I recently bought a car from Omega International, it s an amazing car and I had an amazing experience at this shop! I ve also gotten my regular maintenance done by them in the past so I knew a trustworthy place to go for when I needed a new one! Great business with amazing owners, would 100% recommend!

We live local and are fortunate to have Omega in our neighborhood - Because we wanted to support local business, we tried them shortly after they first opened and haven't looked back. They really have everything we want in a mechanic - Service, Price, Competence and Integrity. They get me in right away and can turn around the vehicle in a very reasonable time.One little touch I appreciate is that they oftentimes take pictures of the problem part and text them to me, which helps me visualize the problem. If I had to, I would drive 45 minutes out of my way to use their service. Alex and Leyna are top notch!

I was referred to omega March 2020 when my 99 bmw 740i was having transmission problems.During the transmission swap they blew my engine and told me to talk to there insurance agent for a settlement. After receiving a total loss settlement I let begrudgingly agreed to let omega replace engine and transmission which cost all my insurance claim settlement.I DROVE the car 30 miles back to omega in Oct 23' to get transmission service and engine tune-upI returned to PICK the car up and it smoked horribly with white smoke and shifted rough on my 30 mile drive home till it went Into limp mode and I had to tow it home. Upon inspection (at another shop) they didn't reinstall transmission fill plug and it ran low and wrecked my transmission. They asked me to tow it back at my cost and warned me they couldn't diagnose engine or transmission codes since they no longer had OBD diagnostic scanner for my BMW. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me

I was desperate on a Friday evening before they closed to get my headlights changed out because both bulbs had gone out. They bent over backwards to help me! They are very friendly and quoted me a price way below what other auto places said they charged. They have my business from now on!

Love Omega, attempting power steering hose repair on my BMW myself and couldn't figure out one of the connections. They were so gracious to help over the phone and even sent me a video! I truly appreciate it. Lana, Alex and the whole team are amazing. Highly recommend! They also, helped seal broken sunroof until we can find a replacement.. More work coming their way if I keep this BMW for sure!

Went to have an issue with my breaks fixed I got great communication as to what was going on (I was also in the shop asking questions, they have a lovely waiting area). I live outside of the area and had some car troubles, leaving my vehicle undrivable. Omega was the closest shop to have it towed to. I began working with insurance and Omega to get things worked out, and once I had a quote from Omega they stopped answering my phone calls. After several months neither my insurance company nor myself has been able to even confirm that my vehicle is on their premises. They never answer the phone, their voicemail is always full, and even using the messaging feature they do not return phone calls. I'm not entirely sure how they stay in business if they don't use their phones.

Drove from Massachusetts to Alabama, then Alabama to Indiana. Noticed my car was overheating, figured I was just low on coolant. Went to the local Napa in Westfield and got suggested omega and I m happy they did, as soon as I got here they had someone take a look at the car, found the problem, order the parts, and showed me personally what was wrong with the car. Compared to shops in mass for the same fix it probably would ve been over $500. Working on the car the same day so I can go on my trip. Personally one of the best mechanic experience I ever had. Wished I was staying around this area so I could bring my car here everytime it needed something. 10/10 definitely recommended.

Absolutely amazed with the work I had done here. I came to them with a large emergency issue and they handled my situation with such care and urgency.
