I want to publicly praise this Big O location. Admittedly, Big O isn't always my goto (that will change) but because they are a leading tire distributor in my area, I selected this location.Admittedly I wasn't having a great morning and when some of my negative energy was spilling over, Store mgr Brandon and his team of professionals produced exemptionery workmanshipGreat Location. Definitely recommending to friends.

Really friendly staff. Came in for a basic oil change and rotation, and I got in and out in about an hour fifteen, even though there was a decent number of other clients there. Good little shop for taking care of the basics. I ll probably come here again if I ever need anything a bit more involved as well.

I'm so thankful to the men here who took the best care of me after a stressful wk from another tire store who really messed up my alignment when putting on new set tires. Ben is such a gentleman who tops all customer service & Brandon was very helpful thank u guys you was my blessing getting my alignment right

I've been a Jeffersonville Big O customer for over 20 years. Today, I decided Clarksville is my new home Big O store! Great customer service! Brandon Happel is a gem! His treatment & customer service will keep me coming back.So long Jeff Big O!!

The best tire shop around a real honiest place they get straight to your issue and stay on that issue till your car is back on the road at the lowest cost possiable with top notch quility work iam very pleased with the whole deal start to finish

My niece always just raves about what impeccable service she receives from the guys at Clarksville Big O. And she is right! The service I received was hands down the best I've ever experienced at any repair shop! Big O in Clarksville Indiana is very efficient, and very helpful when you have questions. I feel as if it is the best mechanic shop around for your basic needs, so don't hesitate if you hear otherwise, they are amazing!

Always good about giving great service to me and quick turn around. Doesn't try to upsell like other shops. Gives honest opinions on what should be addressed immediately and what could wait on my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Went in to have a tire repaired and got quick and efficient service--repaired my punctured tire for no charge even though it wasn't purchased there. Incredible customer service.

Was there at 11am for a nail in my tire with 2 people in chairs waiting with me. Nobody bothered to get to my quick fix, and I waited until 1:30pm for them to finally do anything after many people had come and gone after me. Keep on them when you go in or they will ignore you for others that are more worth it. Just bad time management get the quick people in and out so you can dedicate yourself for the longer fixes. Simple

Went there to ask for assistance with mounting a riding lawn mower tire. I knew it wasn't necessarily what they did, but I took a chance. The manager, Jesse, was kind and not only mounted the tire, but filled it with air and put a dust cap on the fill tube. Over and above what I asked. Side Note: one of their competitors, initials are TD, was quite the opposite. BIG O CUSTOMER FOR LIFE HERE!!!!

We had a flat from a nail day before we left for a trip, Big O got it taken care of within an hour! I think we talked with Jesse and Brandon and they told us that week they had a promo on flat repairs and they did it for us for free! Will definitely use this place again for our tire needs.

Random nail in my tire today and I thought for sure I was going to dread getting it repaired. I decided not to go to my usual place because of bad experiences and took a chance going somewhere new (big O tires). When I arrived Tom immediately made me feel less anxious. fabulous customer service! My tire was repaired right away. I know I lucked out with the time I arrived and very few cars being worked on but with people as pleasant as Tom working there I think my experience would have been great even if I had to wait a period of time. Thank you,Tom! I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Brandon and the guys at Big O are amazing! I moved up here about a year ago and haven t had to replace my tires until this week, and was recommended to come here. They got me in quickly, and they did an awesome job. Super thankful for them helping me get ready to get back onto the road. Will visit again!

The hardworking guys at Big O Tires in Clarksville, In always take great care of my family. After having two bad experiences in a row a Big O Tires in Jeffersonville, I gave this location a try before finding a different business to patronize. Brandon Happel, the Manager at the Big O Tires in Clarksville has blown me away with the customer service I ve been given. The guys working there all have a very great attitudes and clean appearances. I can say with honesty and sincerity, that I trust the guys at Big O Tires with mine and my family s vehicles!!!10/10 A++

Brand new wheels, brand new tires. Took them down, off the vehicle to get them mounted and balanced. 50+ mph they ride like a covered wagon. Got fed up with local tire shops messing up simple work and bought a wheel balancer myself. Less than 50 miles on the new set and I put them on my machine and had to completely change and move the weights. What are you all doing in there? Rides smooth and as it should now.

Great place if you need an oil change or tire fixed or replaced. I do not, however, recommend them for alignments. I took my truck there for the first time, and I was told I needed inner and out tie rods before they could service it. I replaced those, and returned was told needed upper control arms this time. I did need 2 new tires, but I had those ordered already. Decided to get a second opinion on the control arms since I didn't see any movement in them. Needless to say, I now have the alignment taken care of. I will still use Big O for tire repair and oil changes. Just not alignments.

I had an Awesome experience at Big O Tires. They saved me a lot of money on my vehicle. In addition ,They are so detail on explaining the needs and the repairs on my vehicle. I will continue to come to this Big O Tires. Smiles !!! over here. Thanks again Big O's

I m never coming here again! I was having issues when accelerating I brought my car here on Thursday of last week. I was assured the issue was due to a bad tire and wheel I ordered a new wheel and purchased a tired from the shop guess what?!!! That didn t resolve the issue!!! So, then I was told the issue could be the axle and to bring it back to the mechanic next week so he could see what the problem was I brought it back today and the mechanic drove and says he thinks it s something to do with my transmission! I came to the shop 3 different times and got 3 different answers!!! Totally disregard the fact I was told it was the wheel and tire!!! This place used to be amazing now not so much If you don t know what the issue is just say that!!!

Great experience with Big O Tires!! First time having to bring in my car due to screw in my back tire. Was very scared...usually my husband takes care of these things. But they fixed it immediately and for free!! Everyone was very nice and made you feel comfortable. Great team and great work!! Very impressed with Big O Tires!! Thank you!! Great people!!
