I feel like there are a lot of businesses now that just want to suck people dry financially. But this place looked at my phone when I needed a new battery to recover pictures of my newborn, and they did not charge me at all when they found out it was not a battery issue. They were very kind and helpful, and I appreciated it so much!

The gentleman who greeted me was nice. I was in to have the battery (lifetime) changed on my Fossil watch. They had a hard time getting the back on. I didn't notice right away, but it doesn't work. My watch is on the same time it was on when I was in the store. What am I supposed to do?

Customer service was 10/10. My phone was finished in about an hour and that s the estimated time they gave me. The screen comes with a warranty just in case it s start acting funny, so far the screen looks and acts good as new

Will NEVER go in this store again.. or let anyone I know do business with them. Went in to inquire about a potential charger for My laptop today, and the staff were beyond rude and insulting. Stated not only did they not have one that would work but stated they wouldnt even USE My laptop because it was from amazon and offbrand. (Because you know everyone just has $100s to just throw away a new laptop and buy a new one THIS GUY approves of apparently!

I came in to have a battery change for my watch and all i can say is this store is awesome! Great service and it was very fast. They also offer lifetime battery replacement which is super cool! They sell different items like batteries for laptops, batteries for cars, house bulbs to office bulbs and more. I had an awesone experience.

My cell phone battery was not holding charge and had to be charged at least twice a day. I called the store and a man told me to schedule appointment for battery change and bring it it. I scheduled the appt and on the day I took the phone in. I was told then that the battery change might not help and advised not to do it. I think he just did not want to replace the battery. A few weeks later I took to computer shop where they gladly replace my cell phone battery and it has been working great since.Will not go to or recommend Batteries plus for any cell phone work, they apparently don t want the work.

I went in today to buy a new battery for my phone to only find out they don't carry that certain battery and couldn't even order it. To make it worse, one of the guys working at a desk by the register was not wearing a mask . I looked online and found the battery I need New on eBay so I bought it. This was my first and last time here.

Took my partner's cellphone there with an issue with the charging port. Tried to explain the issue to the guy at the counter, but he just hooked it to a multimeter, said "Voltage is good, it's charging fine, nothing is wrong with it. Must be your charging equipment." I tried to explain I'd tried other cables, etc, but he was thoroughly uninterested because his gadget had already told him there wasn't a problem. Took the phone to Cracked Gadgets. The tech there took an extra 5 minutes to listen to the problem details even after his initial inspection didn't reveal an issue. The problem was solved and now the phone fast charges properly and charge consistently. I know where I'm going for cell phone repairs now.

Dropped by with a simple Timex watch. They had the battery replaced, checked me out, and gave me a coupon for 10% off next time in less than three minutes. The two guys behind the counter were super friendly. I couldn t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

Went in to buy a new battery for my motorcycle two days ago and was immediately put off at how harshly the store attendant was treating the customers in front of me aggressively disrespectful, in a confrontational way he attempted the same belligerence with me, but I wasn t so tolerant as those ahead of me had been. Whoever manages this store should reassess their employee s fitness for customer service.

Went into the Clarksville store to have a battery replaced in an Apple Air Tag. I was given 2 options and chose the lifetime replacement battery for about 23 dollars. The very next day the air tag came apart in my pocket.I took the Air Tag to Apple and was told that someone had pried the cover off breaking the tags, the tag could not be repaired. The covers are not to be pried open, you push down and turn the cover to remove or replace it. The reason I did not know about the air tag being broken was that the employee held it together and used my tag holder to hold it together so they could give it back. I did wonder why it took so long to replace the battery, now I know why.I went back and was 2nd in line. The guy in front of me was checking on a part he had ordered. The employee told him that it had been cancelled. The customer was nice and said he wanted to re-order it. The employee gave him so attitude saying it wasn't me and I didn't do it. The customer said no problem but the employee kept saying it wasn't his fault and that someone else did.When it was my turn I nicely explained what had happened, I was told that he didn't do it (I knew he didn't) and that if he would have done it, he to would have pried the cover off and laughed. He told me that he couldn't do anything about it. I was told to come back the next day after 11 am and talk to the manager Gaderian.I came back the next day at about 1245 pm and asked for the manager. I was told by the same employee that I should have been there at 11 am and that the manager was running errands. The employee told me that I could wait until he returned, but that he could not help me.I told the employee that I did not have time to wait and left. He told me again I should have been there at 11am.So for something as simple as a button battery replacement I was out 3 trips, 23 dollars and broken Air Tag $30. After all of that the thing that bother me the worst was the employees attitude.If you have a choice I would go to another one of the locations or even different company. I understand things happen and that did not bother me as much as the employees attitude. Bottom line go somewhere else.

Paid them a visit to have them order me a car battery. Came in on a Friday and paid in advance for a battery they said they d get the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, so I gave them til Saturday morning at hen got my money back. Bad for business if you tell the customer Tuesday and four days later you fail to fulfill. I d give them a 16th if a star if I could.

Went in for a screen replacement on an IPhone. Great service, friendly and had no problems fixing the phone. My only problem (Granted could have just been me not hearing or reading this but) be aware that if you get the phone screen repaired, the phone will not be water resistant anymore. I was unaware of that lol, like I said could have not seen a warning or something but just as a friendly hey, just be aware nothing negative to the company. Like I said, friendly and efficient staff. Thanks for the help guys.

I was here on a Sunday with my kid s tournament when my phone stopped charging. They fixed it right away at no charge. Great service and kind employees!

I actually love this place! The worker there stayed late for me to be able to pick up my phone before having to go the night without it because I was running late. He didn't make me pay extra or anything and my phone is 100% fixed! Thank you again! Great prices and great workers!

This place has AWESOME employees. Cody helped me get ac adaptors I needed to power on my bluetooth speaker. He even opened it and made sure it worked before I purchased it. I reccomend this pace very highly!!!!

They would have got a lower rating from me if possible... Went in a little over a week ago to get a battery for my phone. The associate at the store said they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it, and that it would be in the following week. I said okay. They called and said the battery was in and for me to come in at my convince. So I return to the store. The associate then tells me that he can't fix the phone because it takes an hour to do and they don't have time before they close. Ok so I say that I have a story as well and are times of opening are conflicting. I then say that I will try to schedule help to cover me so I can leave early. So we worked out the schedule and I returned to the store this evening to hear the associate say oh well we can fix it we just can't do the last hour of the day. Now this is three trips, 120 miles later additional labor paid at my store. I'm done will not return very poor service, and very poor communication. Do not recommend!

I love this store. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. I have had mine and my husbands phones fixed here and they are quick and correct. The store is always clean and looks great. If they dont have the item i am looking for they go out of their way to track it down and get it for me . Thanks Kyle and Amanda, you all are always super friendly and happy and I wish more companies were ran with such intelligent employees who actually care. I will recommend this store to anyone.

They did a great job in Clarksville! Nick was very professional and made me feel comfortable with my Dodge Dart 2013 Key Fob replacement and programming. The other employee (I think his name is Kyle) that was there cut my key for it, and had previously taken my order a week or so before and did a good job as well. Thank you guys so much for making my experience great. I'm so glad I didn't go to a dealer for this.

Been here a few times in the last several months. First, they repaired the screen on my iPhone. Next, they programmed my car's key fob. By the way, that was after a reputable local locksmith told me that the remote wasn't working. He was wrong. These guys had no problem with it. They can do it all and at a fair price. Thanks!

-Prompt service, immediately began to troubleshoot my iPhone 6splus within 5 minutes of me walking in. *(My home button being the issue).*-Thorough examination at no charge.-Shot me straight from the start without trying to confuse me with tech. lingo.- Using terms I could easily understand, they explained the reasoning for my failing phone components.-Never once attempted to take advantage of my situation by using upscale tactics like most employees would do. (Especially with customers having little to no experience regarding the inner workings of a cellular device).-While I did receive mostly bad news about my iPhone, they went the extra mile by reaching out to other tech. gurus until they got their hands on a repair kit.- Went into my settings and launched a secondary home button allowing me to navigate to my home screen.- In conclusion, My iPhone is now potentially salvageable, thanks to 2 employees take pride/integrity in their work.Thanks fellas, Top Notch.you have my business from now on.-Justin

Very professional! Just went and had my iPhone battery changed and was in and out in no time. The service tech changed my battery and helped 2 other customers at the same time all in about 15 mins. Would recommend to anyone for phone batteries. Plus the 6 month guarantee is nice.

I went in to have the battery replaced in my cell phone. Dominic waited on me and he was very courteous and professional. I returned to pick up my phone after about 2 hours. Dominic was attending to another customer. There was another employee behind the desk but he did not acknowledge me and walked to the back. The phone was ready but it had not been cleaned. However, Dominic apologized for not cleaning the phone.

They changed the battery in my watch in less than 10 minutes. When I told them the battery in my car key was getting weak, was under life time warranty with them, the young man changed it out at no extra charge.Very happy with there service.When they say life time warranty they mean it.Thank you

I went to verizon store after my phone stopped charging. Every option they gave me was around 200 dollars.I walked in, the guy looked at it for about a minute cleaned the charging port. It worked good as new. Spent less than 5 minutes total and didnt even ask for payment. I highly recommend this store.
