Jason T was a great help. I had no clue what wipers i needed let alone how to install them. And he was more than happy to help me every step of the way and treated me like family. I will definitely be coming back the next time i need something for my car and telling my friends and family about the outstanding customer service at this location.

No one enjoys running back and forth trying to fix their daily driver. This location made it as painless as possible, the lady there made this a less than painful experience I believe her name was Chasity. Great sense of humor which made my job for the day feel not as hopeless. They had every part I needed and for a great price.

Never had an issue with the employees. Always been quite helpful and accommodating! Not always stocked up on the parts I need, unfortunately lol but i think that it has always just been a case of bad luck on my half

Nice AutoZone friendly staff. They don't have the tool called Calipers for precision measuring though.

Will never visit this location (or any AutoZone for that matter) EVER again! One employee was doing nothing while another was working and there was a long line in the building! Another customer said she had been standing in her place in line for almost an hour! Their self checkout machine was also down. If it had been working; I could have got my purchase and been on my way; but NO! I took my planned purchases back to their shelving spots (as I am one to put things back where you found them when you're done with them) and walked out! I got my wiper blades I needed for $2 cheaper each at another retailer. Bottom line; AutoZone used to be my goto place for auto needs before they moved to this smaller, cramped location (former CVS Pharmacy); but no more! I'm done with AutoZone!

Hunter answered the phone when I called about brake pads. When we walked in and I told him what we needed, he had already pulled them from the shelf and had them waiting at the register. He was also very helpful with giving us an estimate on rotors. Our experience with Hunter was the polar opposite of the interaction we had with a grumpy old man at the 10th Street location moments before. We will always use this location from now on. Thank you, Hunter!

Well new store and terrible service. Been waiting 15 minutes for a part on hold. No sense of urgency or customer needs. Will not come here anymore better timeSpent with other parts stores.

Jessi S, the assistant store manager, was extremely helpful and very fast at helping me test and replace my battery. Very nice and conversational while he was fixing it up and pointed out something that might be causing potential issues with the battery to have checked out to save me money later.

They were nice and friendly in the store. On the phone said they had my parts in stock. When I arrived, they did not have my parts in stock, so it was a wasted trip and the line of was very long. I will only be back for a while. It happens. I will give them another try in a few months.

Always a great experience. Knowledgeable staff willing to go above and beyond to assist customers with their needs. There prices are fair, sales are solid, they offer Veterans discounts and have a rewards program that I have used many times.

I needed headlights and break lights for my vehicle. They were the only place in town that had them in stock with the lowest price as well. Plus I did look around and the employees were so great and talked me into buying stuff I needed but kept pushing it off. Sometimes you need that one person to make you realize that it s not spending needlessly money that it is an investment for the health of your vehicle. Thanks for that push lol I needed it.

Went there yesterday and had an honest employee tell me there was nothing wrong with the battery I brought in. This was after a dealer told me I needed a new one and it would be $385 to install. I was a loyal Auto Zone customer before and will continue to be for this reason. I wish I had gotten his name to give him credit.

Friendly quick service, staff is knowledgeable. They seem to have trouble keeping the place staffed. The few employees keeping the store afloat are awesome though (So be nice!) They are always hiring if you know someone looking!
