Usually take my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change, but they were full for the day. So I decided to try them out today since I needed it done. Let me tell you how much of a mistake this was. Was told it should only take about an hour or so for the work to be done so I went about my day and returned an hour and a half later. Seen that my car was about to be moved out of the garage bay so I parked and waited for them to finish up. After they parked it I waited a few more minutes before walking into the lobby to pay and get my keys. The whom I m guessing is the manager proceeds to tell me that we re going to be here for a while longer. Because one of the technicians opened the garage door while my car was on the lift and it ripped off the antenna, scratched the roof, as well as took a chunk of paint off. And the manager got an attitude with me when I pointed out the missing chunk of paint because he knew he was going to have to file an insurance with his corporate office. Because his original plan was to try and buff out the scratches I should have been informed that my vehicle was damaged right after it happened not when I come to pick it up. And for the manager to mad at me because I wasn t going to settle for them to just put wax on the roof and who knows what with the antenna. I shouldn t be treated like it s my fault that your employees damaged my car and I should have notified about my car being damaged right after it happened not when I come to pick it up.

Great place with good service. Came by to get a tire. leaving a single employee at this location is not okay. The guy was stressed and working at the desk and on cars by himself. This location is breaking many company policies. The guys name was Kyle running the store. Poor man. What if he got hurt? No one would know.

Was in need of tires today (Sunday, March 17th) so I searched for shops open & this location not only came up as open til 5, but I was able to secure an appointment online for 2 pm. I showed up about 1:40 pm & the sign was lit up as open, the lights were on, but the door was locked. There was no one there & no one in the garages. The out of country customer service line was unable to assist or reach a service manager. As I waited, more customers began arriving for their confirmed appointments. Their calls to customer service resulted in the same answers that I had received. Terrible!!! Please correct your online hours if you do not operate on Sundays & train the customer service associates so that they can actually provide customers useful answers.

This was my second time going to Ken's for car stuff. I cannot speak for all locations, but the one I worked with was superb. They were open on Sunday, which I was grateful for after finding out I had a slow leak in a tire the day before, they worked with me to find deals on tires, didn't push me to join their rewards/membership program, and didn't treat me like an idiot for being a woman. So all in all, really great!

I can't in good conscience recommend this place. Nice enough crew, just under manned and not really good at managing their time or mine. 5 days to replace 1 tire under warranty. Then still wanna charge a full service fee, even though I put the wheel back on the vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait till they got around to it. So I guess that makes them "average" by today's sorry customer service standards.

I love this store. I live in Lexington KY and my boyfriend lives in Clarksville Indiana. I'm up there every week. I've been using this Ken Towery for over a year now. They are very nice and honest. That is hard to find. Thanks guys

Stopped in today and had a wonderful experience!!! They got right to work to fix my tire. Michael the manager was super professional but very thorough when explaining everything! Won't be going anywhere else for tires or automotive work!!!

The staff at Ken Towery s is top notch! I was visiting the area when my tire was damaged. I was faced with driving 300+ miles on a donut. The crew at Ken Towery s fit me into the schedule on a Sunday and repaired the tire quickly at a very fair price. They could ve easily gouged me, but they were honest and professional. I can t recommend this shop enough

Not good customer service purchased new Michelin tires fl $1500. When Installing tires, Damaged one of the tire sensors. And said that the tire pressure would show up in a few miles on the dashboard. Drove it 15 miles took it back they said they Recalibrated them. Said to drive 10 more miles and it would work. It did not the same thing. Every time they tell a different story.

Not been to thus place in more than a few years but I gotta say I'm glad I came by when I did! Had a blow out omw back to work and the shop manager and his crew got me fixed up and back to work in no-time! Permanently a customer here with these guys!

Honest people. Showed me the issues with the car with my own eyes, explained all my options in detail and forthright with prices. Had a great experience. Will be back.

Showed up at 7:30 am to get my vehicle from getting an oil change over the weekend. There were 2 people sitting in the parking lot waiting also and an employee. Shortly after I arrived another employee showed up. After a couple minutes the one employee apologized that there was nobody there to let us in. The 2 people waiting for the site to open ended up leaving. A third vehicle showed up about 7:45 sat for a couple minutes and left. About 8 the manager showed up and grumbled about work 25 days straight and being tired. I get working that many days in a row sucks, I work two jobs and routinely work weeks at a time, but I never make anyone late to work because of my actions. It is uncalled for and unprofessional.

For a Sunday, these guys were awesome. Total lifesavers. They got my car in and took care of me from start to finish. Very professional here. I recommend this location for all of your car needs!

This was the best experience for such an unexpected situation. My tire goes flat and I pull over into a parking lot that just happens to be beside the Ken Towery. I took a chance and go in and was warmly greeted and reassured they would get it taken care of. I was initially stressed about my tire but the nice guy at the desk helped me feel at ease and clearly explained the issue and my options. I got my car back fast and was back on the road. I had the misfortune of hitting something on the interstate that punctured my tire yesterday (with my baby in the car and I have no clue how to change a tire!). I called this location and they were able to squeeze me in late on a Sunday for tire repair. The customer service was top notch. Mike and the rest of the guys there were incredibly kind, got my repair done quickly and efficiently, but didn t cut any corners. They made sure all of my tires were in good working order and that there were not other obvious issues with the car. They just all around made a stressful situation a little smoother for me. I ll be definitely be returning for future services!

we got a flat while traveling down to alabama, on a sunday, and needed an open shop to replace our tire, so we called up Ken s and Allen said he could get us in, quick and easy! and they had our tire in stock!! we couldn t be more grateful that we were able to get back on the road so quickly and efficiently, highly recommend to everyone!!

Indiana does it better than Kentucky!!! The customer service was outstanding. They were prompt, reasonable price for a set of four tires for a SUV, wait was less than an hour and they went the extra mile to run a check to see if there were any recalls on my car. Thank you because this type of service is missing in today s market.

Amazing Service! I took my Infiniti QX60 here after taking it to Big O three times to fix the shaking in my front end. Within 5 minutes of pulling up, someone who specialized in AWD suspension was test-driving my car to diagnose the issue. The issue was found, and I was brought to the garage where the mechanics showed me the problem and explained why it was causing the issue.Great people, I wasn't charged just recommended to come back when I needed tires that wouldn't warp like the ones Big O sold me.I highly recommend this place! I've never felt like my vehicle was in better hands.

I called about 45 min to close. I believe his name was Michael, was extremely friendly & told me to come on in that they d take a look. He even walked to show me my tire to help make it make sense which I appreciated. Got me in and tire changed within 40 min. Decently priced too! Would recommend.

Thank you all for helping me get my light fixed on my car and treated me like you really wanted my business. You all was really busy but you made me an appointment on the same day to fix my light. Calling to schedule an appointment for my SUV was easy, customer service seemed good. I dropped my vehicle off around 10a on Friday- explained the issue of my check engine light being on and smoke coming out upon start up and they made it seem they knew exactly what to check/do. Time went pass and I realized it was about 30 mins before they closed so I called to check on my vehicle after having no update. Someone answered, immediately put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I gave it the benefit of doubt and decided I d call tomorrow morning. Around noon the next day I called again, was instantly placed on hold for bout 10 mins then someone came to the phone to tell me they didn t have the manpower to fully inspect my vehicle to find the issue. I felt this was very inconsiderate and odd that it took all this time to tell me they couldn t even evaluate my vehicle to find the issue better yet actually repair it. I am not happy with the service. There was no communication and a complete waste of time.

I could not recommend this place enough! I had a leak in my tire and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Other tire shops could not get me in for a whole week. Michael was great and was very helpful . One of my tires was is really bad shape and potentially dangerous. Even though he and his shop was very busy, he put me in line because he was concerned for my safety if I drove off and waited until tomorrow. I'm not sure how you can make a customer feel better than that! Excellent service and care. Thanks so much, Michael!

Had two flat tires and my wife had my car taken here. Even though they had a full schedule they got it fixed up in just a day. Couldn't be happier with the service and speed.
