This is my second time visiting Craig & Landreth. As I expected the experience was excellent! Great customer service with an extremely knowledgeable team. Both times I have been here the team has been honest, open and worked very hard to put me in a vehicle that worked for my family and our budget. Richard and Richie were amazing

Having worked for numerous dealerships in the past, I can say that this store is the best dealership I ve visited or done business with (or even worked for!) The salesman Chris was wonderful, Richard (owner) was absolutely phenomenal. They 110% went above and beyond. I ve never felt so good about a vehicle purchase. I will absolutely return to them for future vehicle needs and would send anyone to see them. Beyond pleased!

A special thanks to our Salesman Andres. He was very knowledgeable and helped to make our experience purchasing our new 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave a breeze. Another thanks to Richard for helping get us where we wanted to be payment wise and answered all our questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend Craig and Landreth Clarksville when purchasing a vehicle. Their used inventory is top tier from my experiences shopping around. Thank you again!

It was such a pleasure buying my 2022 BMW X3 xDrive30i from here.I felt like Richard was extremely fair to me in his pricing. I laid out for them what price I was looking for, and he adjusted it to fit my budget. It was all straight-forward, no hidden fees like other dealers sometimes do. He literally handed me the paper with his out-the-door price and said, Shop me. I doubt anyone will even come close. He was very, very right. I was back that afternoon.Chris and Jeremy were so nice as well. Jeremy helped me out, answered my questions, and even coached me through my trade-in and financing.Ramsey helped me with my final paperwork. When we both noticed that the extended warranty I bought actually overlapped with the new car warranty already on the vehicle, Ramsey immediately talked to Richard and they decided that the extended warranty made no sense and cancelled that order for me. They gave me advice on how to get a warranty on my car when my current one runs out. Again, just honest business that was so refreshing.They also figured out that my warranty on my trade-in can be cancelled and refunded, and they coached me through how to do that, which will probably save me $1200-ish.Overall I couldn t be happier with my experience here. Seriously, couldn t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!!

I had an excellent experience at Craig and Landreth Clarksville! Amazing cars at even better prices! The staff is not only super helpful, they are friendly and caring and not once did I feel like they were trying to sell to me. I felt like they genuinely wanted what was best for me and wanted me to drive home in my dream car and not settle for anything less!Craig and Landreth pride themselves on being a Family and I definitely felt that while being there! By far, best car buying experience I have ever had!

From the start to the finish, the buying process here was flawless. Keep in mind: We did this whole process over the telephone! I was in WV, they were in IN. So, my dream was to get a ZL1 Camaro. This dealership had the perfect one available. Bill and Richard answered my novel s worth of questions and never once got impatient with me. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and allowed me to negotiate a few things in our deal. Yes Interest rates suck, but Richard found me a better rate than anyone in West Virginia could at the time. I ve bought a lot of vehicles in my life, and usually I m left feeling like I got screwed over. That wasn t the case with Craig & Landreth. They treated me fairly and kindly from the start. They went above and beyond, and even corrected my mistakes. They sent me a spare key fob and my garage door opener I accidentally left in my trade-in car. They didn t have to do all that, but that s just the type of people they are. I m enjoying my new ZL1 Camaro, and I hope to one day make the drive from WV to Craig & Landreth in Clarksville, IN to meet both Bill and Richard in person to shake their hands. God bless you guys!

The 5 star reviews that these establishment gets are not by the pull of an arm. They earn every one of them. They are very patient, personable, and do not apply any pressure to buyers. I had a fantastic experience with Jeremy. He was very patient with my situation when he didn t have to be. They provide a high quality costumer experience.

This is my second time buying a car from Craig and Landreth. Both times have been a seamless and smooth experience. Working with Tyler and Richard has been very pleasant. They genuinely care about their customers as they make you feel like family each step of the way on what your needs and wants are.

We had been searching for a shop truck for a while. Came across one at C&L and was very pleased with the whole experience. Brandon is professional and knowledgeable. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had by far.I knew what I wanted going in and Tyler made it even easier to leave with a new car. Tyler was very down to earth and helpful when it came to filling out the mountain of papers, he made the whole process run quick and smooth.Everyone I interacted with it the dealer incredibly friendly as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new ride! ( And ask for Tyler, he'll hook you up!)

I worked with the owner Jimmy Smith Sr and Scott. They were by far the kindest and sincere car salesman I ve ever worked with. This was my first time doing a deal on my own and they never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of, they answered every single question I had and not once made me feel like i was asking anything stupid. It was such a great experience I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle to come here and deal with Scott he was AWESOME!! LOOOOOVEE my new truck!! One of the best experiences I have had with purchasing a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership were professional and friendly. Pricing was reasonable and we got more money for our trade-in than any other dealership we dealt with. I want to specifically call out our salesman Jeremy Wingler. He answered all my questions, provided great information on the vehicle we looked at and most importantly, kept his word. Craig and Landreth is our new dealership in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family.

I'm so glad I came here an Purchased my first car. When I walked in the Receptionist was very polite and welcoming. (SHE WAS RIGHT, I DID COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE !!!!) Mr. Bill (the car dealer) did a awesome job helping me from beginning to end with my car purchase. (IT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND,THE EXTRA MILE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!) I REALLY appreciate him being understanding. Jamie (Finance Manager) explained all paperwork to me. She made things easy. Good quality Management customer service !! Without a doubt, the best dealership experience I've ever had. In the past, when purchasing cars from other dealerships, I always felt that I had to be cautious to avoid getting taken advantage of. However, with Andres, it was a completely different story. Not only did he work with me to get a fair value for my trade-in, but he also helped me narrow down some great options (I was a bit indecisive about the models I wanted). Throughout the entire process, he was transparent and honest. He patiently addressed all my questions and never applied any pressure. I highly recommend visiting him if you're in the market for a car. I also have to give a shoutout to Richard - he was great!He gave me a ton of tips on the car buying process, which will be helping me save money down the line. Once again, it was a 10/10 experience.

C&L Clarksville has the best customer service!They were patient with me and my 3 month infant while testing driving vehicles and assisting me load/unload my infant car seat multiple times.They actively listened to my needs/wants for a vehicle without making me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle not within my means.Thank you C&L I love my new vehicle and the experience, I will be back for any future vehicle needs!

I had been looking for a Chrysler Prowler for awhile. Having found several that either did not have the options I wanted or a color I did not care for, or the price was too high, I found the perfect Prowler at Craig and Landreth in Clarksville. We negotiated an acceptable price and the vehicle was shipped to me in Southern Middle TN. The entire staff were professional and polite and worked with me every step of the way. They made the purchase an easy process. I would buy from Craig and Landreth in Clarksville again.

You will not find a better dealership!! I sold cars for over 5 years for two different dealerships so I know how stressful and hectic buying a car can be. But when I went to Craig and Landreth to purchase a vehicle it was the complete opposite. They went above and beyond for my fiance and I. Tyler was the best salesperson I ve met and the management and owners were beyond incredible. I truly cannot recommend them enough! I purchased a vehicle a week ago and they are still continuously helping me and I promise you will not find that at any other dealership. 10/10

Outstanding experience! I saw the perfect vehicle I had been looking for and made an inquiry online. Tyler reached out to me the next morning and was fantastic. Clear communication with no pushy "sales" tactics. Took care of everything over the phone and I felt super comfortable flying to Louisville to finish the deal. I can t say enough about C&L in Clarksville IN,I purchased a 19 Ram 1500 on 1/7/23and Richard and his team were great! I truly couldn t ask for a better experience.My salesman Tyler was very personable and didn t pressure me to buy. I had a great experience dealing and trading with Brandon from this dealership! They were very kind, informative and helped me to get acquainted with my car that I purchased from them! Very knowledgeable of the vehicle! Everything went very smooth as we had did most of the back and forth over the phone (as i lived several statesaway). So I was out and back on the road home in my car very quickly! I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again!!

Tyler Verwey was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He sent me personalized videos on the car I was buying, since I was out of state, to give me a more hands-on look. He constantly kept in contact with me to help expedite the buying process before I arrived at the dealership. Tyler was professional and patient with us as we got all of our ducks in a row. He made buying my dream car a reality, and I will forever be thankful for that. Richard was a huge help as well, and you can tell he puts a lot of love into his business and dealership.

Craig and Landreth never disappoints! We have bought multiple vehicles from them, and have loved every one we ve had. They sell quality vehicles for a reasonable price, and treat you like family while doing it!
