Hands down the best tow experience ever. We broke down at waffle house in greenfield. We had called another tow company and they were not very reputable. We were given this company information from another customer who saw us in distress. So we called. We couldn't be happier with the service and the price. The Payne family has the most reasonably priced used auto parts and are very polite . There is Great value in taking the drive to Charlottesville for used auto parts. These guys are good!

Paynes is a Really Cool/Good Jukyard!! The Men That Work There R Really Well Mannered, Give Good Advice, & The Pricing Is Very Reasonable & The Men R Highly Skilled At Removing Your Part & Getting It Back To Ya ASAP!! Ive Never Had To Return Any Part Ive Bought From Them Because They Only Remove & Bring Customers Quality Parts That I've Seen & Experienced!! Its Worth The Drive Just To Get This Type Of Service!! Needless To Say Ill B Goin Back Soon!!!!

No one in front office. It took almost 15 minutes of trying to get the staff's attention to be able to enter the yard. Prices are great, though!
