Took my car to get serviced (oil change, tire rotation). Took almost 2.5 hours to complete. I also asked them to take a look at something under my warranty, which they said they would call me back about. Still haven't received a call back after a couple days tho. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone as well when I call, it either just rings out or I get a voicemail

Car needs brakes and front rotors replaced. I m convinced by service rep to come to Toyota because you would assume they have these items. Get all the way through diagnostics and the call confirming what I want done and they tell me it will take three hours. Then I get another call 20 minutes later telling me they made a mistake and they don t have the rotors for my car. Can I leave car with them over night? I say no, I have to work tomorrow. Now I m in the waiting room waiting to get my car back with nothing done to it. They wasted my entire morning because a service rep convinced me that they can do my brakes. What is the point of an appointment if you don t have the parts to do it? No apology, nothing. I m beyond pissed, because my time isn t valuable to anyone there apparently.Service: Auto brake replacement

Went In For An Oil Change, Did Not Even Replace Oil Nor The Filter. Also Paid For An Inspection To Be Done for $127, Not One Things Was Overlooked. Went To Another Mechanic Shop For Another Review & They Found Many Issues That They Took Care Of,. That Mechanics At Toyota of Clarksville Failed To Excecute. Poor Job. Will Never Return For Any Service.

Had a flat tire on my new lease from Jeff Wyler. I came in when they opened at 7am and Donna was super nice and informative. In about thirty minutes her and the equally as nice technician (whose name I forgot to get but he was great too!) found the issue and discussed with me my options. I had to replace the tire, but thanks to WylerCare I didn t have to pay full price. Donna ordered the tire and I came back the next day to have the new one mounted. In and out in 30 minutes. Both her and the technician were super helpful and approachable. In addition, the waiting area for customers is comfortable and boasts a top of the line complimentary espresso machine and snacks. The staff seemed like a big family, very inviting and proud of their line of work. They made a lifelong customer out of me!

In the process of searching for a used car on the web, I found one atJeff Wyler Toyota that met my search criteria (model, mileage, price).I visited their business to look at the vehicle (after business hours). The next day I contacted them to arrange for a test drive. While making these arrangements, I asked what additional fees would be added to the purchase price of the vehicle as I know many dealerships use this as a means of boosting their profit. After speaking with several people, I was shocked to find they were adding money for a 'reconditioning fee' (well over $1000). When I challenged the fee, I was told it was added to cover the cost of preparing the vehicle for sale and to assure the vehicle was in good working order. While I appreciate that Jeff Wyler Toyota wants to sell used vehicles that are in good working order, I don't appreciate the misleading tactic they are using. Luring a customer into the dealership based on a selling price listed on a web-based search engine then inflating the price with a bogus line-item is at best misleading and to some may be considered far worse. If 'reconditioning' is part of what it takes for Wyler Toyota to prepare a vehicle for sale, then that is a COST OF BUSINESS and should be included in the selling price. And I'd have no problem if they put it into the selling price, and that's the point of my review. Many car dealerships have engaged in this behavior, adding money (profit) for undercoating, fabric protector, paint sealant, security etching on glass, etc.Buying a car is often an unpleasant experience due to these types of tactics. The seller often relies on emotional attachment to a car and the buying decision to overwhelm common sense and good judgement, hoping these 'last minute' add-ons will be tolerated.I wouldn't tolerate it and found a dealer willing to sell me a car without misleading me. The selling price was the price and that's what I paid. While I disagree with this business practice, I have no axe to grind with Jeff Wyler Toyota. If they stand by this practice, they should have no issue with it appearing in a public forum. Hopefully this review will help other buyers to be aware of what to expect at this dealership.

I purchased my car here and Wyler Care was included. Service is just okay and if you need anything else other than what's included in the package go somewhere else. Service is really expensive.

Service is horrible. I bought a new truck here and took it for service and they are just liars. Place hidden cmaras on your vehicle when service at this location
