Clarksville Collision team Darren, I'm sorry that i can't leave a 10 review. I'm limited on these stars.From my initial call, to meeting Darren and the team at Clarksville Collision Center it has been nothing short of positive through and through. Talking to the estimator Darren he mede me feel like he was about to fix his own car, like I'm a member of his family and assured me that everything will be restored as close to perfect as they can get. At that moment I knew i made the right choice.I was worried about the drive terrain of the vehicle because things were binding up. He called me after hours apologized for the late call and told me that during the accident i accidentally engaged 4x4 and that there was no issues. Relief .Through the whole process he kept in touch with me. Kept me up to date on everything from parts orders to completion date.Now that i have my car back it is as good as new. Like the accident never happened all thanks to Clarksville Collision Center and their amazing team.Clarksville Collision I hope i never see you again as i don't want to be in another wreck but if i ever need collision work in the future you are my go to.Everyone i highly, highly recommend Clarksville Collision Center for all your collision needs body and mechanical.Thank youO PS you get a piece of chocolate as a gift amazing.

The team at Clarksville Collision did a fantastic job with my car! They were friendly, professional and clearly explained the repairs that were needed. An unexpected bonus was that they did an amazing job detailing my car. I didn't expect this at all. This surprise made my day. :)

I d give them 10 stars if I could. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They did a fantastic job repairing my car and even cleaned it. My car was ready when Darren said it would be. I am very pleased and highly recommend Clarksville Collision. Special shout out to Stacie and Ashley for being so understanding with me.

Where do we start? Had hail damage on three vehicles from a spring storm. One vehicle was going to receive a c"customer paid" ticket as well. Had gotten estimates from another local shop but was told by my insurance that I had to use one of their providers. The CCC estimates were nearly 3x that of the previous estimates, almost $22k for hail damage. Okay, insurance insists on these guys, whatever. Got my daughter's car back and the sunroof didn't work, had to go back and be repaired again. My son's car still has small dings in moldings, although the invoice had charges for trim parts. Ok, someone missed something, I can let that slide. My wife's car had hail damage, same story as the son's car. Wife's car had the paid claim to repair a front right fender. Was told to pick the car up so we did. A few days later we were told to bring it back over an emblem that was left off. I had to move the fender forward because the passenger door was running when you open the door. Cleaning the car last night and noticed a cowl was left off the inside near the windshield. It's been a couple months. It's a $10 part. Not worth my time and the fight. You'd think for $22k plus a paid invoice, you would at least get all the parts to put your own Lego kit back together. I've already burned the insurance company up about their "approved" supplier list.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son was rear ended in our Subaru. They did a great job!! Was told probably 2 weeks but less than a week they had it done! They also vacuumed our car!! Very nice staff. Stacie is at the front desk, so if you have questions give her a call!!

I highly recommend this place to anyone involved in a vehicle accident. We all know the wait on parts right now is crazy but they stay in contact with me every step of the way from the moment I got my jeep towed to them till the moment I picked it up. The body work they done is amazing. They ladies in the office are super sweet and amazing. Even get a piece of tasty chocolate when you get your car back. Would not give me a price to fix my car. They said it was to old and not worth the repair. Whether or not the car was a total loss was not for you to decide. You have over inflated rates. There was 800 in parts needed for the repair and you wanted to charge north of 4k. No bodyshop is that good.

Doug and his team are top notch, they will only repair cars the right way. I recently sent my sister there after an accident because I know it will be repaired properly and safely. I would recommend them to anyone!

returning customer no more !!! New ownership!!! Didn t want to take my claim due to me having an attorney involved. Claim was for just over 3k in damages that I said I would pay out of pocket. Don t go here. Go somewhere else. Not the same business owners and process. . . was just bought July of 2023. Search secretary s of state of Indiana.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to them my wife has had them repair her car a couple of times in the past . We are both very impressed with Clarksville Collision. The staff and everyone is very nice and polite and very professional. They had a rental car waiting on me when I dropped the vehicle to. They had it done in a few days. They washed and vacuumed out the vehicle as well as repairing the damage from the accident. I would highly recommend Clarksville Collision to anyone who is looking for a awesome place to get there vehicle repaired and an awesome staff to make everything go smoothly. I've known about this place for years because my parents went here for car repairs when I was growing up. Their customer lounge is very welcoming and cozy. The staff are always friendly, whether you're dealing with them on the phone or in person. They're very straightforward with you about everything and genuinely seem like they care. When I go there, they almost treat me like I'm family. This is my chosen shop and I'd recommend anyone to go here.

Visited to get an estimate for hail damage to our Cadillac. Was told it would be over a week out to schedule to get an estimate and would be at least August before they could work on it. Those lead times are crazy. Additionally they said to call our insurance company first and file a claim, that an insurance company will not take their quote that they do their own quotes.I have worked in the insurance business for years, and spoke with my agent in advance whom said to go get an estimate before opening a claim.If you are too busy for work, just tell me that instead of giving me the run around.I write this as I sit in a competitors lobby getting a quote right after leaving your establishment.

Recently, my vehicle was hit while sitting in a parking lot. Although the damage was mainly cosmetic it was something I wanted to get repaired. Through recommendations from friends I used Clarksville Collision center for the body work. All the employees that I interacted with were professional and friendly. Their repair work was top notch also. Hopefully I won t have to utilize there services again but if so I will definitely go to Clarksville Collision for any repairs. I definitely will recommend them to friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I picked up my RAV4 today after being in an accident on August 30th. Clarksville Collision did a beautiful job of restoring my vehicle. I'm very impressed with the quality workmanship, and the friendly staff! They took such good care of me and my vehicle. I'm so grateful! I had an issue where an insurance adjuster would not call me back, Clarksville collision helped facilitate a contact so I could have a reinspection and speak to someone. I have been to this place twice now, once with my C class Mercedes and now to day with my SLK. I have been to many shops of the years and these guys are "top notch". Professional, courteous, fast, efficient and friendly. They have always exceeded my expectations regardless of who takes care of me. Jo at the front desk is fun and has a wonderful personality, Daryl is as professional as they come. YOU will not go wrong trusting your car with them.

Friendly staff and did what I was expecting them to do as a quality body shop. Took over a month to get in and the small repair was done in one week. The staff were friendly to deal with. We have been using these guys for years for our collision repair needs.
