably refinance in 6 months or so and that will help you, then didn t help me at all when I asked about trying to lower my payment! Told me that they don t do refinancing..I would also really appreciate if the mechanics would quit being brutes when I bring my car in for maintenance.. BOTH times I have brought my car in for oil changes, my personal property was damaged. My ear buds that I hang from my mirror to keep them quick access were snapped the first time, and the second time I picked up my car, I went to put my phone in its holder for safety and my gps holder was snapped in half!!! This thing is thick and had to take a lot of force to break it! I don t care if you don t like MY set up in MY car!! That has really screwed up my driving and I don t appreciate it! I m actually surprised someone didn t damage my windshield with the force it would have taken to snap my holder!! This makes me not trust this place to work on my car!

Thank you to all the guys at Kia you all are a lifesaver and let me tell you I m in love with my new 2024 Kia Soul and I will be back for another new car and I absolutely love how quickly you all worked with me to get me out of the Chevy Trax! Kia lover for life!! I will never make the mistake again of trading a Kia for a checy .

I have been a Kia owner for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that the Clarksville service shop is the best in town!! Sean, my advisor was so wonderful!! He was so knowledgeable and extremely courteous. He and the rest of the service department were so friendly and they provided excellent customer service!! Even the service manager Jeff was working alongside his employees when I went to pick up my car today. I no longer see the need to work with any other Kia dealership than this one!!

I can not say enough about Kyrsten Campbell, this young woman!!!! She is amazing! So knowledgeable, so kind, so patient and compassionate. She was a total sweetheart and pleasure to work with. She made things easy and never once made the car buying experience unpleasant. She is a great asset to Kia for sure! I also have to say that Mike, Jeff and Dillion were also just amazing to work with on getting this done. They made it easy and enjoyable even when we were doing the boring number stuff !Kia Store Clarksville is just outstanding. Thank you for being a great customer service driven business.( and it would be unfair to not give a shout out to James, he met us at the door as we arrived and even though we only had a two minute encounter with him even he was just fabulous)

These guys were hands down amazing. They worked with me and my crazy work schedule, I picked a car they gave me numbers and terms before I showed up and had everything ready to sign when I got there 20 mins before they closed and the even stayed late to finish the deal with me. Ten out of 10 would recommend to anyone for a smooth car buying process. My credit isn t great but this is the first dealership that didn t turn me away or give me unrealistic options to buy from them. Thank you so much! To the finance guys and Matthew the sales guy!

First time Kia buyer today. This dealership was awesome. Super friendly, polite and upbeat people .everyone there. Totally impressed with this place. No pressure and extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend Darrell Cahill for the salesman. An extremely nice, polite and knowledgeable young man. 10 stars out of 5. Just was a great and comfortable atmosphere. We were treated like we really matter.

Shaun was a wonderful advisor and very informed. I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge and help. The only problem I had was during the wait time. It s usually a nice place to wait for your car to be fixed but they now have a person stationed at a table that is trying to sell you a car. I thought the service department and the sales department were separate. I didn t think it was appropriate for him to ask for my name so he could look up my car information on the computer to advise me if I should be ready to buy a new car. Great service department. I will continue to use them but I guess I ll wait outside in the cold for my car.

Kia Clarksville Service Department is top notch! my appointment was scheduled quickly and I was able to drop my car off the evening before. I received a call as soon as my car was ready for pick up. When I picked my car up, it was a smooth process and I was given an itemized statement of all services performed.

We've searched for the right KIA dealership to service our KIA since we moved to Louisville in 2020. I randomly met the Service Manager for Clarksville in an elevator and decided to give it a go as we had not been happy at the others. So glad to have found them. Our KIA finally got fully serviced!

Both my headlights went out so I needed emergency repair ASAP.Kia Store St. Matthews told me it would be a 1 month+ wait.Kia Store Clarksville got me an appointment, replaced the bulbs, and had me on my way within a couple hours.There was a bit of a wait (to be expected) but the waiting lobby was comfortable and accommodating.Special shout out to Tyler for the excellent customer service! I will be coming here instead of the location closer to me in the future.

I had a great experience at this Kia store. My car needed additional service and they were able to fit me in the same day as my oil change. They gave me a free Uber ride back to my home and had it pick me back up after the appointment. Five stars.

Can t say enough about Matthew Underwood, he was amazing very knowledgeable on all the different types and options in all cars.He listened the found us the perfect car will all the options. Then explained everything inside and how it worked.. Then showed us how to get back to service and had us meet the staff. Texted Matthew the next day with question he texted me back in less than 5 min. Can t get any better service than that amazing. And we just love our car already. Thanks

The experience my wife and I have had has not been exceptional in the past. We have had a few moments of miscommunication and misunderstandings.Tyler, the service advisor, has been consistently the savior for this Kia dealership and the sole reason I continue my business here.My wife and I are hopeful for a more positive experience going forward. After speaking with the Service Manager, Jeff, about our past experiences, we have been given reassurance that things will be communicated in a more professional and consistent manner.

Arrived at the dealership a little early, they went ahead and took me in. The service advisor(Sean) was right there to receive me and and my car right away. He said the shop forman would be the one installing the new spoiler, which made my day. The car looks great, thank you to Jeff(Service Manager), Sean(Service Advisor) and Craig(Shop Forman) for the quick turnaround and fantastic service. Highly recommend Kia of Clarksville..

My vehicle was still under warranty & my CarPlay quit working. Initially, I was disappointed in the progress of trying to repair it; as they kept my car for three weeks & I was not Informed on the progress. I did address the timing issues as it was taking quite a long time to go back-and-forth with tech services to repair the issue. After speaking to Peyton, she was very diligent to call me weekly with updates. Much appreciated!! Although it took 2 months to repair my vehicle, I am very pleased with results and the customer service I received after the first 3 weeks. Thank you to all the Kia Service Employees (mostly Josh & Peyton) that worked on my vehicle and communicated with me along the way. I appreciate everything you have done!! Thank you!
