I was there about 6 months ago to replace my transmission on my 2017 Nissan Altima under warranty. Luis was my service rep, and hands was one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. He even checked back in with me about 2 weeks later down the road. I would highly recommend this location to everyone and more!

This is our Service Review;We have been coming here with our newly purchased 70,K Nissan truck for a few years now. Mr Bosak has always run a great Service established staff. Mr. Sam the Service manager was always kind and courteous, treating you almost like you were family.Sam was recently recruited to Jaguar because of his impeccable customer service ratings and we were sad to see him go. We are now dealing with Mr. Dale who is absent and non-responsive. The difference between Sam & Dale of the customer service skill set is completely night and day.To make matters worse, There is a new kid by the name of Luis who is downright rude and condescending, jumping in conversations when we were speaking to Jacob & Mike and never concerned him. Not sure where he came from however, understand why they wouldn't want him what a horrible rude person. After enduring him in one conversation we have now considered taking our 80,000 Truck to the next Nissan location.SERVICE IS NO LONGER WHAT IT WAS.PS.With sales down due to covid the companies are dependent on their service revenue, so to treat us dismissive is not smart business.

My car went in for a small oil leak & a part had to be ordered for the issue to be fixed. Unfortunately, 2 feet of snow fell and the part was delayed. David, from the service department called and gave me updates everyday letting me know where they were at with my service. The manager, Sam called and apologized, too, for having my car longer than expected. Their customer service was awesome and both were very friendly and professional.

Honest, reliable, and fair. I've had my Pathfinder serviced twice by them and both times were great experiences.

His engine was not running right it was running on 2 cylinders we brought it in they told us it needed head gaskets all it needed was a tune up spark plugs coils and intake plenum gasket and it runs great again I am so upset with Nissan I cannot believe that they turned around and lied to us like that never again will I trust Nissan or any other dealer
