I m so grateful for this local towing company. My husband got a flat tire on the way to work this morning at 7:30am. We have Allstate insurance with roadside assistance, but the towing company they gave us was coming from Chicago and never showed up. After waiting all day I got fed up and called Joes towing. The receptionist was friendly and understood my plight. She said they d be there in 30 minutes. Also charged a fair price for their service. After I get my reimbursement from Allstate, I m cancelling my roadside assistance and I ll just call Joes from now on. I only wish I had called sooner.

Ryan is fantastic. Kind. Prompt. And nothing but helpful. Joes has never let us down. Prompt, courteous, and best towering company I have ever had the privilege of working with.

My husband was out in Chesterton working when out of a sudden his truck got a flat tire. He called Joe s and they sent out Ryan. He was professional and understanding. 10/10 I highly recommend.

I work for Rod Eddleblutes Garage in Mansfield, OH and one our RW Delivery drivers got stuck in the Speedway lot while in Indiana. David who answered our call and Kenny who came and got our driver out was both polite and prompt. We will definitely use your services again.. Thank you!

The people who work for them or more specifically the guy missing a bottom tooth is extremely rude he first off blocked the road with his trailer when he is not ready to tow he is working on the car this was at least 45 minutes then when he did get the car up on trailer and there was ample room to get around it he came out at my car screaming like a mad man asking what did I think I was doing? I said going around you and his response was do I come to your office (apparently this is his office lol) and distrub you? I just continued on to see 2 more cars getting by and a third car from the opposite direction!!

liers, gave me 5 pm ETA but did not come and said will do in the mornming, I called in the morning and they have 1.5 hrs ETA and we are the next, after 2 hrs I called again and they neglected she said they have only one driver and too much job, I had to wait for more than 1 day bc of them

Great small town company helping with every aspect of what they could even supplying the tools to take off our plate which we never would of known or remembered to do! Very pleasant front desk girls!!

We broke down and called the closest tow company (according to google maps). Well, they didn't pick up. These were the next closest and I'm so glad they answered! They were quick to show up, friendly, and very reasonably priced. The driver used his, electric charger? tool to roll up my windows for me too when we got back home. (I had no power to my car). I recommend the company.

I was stuck on the highway after a semi threw a chunk of rock into my lane and took out my tire. I called three towing places before Joes and all were over 90 minutes. Joe's was to me in about 20 minutes. Tow driver was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

These guys know what they re doing, I have had everything from track loader to bucket, truck, sedans and pick ups towed, and it was done quickly, professionally, very reasonably priced. They are my go to tow company.

When my car battery died, I called a trusted former mechanic friend for advice. He suggested calling Joe s. When efforts to revive the battery failed, the tow truck driver, Anthony, suggested two places to go for a new battery. He then drove me there towing my car. Anthony was both very helpful and polite. If anyone in Porter County ever asks me for towing advice, I ll definitely recommend Joe s. BTW, the price was right too! No gouging!Service: Car towing

Definitely not someone I d do business with. Unprofessional unless he s making money off of you. He s never towed for me but I ve just about paid for his parts cause he won t handle his business, he expects me to straighten it out for him

The owner and his team are awesome top notch! They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of! They are great at what they do and for fair price! I called to have my truck towed. I was told $95 total for the towing fee and the recovery fee. I was charged $210 AFTER they loaded the truck. I was told they forgot to tell me it s extra to recover the vehicle. How do you forget to tell me my bill is $115 more than what I WAS told. Very unprofessional, way better companies around.

Joe of Joe's Towing came to help me when I was in a very tight spot! I service my vehicle regularly, but unfortunately didn't realize my battery cable had come loose. Joe was able to squeeze me in and tighten my cable and jump my van. Thank goodness! I had just dropped off a loved one for surgery, had to get my kid to school, and then come back to the hospital in Michigan City. He was my guardian angel today!! My Jeep had some sort of suspension problem on my way from work. I was able to get into a Family Express station , had my son pick me up and take me home, the next morning which was a Sunday, I found Joe's towing online and they had very good reviews of their service. They were prompt, polite , professional. The driver Dan was GOOD he put my Jeep in my garage for me, that tow truck was awesome. Their price was very reasonable and fair. In our area call Joe's if you need a tow.

I'm from out of state got a flat, called 1 tow shop and got told it would be a 2 hour wait. I had a toddler in the truck so that wouldn't work, called Joe's and the driver was there in a matter of minutes. The driver was awesome especially with me not knowing the area and having to get my tire fixed. He was professional and super nice to my toddler that was fascinated with his first tow truck adventure. Highly recommend this tow service.

The experience Me and my boyfriend had was by far the best we ve had. Shawn s demeanor and mannerism was so spot on. He was so helpful with everything! He made sure that he went above and beyond our standards for a tire change, that we recommend him too anyone that comes into a situation like this. I m giving Shawn five stars because he made the remainder of our thanksgiving night feeling blessed and thankful.

Amazing service for a fair price! Do not bother trying to call anyone else. If you need a tow at any time, they actually answer the phone and dispatch someone immediately. After getting the run around from Allstate roadside assistance, we called Joe's directly and they came to our rescue. I wish all businesses were this caring and dependable!
