As a district manager for a global auto repair corporation I was very unimpressed with the customer service. I was immediately declined an estimate over them not working with my insurance company . Even after I stated I would just pay for it out of pocket to simply have it done (I don t mind paying for something I need) I received the same reply. Instead I took it to Caliber on Rt 6- night and day difference. The girl @M&S provided terrible customer service and clearly not a very good listener. I hate writing reviews having to deal with them myself all day for accolades or corrective measures- but this instance was absolutely necessary. Avoid this place. Go someplace where they will listen to your needs and correct the situation for you- rather than state the reasons why they won t.

After my Lexus LS430 was damaged by landscapers I took my vehicle in to paint. Two State Farm Claim numbers 142335158 May 06 2009 and 143026328 Apr 23 2010. Every single area that was painted now has corrosion damage. Second time vehicle was being painted it sustained intentional damage. Mark Levingston speakers and subwoofer was busted on purpose, rubber seals were broken an damaged. Front windshield was not properly installed and who knows why it was removed in a first place. Now Lexus LS430 has serious body damage issues and I will be filing claims under State Farms Lifetime warranty for repairs. I would never ever take any vehicle to this shop.Service: Painting

It took 4 weeks to get my car back. I'm assuming cause of COVID but when I got it back it looked beautiful as ever. I had hit an animal and messed up my hood pretty bad. The front desk helpers were very polite and helpful. The mechanics know what they are doing. I wish they had their own warehouse so they could get parts faster. I recommend their service based on my first visit. Thank you so much.

The communication, and professionalism was terrible. Was originally told on October 26th that they could start work on November 14-21 then on the 13th they changed the story that they couldn't start until December 6th. It was too late to take it to another shop since other shops were booked out further and insurance was already started so we continued with them.After this they had said the vehicle would be finished before Christmas. To get an update on the progress of work I would have to call it was never communicated what was going on, they spent over a week submitting a supplemental which was approved within a day and paid by our insurance.Then on December 15th they changed it again to being completed by the end of the year which I had to call to get that update they did not reach out to us or inform us or let us know.When I called after Christmas they pushed the delivery date again until January 7th, then it moved again to January 12th, then was pushed again and finally finished on the 18th.Everytime the delivery date was moved we had to call and ask what was going on. They never communicated, called, or emailed to let us know something changed. All the answers they would give me were vague unless I pushed for dates or more information.When I went to make finial payment I had a question about the estimates and final bill and was berrated and accosted by Ashley.The work it self was good but the commutation issues and professionalism displayed by the staff was terrible and made the experience awful for my wife and I.I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

We have had work done on our car numerous times (due to deer incidents and no fault of our own rear end collisions).and their work is exceptional. From the estimate of damage to completion of the repair, the staff is professional, personable and timely.We also use their detailing service. This business is thorough and dependable!!! They are good. Have done work with them before, they repaired my mom s entire Honda after an accident. However, recently I asked them about a part I needed replaced on my door. My assistant called in, and the lady on the phone was uncomfortable giving her their email address to send more information on what needed to be fixed or even a rough estimate? And then when I called in, she gave me an estimate range that was 7-10x higher than what I paid to another place in Chesterton to get the work done. I called 3 other shops and no one had an issue giving their email or price so I could send them info on the part before coming in. And their price was at least 2-3x higher than my second highest bid. All 5 star shops.

We took our Lexus into this auto shop, at the recommendation of our insurance company. There was quite a bit of body and paint damage.They do great work at a competitive price. The main thing that we will remember is their customer service. We will definitely use them again, if needed.

Insurance required me to go through this business for repairs after an accident. During the repairs they called my fianc� to ask her if it would be all right if they repaired a bubbling paint spot on our rear wheel cover. They claimed that the paint was bubbling due to rust underneath, but it is important to know that there was no rust visible. They told her they would charge her $200 to fix it. Long story short, we paid the extra $200 it to have the paint fixed but within not even four months, that same spot is completely engulfed in rust. When she called to ask what happened, the receptionist actually said so they didn t tell you the rust was going to come back? . So basically, they got $200 from us just to expose the rust on our car and make it worse. We called over a week ago to complain and they took our name and number down but we have not heard anything since. Please do not bring your cars here, especially if you re female. I feel that my fianc� was completely taken advantage of and now our car is even worse than when we originally brought it in!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dissatisfied with their professionalism,needed to get a headlamp replaced, agreed to their estimate, paid for the part up front, had a couple hundred dollar balance, but upon pick-up my balance was doubled, they claim that they ordered the wrong part, which cost more. I can understand that, but what bothers me is that I did not receive a call informing me of the situation, I wasn't given the option to accept or decline the increase in price. Upon picking-up the car and being told that my balanced doubled, made me feel like something shady was going on. they wouldn't release the car until I paid the balance. since I need my car, had to pay it, but feels like I was duped.Probably won't come back.

AWFUL COMMUNICATION! I brought my vehicle in almost 2 weeks ago after a accident. They took pictures and I was told i would recieve a call later on about the estimate, and setting up the appointment. Mind you this is an insurance claim. I did recieve one call about an issue which I called the insurance company and had it fixed right away. I called up there the next day to see if everything was good and was told she was waiting to hear back about a part, and would call me when she heard. Now it's been two weeks. I tried calling two days ago, and was told she was on the phone and she took my number down. I waited 24 hours and finally called the insurance company who gave her a call. She easily answered and told them due to accidents and other things they were behind and more than likely couldn't get me in until March 8th. Mind you I brought my vehicle 2 WEEKS AGO. She then proceeded to tell them she would give me a courtesy call which I never received. Beyond unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible communications. They don't respond. I have called, visited on numerous occasions after initial visit; had insurance file sent and for a month have been waiting for at the minimum an around date to bring vehicle in. "The supervisor will call you". I would go elsewhere based on my experience.

Replaced my mirror cheaply enough that I didn't have to get my insurance company involved. Got it done quick, work looks good, location was convenient. Didn't even have to schedule anything, just dropped in.

Picked my vehicle up today. It looks amazing, they matched the paint up perfectly. Very happy with the service I received. The people are extremely caring

My car received front end damage took it to the shop because of the insurance recommended it. 2 months later took it a car wash and the paint started flaking off

Customer service was terrible. After no call back for a month I still dealt with a rude receptionist. Didn t take car in. I m sure the mechanics are good. The ladies that answer the phone should have a better attitude. Will give business elsewhere.

For estimate got right in and they did a professional job of it. So sad, 3 days later their great work was for nothing. Car was totalled in a different accident with no injuries.
