Had an amazing experience at the dealership! All the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the process. Trey was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect vehicle. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend giving Trey a visit to those in the market for a new ride!

No go, went to look at a car that I saw online 3/11/2024. Got there and had to wait about 15 minutes before the salesman even acknowledged me. He was talking on the phone to a customer I assume but if the appointment is scheduled at 4:30 he should have been ready. I stood there talking to a young lady that was trying to get him off the phone but he just continued on like I wasn't there to spend my money. When he finally got off the phone he walked me over to a table where I sat down but he had to go get his laptop. So not only did I have to wait again but he was also unprepared. I set at the table for like 5 minutes alone waiting, which felt like forever. When he finally came back he didn't ask me about the car that I originally inquired about online, he asked me what kind of car I like and I told him. He never even looked at his laptop. He asked me the features and again I told him. The salesman wasn't interested in me and it showed. He showed me a car that they just got in from a trade that hadn't been cleaned or checked or anything so at that point I felt like he was trying to get me in anything. He told me to look past the dirt and as a customer I don't want to see the before but the after. He brought me back in and back to the table we went and again never checking his laptop. However this time instead of him coming back someone new showed up. I felt weird because I was the only lady in there without a male...brother, husband or whatever and I am also a woman of color. I've brought a couple cars in my lifetime and I've never walked into a dealership without someone acknowledging me and I've NEVER had salesman change in the middle of a deal. I will not be going back because they left a real nasty taste in my mouth. Not only that but they kept asking me how much I had to spend and I know you never show your hand, that's what haggling is all about. I will not get a car from them and will also let as many people as I can know how I was treated. You can't salvage a relationship after a crash and burn if you don't know what caused the disconnect in the first place and here I gave them over an hour of my time with at least 35 minutes sitting by myself in a dealership!

I had a disappointing experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Long story short I put down over half of the amount that my car was worth. They deceived me about the car's price and sneaked in extra financing charges. Moving forward, I'll be exploring other options for my automotive needs. I would recommend Neil Huffman Honda, where I received exceptional treatment and secured a fantastic deal on the vehicle I had before buying this one.Update: the number you gave below doesn t event work

I had an appointment for 12 pm, I arrived at 11:50 am. I was told I had to wait as the salesman who was going to be assisting me was finishing paperwork. I sat and waited for 40 minutes and a different salesman came to assist me. After about an hour, I finally got to test drive the car I was coming to purchase. After getting back from the test drive I began filling out the credit application to purchase the vehicle. After waiting, again, I was told that someone else just closed on the car. I m deeply dissatisfied, my time was wasted and they got my hopes up for nothing. I was genuinely excited to purchase this car, but instead they just strung me along in case the other deal fell through. I would strongly advise going anywhere else.

I started shopping for a new car January 1st after totaling my beloved Cadillac on Dec. 3. I met three sales people along the way, but the best one was Eric Meredith. Eric really listened to what I was saying, and understood how I felt about purchasing the right car. His approach was sincere and not pushy. I needed that approach.My husband told him I was the one making the decision and he honored that information. He talked to ME not my husband. That was huge and so appreciated.We had a great connection, and I finally became excited about purchasing a car. Because he was such a good listener, he took me to a car that had been on the lot for awhile, and I fell in love. It was a 2018, older than I wanted but, it ticked off almost every box I on my list of must haves. I planned to return , drive and probably purchase that car from Eric the next day.As Eric was talking to his manager he heard of the exact car I was looking for. It was being traded in at that very moment. He excitedly return to me and my husband and told us what was happening.Jeff Wyler graciously agreed to hold both cars until the next day after I got off work. We returned and purchased the Grand Highlander Hybrid Pro from Eric.If you are looking for a vehicle, be sure to stop in and see Eric Meredith. I can not recommend him enough. I was ready to give up my car search until Summer. He spent almost 10 hours with us to help me find the perfect car, and he did. I believe he would do the same for anyone.

I've purchased several cars from dealers with generally good experiences, but today was not that. I inquired online (directly to their dealership) about a car, mentioning I was traveling from Kentucky with my toddler in tow, and was assured by two staff members it was available.Upon arrival and after a 45-minute wait for my trade-in evaluation, I was informed the car had sold that morning. The process became a maze of evasion regarding alternatives and my trade-in value, with staff disappearing when pressed for details.A manager proposed a similar, older car with an extended warranty, but it required more waiting. With my toddler's patience thinning and rush hour nearing, I left, asking for my trade in value and info on the other car to be sent to me and it never came.Jeff Wyler certainly lived up to the car lot trope. The experience was surprising and frustratingly unproductive. For a straightforward car-buying process, this dealership is not the best choice.

Fantastic service department! I called multiple Toyota dealerships to see if CarPlay could be installed in a car I recently purchase. Both of the other dealerships said it wasn t available for the year of my car. I made an appointment with Jeff Wyler in Clarksville and they took care of it! I also requested that they check to see if my warranty covered a tire sensor issue before they fixed it. They were able to fix that as well. Both issues were resolved in about 3 hours!

Very busy location, I sold my vehicle got a fair price I think. Process was quick easy seemed lil to easy but negotiating was straight forward. Settled signed and was out. Got my portion of proceeds quickly no hassles. I'm pretty happy with the experience. Alot of people on their lot. Showroom was full of buyers.

Had a great experience with Gene Post on my most recent trade in and purchase! The vehicle that I wanted had just been built, so it took about a month to be delivered to the dealership. His communication was great throughout the process. He would frequently update me on the location of the vehicle while it was in transit. The buying process took a while, but that is typical of any dealership I have worked with. Gene was friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the whole process. I will continue to do business with Jeff Wyler Toyota in the future!

I worked with Mr. Tyyu Redd. He was there before opening already working; I was looking around before hours. Mr. Redd was already out on the lot moving cars for his days clients. I was impressed that he didn't bother me, just let me know he was there, and asked if he could help. His easy going, no high pressure approach was exactly what I was looking for. He made the process easy and I was in and out with a new vehicle within a few short hours. I look forward to working with him and his team again for future deals.

I had an awful experience at this dealership. I payed 100% of everything for the vehicle and still didn t walk out with the title. I live in Arizona but needed to get the car titled in Kentucky but they wouldn t give me the title and gave me a temporary one instead. I stayed in town for almost a month waiting so I could register it rather than drive back and forth. There s a woman named Brittany who deals with the titles. It was sitting on her desk. They could care less about your livelihood. I missed weeks of work so lost thousands of dollars going to this dealership. I wouldn t recommend Jeff Wyler dealerships in general.

We had a great experience with Jeff Wyler Clarksville. We found what we both wanted in their inventory compared to any other dealer in the Louisville area. We got a great trade in value for our cars, and clear pricing for the new cars. If something didn't make sense to us, they took the extra time to explain what the options meant. Worst buying experience. Lied online saying vehicle had not been in an accident when in fact it had. Vehicle was not cleaned when I purchased it. Then I was told it was clean when it wasn't. Had to go back across the bridge multiple times because I could not get a hold of anyone there. Never got calls back.Rather spend more money at a different dealership

I had a great experience doing business with Wyler Toyota. Ryne found my exact vehicle I was looking for and kept me informed throughout the build and shipping process. Gene helped with the delivery and Dylan was cool in the F&I department. They came through with my wanted vehicle while other Toyota dealers couldn't tell me what they had coming in or wanted to switch me to another color or trim level. Great Job Guys!

Pro'sHas a mindset of keeping the Customer happy even after leaving the lot.Honesty .Great personalities from the top to the bottom.IntegritySTANDS BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL.Pricing below the 90% of the competitionCONSCommunication within entire facility.(I understand the climate in the building)Better attention to detail and or training. The truck I purchased from them had some issues. I'm not gonna get into that because Jeff Wyler has took care of me at many different levels in the beginning it did sorta suck because it did cost me more money out of my pocket simply on fixing issues that should have been caught before the truck was put on the lot. Because the result of this was not only a replacement of a $260 tire which was actually half off because I was able to speak to FALKEN tire company and they hooked me up out of kindness (generally I think they felt bad.. so that and around $2000 worth of repairs to the front end... and a cv axle at my local dealership (absolutely a friggin joke compared the Jeff Wyler).. Anyways I ended up notifying Jeff Wyler here recently and explained the entire situation like 300 times (yeah the part sucked took like 4 days to get through... lol everyone understood but never told the appropriate person... untill finally I spoke to the maintenance manager and inwhich I soon spoke to Dylan the sales manager... both solid A1 gentlemen. Good communication skills. Solid, personality, good hygiene. Natural charisma rolling off the shoulders... they're people's people. But they're also human and hold positions that require alot of attention to detail and alot of time... well i finally made contact with these two and I'm glad I did. They gave me a loner car untill they get my truck fixed right. They both came outside spoke to me with the upmost respect I could ask for. They both went over every issue I had with the truck... 90% of these issues is not a Jeff wyler issue... it's a Toyota issue with the Tundra's. So the fact that this dealership is so committed to satisfaction of they're customer even after I paid them and left the lot... almost 6 months later. They continue to treat me absolutely amazing. I will only ever buy from this dealership they have officialy earned a life long customer.. that comes from the wife and the two kiddos and you can take that to the grave. Yeah there's some details I left out but at the same time when it came time to lay the cards on the table they delivered you won't get this from other dealerships nowadays because people don't take pride into what they do anymore.The Maintenance Manager and the Sales Manager are incredible attributes to this company. And the team work after both them were finally given the full information was absolutely 10/108.7/10 overall Jeff Wyler. A man is only as good as his word.
