I had an excellent experience with Talent Auto Body! Sean and the whole crew were absolutely a pleasure to work with! These guys care about doing high quality work (which is certainly not a given these days). My vehicle needed a hood replacement, paint work, and had a few other dents and dings that needed to be addressed, and the team made it look like a new truck! Five stars all around! I would highly recommend their services.

I was rear ended and was recommended to take my car to Talent Auto Body in Cicero. From the beginning we didn't have the best experience. I chose them anyway in hopes that maybe the man we spoke to was just having a bad day and things would be better. I was told it would only take couple days to get it fixed, so I told the rental car place I would only need the car for a couple of days. They called me Tuesday afternoon asking if I needed to have the rental for longer so I called Talent and they told me that it would be done the next day. I called them the next day 20 minutes before close and they stated they were just about to call. I had already dropped my rental off at this point because I was told that my car would be ready. We got there, not once did they mention a 4% fee to use a card and when we asked the gentleman about it he goes "Whoops". Insurance was paying for this job and it was never disclosed to us. Then they told us that I rushed them to get the car done, I called twice just to ask if I needed to extend my rental car. The car looked great and the gentleman that helped us with the payment was super friendly and patient, but the guy who sat in the back corner of the office was not. He was completely rude to us from the first moment we asked for a estimate on the car. We were his customers, and all he did was argue with us and made the experience worse.

These guys care about quality and customer service! They repair the vehicle properly and don t listen to what the insurance company wants. It s not always about saving money, safety is important!

What can I say about these amazing guys that work here? My vehicle was wrecked in August of 2022. Sean and his team had to go through hell and back on my behalf against the insurance company. This is still a true, old school, do what s right shop that puts the customer first and doesn t let them be taken advantage of. The staff consulted with me the entire process of my truck being there, and making sure that they were going to repair my 2020 truck back to OEM quality. After three long months of battling, they finally were able to get insurance to total out my vehicle. According to the guys, even after repairing the vehicle to the best that can be done, the cost would ve been too much to have me in a safe vehicle. Talent kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure I knew my options and how to go about them. When insurance dropped the ball, these guys picked it up! From rental car coverage, to repairs, to communication, they are the best in the business! They deserve more than 5 stars!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had hail damage repaired here and it came out phenomenal. I dread giving my vehicle to a dealership, repair facility, or oil change shop because something new is always wrong afterwards. I can confidently say this was a great experience and I won't hesitate to drop it off the next time I need a dent pulled.

My wife and I were rear ended at a stoplight resulting in some damage on our Tahoe. Talent makes it easy. I had an enterprise rental dropped off waiting then left the keys when I picked up my vehicle. I was updated through out the entire process and never had to deal with supplements or additional insurance headaches. Last and most important picked up my truck happy with the work!Service: Painting

First time working with Talent Auto Body and Sean and there needs to be more people and businesses like them. Took my truck there after hitting a downed tree limb last Saturday in the wind storm. I reached out on Facebook on Sunday and they were all over it. Dropped off the truck knowing they wouldn t get to it until later in the week and Sean called mid morning Monday to update me. Unfortunately, the truck was totaled, but the customer service is top notch and I ll be going to Total for any and all work I need in the future. Great job Sean and Team!Service: Body & Trim

My husband took his Scion FR-S to Talent for hail damage repair. They did a phenomenal job! You cannot even tell that there was hail damage to his car. We are taking my Toyota 4Runner to them to fix the hail damage it has. Highly recommend them.

Was rear-ended in 2018 and had them repair it. Took it back the day I finally got it back because my tail lights weren't hooked up. Also when they repaired my trunk, they did it very poorly and now it holds water. My trunk is completely ruined. Also had a little dent and scuff on my rear quarter panel and took it to them for an estimate. The guy said they would have to replace the entire bumper for $1700. Went to another guy that got the dent out and buffed it for $300. Not worth the 4.6 star rating they have.Service: Body & Trim
