My husband and I have been looking for a second vehicle for a while now, and have had some poor experiences at other dealerships. As soon as we got to Coyle, Cassie H. was incredibly helpful and so sweet! We never felt pressured, but felt completely comfortable in our decision to buy our new car! The test drive went so well and she was able to walk us through all of the features and answer our questions with ease.Once we moved forward into financing, Aaron and Jordan were both very knowledgeable and got us through the process quickly while answering all of our questions.I would reccomend Coyle Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the future!!

My wife and I went to Coyle for a new vehicle, and Cassie took great care of us! She provided a lot of info I've never heard about the vehicle, and helped us get into the exact car we wanted!Everybody at Coyle was great and super professional, and made us feel extremely comfortable eith the entire process! Jordan and Aaron also did a great job getting us in and out quickly!I would and will highly recommend Coyle for anybody looking to get a new car!

My husband and I Walked into Coyle and really didn t expect to be a top priority or to get a quality deal. We had a not so great experience at the Nissan dealership in Louisville, so we decided to go over to Indiana which is where we bought our maxima in 2021. We had a good experience back in 2021 but an even better one this past week! Jordan, Aaron, and the other financial guy took very good care of us! Gave us the best dollar for our trade and helped us to stay within our budget. Well done and Kudos to all 3! Would recommend the same team to anyone Tara & Donald

UPDATE: Since leaving the review, I have had Coyle Nissan reach out and has offer to either reimburse me for the cost of the tint or my next oil service/tire rotation will be at no charge. These guys truly have went above and beyond to rectify the situation. This is the first problem I have had in the 4 years since purchasing my car from them. They really are great people to work with. I would like to thank Mike for reaching out. My only regret was not reaching out to them to see if they would do anything, once I saw the damage that had been done. For that I apologize. Definitely getting 5 stars from me.Although I was very pleased with the work that was performed and the associate that was working on my car was very informative, I did have a problem with my visit. When taking the old oil change sticker out of my window, the tint on my windshield was tore. It left a tear about as big as a half dollar. I undertake things happen, but no one bothered to tell me or my fiance, who took my car for the oil change, that they tore a spot out of my tint. I know the old sticker was stuck on there which is why it was still there to begin with. Once the associate saw it wasn't going to be able to be removed they should've left it alone, but they didn't

I called the service department for a burned out headlight. I was told at first that this would not be covered under warranty. I was told I could drop off my vehicle to determine what the issue was. I was going on my honeymoon in Florida so I didn't have time to deal with it prior. We woke up Wednesday morning to discover a crack forming from the top of the windshield and it was traveling down along the rearview mirror console. The next morning we saw a second crack forming from the bottom of the windshield and was traveling across the window. I called when we got home in hopes that the service department could fix both the light and the glass and I was at first told that they could coordinate both. I later was told that could not happen as the third party they have that repairs windows would only be available for window repair caused by accident damage. Honestly, I feel that this could have been coordinated, since they had my vehicle for two days, one day could have had the window repaired while I waited for the headlight to come in. I don't understand why a 2021 vehicle should have a LED light burn out and I was pretty upset to find out that the entire Light assembly needed to be replaced and cost a a whopping $1600. That is ridiculous. Thankfully, this was covered under my bumper to bumper 65K warranty through Nissan. I still have to now schedule to have my window repaired at a Safe-Lite location and lose my vehicle for whole other day. I think I could have had much better customer service and had both repairs completed while you had my vehicle for two whole days. Great customer service starts with going above and beyond the "usual". I am grateful that my light repair was completed in between other scheduled appointments. ~KC

A1 service! No hassle straight to the point! Doesn't get much better and smoother. I highly recommend! My sales person stayed ontop of everything! I purchased from out of state, let's just say I'd do it again.

Chris was an amazing salesman, no pressure and laid back. We came to view a vehicle at the start of our car search, when we left without purchasing he didn t make us feel bad for waiting his time as other car salesman have before. That paid off, because as we talked about it we decided we did want to come back and purchase the car. We asked for him again and had a smooth purchasing experience. Highly recommend Coyle Nissan and their salesmen Chris!

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have not been to the dealership for service prior to this and my experience was great! Chandler was excellent with his customer service and the service team was quick and had me in and out of there. The snacks were good too :)

I had such a GREAT experience withChris Taylor and Aaron buying my first Nissan car! Chris helped me search for cars before hand so I knew exactly what I wanted before I made the drive there. He helped me with any questions I had, and was very patient! Literally one of the nicest guys.Chris helped me find Exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. The paper work was quick and easy once I got there. He showed me all the features and I got to test drive the car. He showed me what my monthly payments would look like beforehand, so I knew what my down payment was. He helped me so much after getting my car stolen in another state. Overall, I am so thankful for all his help.Aaron helped with the financing part and handling payments. He was very personable, funny, and nice! Aaron also helped explain things a little easier for me to understand and also gave me his personal opinions and recommendations which I really appreciate.They are both genuinely nice people and you can tell that they really care!! My truck sat here for service for 45 days and as of today there still wasn't a diagnosis. They never once reached out proactively with any communication. I would call and text and the response was always what I define as a "non-answer." For the month and a half it sat there, they claim to have spent a total of 8 hours diagnosing without reaching a conclusion. Every week I would ask if the truck would get looked at and the answer was always some version of, "We will do our best."I made it very clear that I didn't have another reliable vehicle to use and I would like to know when it wasn't being worked on so I could use it, but they never once did so. The tech working on it was even out for over a week (apparently that means that no one else can touch the car) and they didn't let me know.There were two visible issues I asked to be fixed when I dropped it off - leaking tire and a broken tail light. They verbally confirmed the tire was fixed, but never responded about the tail light. Guess what? Neither were fixed.So now I am starting over and taking my car somewhere else. Their final gift was lying to me about my battery being dead (they clearly jumped the car right in front of me). It was so dead that the car wouldn't start again even after letting it run for 45 minutes.After ALL of this, there still wasn't so much as an apology from the manager. I'm glad so many people are giving the shop good reviews. I hope my experience was an anomaly, but I always feel compelled to share whenever my experience is extraordinarily good or bad. Sadly, this time it was latter.

Top to bottom....staff at Coyle Nissan were very friendly, courteous, and professional. TJ was 100% all about making sure that everything was handled properly with our vehicle trade and new purchase. The GM, Alex, was great to work with and was very reasonable during the negotiations. Great dealerships are made up of great people. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Coyle Nissan.

I called to make an appointment today and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful- all I needed was to get an oil change, the recall taken care of, and another key fob and they couldn t give me a straight answer on when they could fit me in or if they had a loaner car available since I work during the week which is the only time they are open. When they asked for the recall and my VIN and I was trying to load it on my phone the comment was made oh I ve got all the time in the world I ve got all day . Told I was going to get a call back and received no call so I took my business to Jeff Wyler!

I would use caution buying from this dealer if you re buying used. Recently went in to look at a commuter car that though had pretty significant paint damage, was priced on the high end of DEALER KBB. Staff was professional and courteous, no problems there. Having an automotive background I looked under and all around the vehicle and only found an oil leak (common on higher mileage vehicles but still depreciates value) no big deal. Test drove it and it had a very obvious driveability issue. It would almost die while idling in gear. It also had what sounded like an exhaust leak.Upon negotiating the price of the vehicle they were adamant I pay $700 (7k total I think) over the list price for processing, title work ($6300 which is ample for the shape it was in and literally top kbb value) etc. I offered to give them the asking price that was listed as long as they repaired the drivability issue and the exhaust leak (or whatever the noise was). They refused to do any repairs at all or come down on the price. Their excuse was, Someone will buy it eventually. I understand a business exists to make money, but knowing the business a bit from working in the car dealer world, they likely paid less than a 3rd of the list price which would easily pay for the repairs.Their willing to sell a broken car to someone just seems like bad business to me. I m not trying to mess with a persons livelihood but I will point out shady business when I see it.Maybe the business has changed since I ve been involved but branded car dealerships used to be held to high standards, not your average salvage (car shark) title buy here pay here lot where they are notorious for putting bandages on vehicles enough for a test drive to sucker the poor soul into buying a vehicle.I m sure it s safe to buy new cars there for obvious reasons but I d steer clear buying used because it s obvious their ethical compass isn t pointing true north.

Everyone was so helpful, starting with Linda who answered the phone when I first called about a car. Andrew helped me and I was actually his first new car sold.
