Now Centerville Antique Mall & Auction House. Many improvements have been going on since the new owners have taken over in early February 2024. Finally, this place has owners and management that care. Can t wait to see all the great things to come!

It s been 5 years since I ve shopped here and while I loved this antique store in the past it s clearly gone downhill to some degree. A lot of empty booths, the restaurant inside appears to have shut down, and the building is in bad need of some maintenance. There were buckets catching water from the leaky roof all over the building.

EDIT -- Came back today (1-7-2024). It was even cooler inside. I had on a heavy jacket and was still a little chilly. There are quite a few buckets sitting throughout the entire building catching water leaking down. Employees were nice.Today (12-5-2020) was my first time here. I enjoyed looking at all the interesting items. I even bought something. It was a little cool inside but it didn't bother me. They do enforce the mask mandate which is nice. It made it more comfortable looking knowing everyone is following the same rules. I look forward to coming back here.

There is so much in the building it's crazy. Everything is in the place. It was chaotic and crazy and yet amazing and exciting. You can find so much from your child up to your great grandparents child and probably more. Staff was friendly and warm, a bit overwhelmed but were very kind and attentive.

Great place to spend a few hours looking for items. There is no organization on where items are placed so you will have to spend your time going up and down each aisle looking. I think this is because booths are individually owned. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. Just make sure you call and confirm the hours before you go to visit.

Worth a look. I m so glad we ignored the poor reviews. Had a great time poking around all the stalls. Allow plenty of time to see the huge variety of things large and small available for sale. Staff was very helpful. Something for everyone for sure!!! Many stalls had good sales going on. Plenty of seasonal items as well.

Not impressed for several reasons. First, as soon as we walked in, one of the checkout ladies at the front desk rudely told me that my teenage kid cannot sit at the bench in the front of the store, which is clearly meant for people to sit. She gave me the "the policy is minors must be accompanied, sir" line, even though this kid is totally calm and was going to sit and play phone games. Teenagers dont really like antiques, right? Later on, another employee (Darlene) who was much nicer told me there is a small TV lounge where he is welcome to hang out. The desk-karen could have told me that, and should not be working there. Darlene should be given a raise. Second, there is a lot of junk in this building, a lot of stuff that is not even antique, and a lot of stuff that is direct from China. Maybe they should have a policy on not selling new imported junk? Third, anything decent is WAY overpriced. I heard other people commenting on the prices as well (not that there were a lot of people there). Get a grip people! Fourth, the building is in disrepair, it's cold, and there is leaking water everywhere. Fifth, there is too much empty space (with no vendor).Advice- Tell employees to be more accommodating, fix the building, and either call it a flea market or tell vendors to sell antiques and not imported garbage. We did not buy anything.Giving 2 stars (not 1) becuase of the nicer employee and the fact that we managed to eek out an ok time walking around regardless of all the issues.

Wanted to purchase something that didn t have a price attached. Worker was very rude and told me they couldn t call the vendor or sell it because of it having no price. Don t understand why they wouldn t want make money. Not to mention the antique mall didn t have much stuff that s considered 100 years old.

Great booths of vintage and flea market finds! Prices vary but overall not to expensive (compared to some antique mall dealers)!

So disappointed in this place. Buckets all over because of leaky roof. Flea market items seemed to have taken over what was once a nice antique shop. We didn t get through the whole place because the heat was so bad. I see this place closing if they don t put some money in the building & getting the trash out. This place has so much potential if someone puts TLC into it.

More of a flea market than an antique mall. There is a lot of vintage stuff but with an equal amount of random junk, and a little bit of folksy handmade stuff. I recommend the locked cases if you just want to browse the more neat stuff.Just don't go while it's raining. They have lots of leaks.

1. Friendly and welcoming staff. Free popcorn!2. Lots to look through.3. Take the word "Antiques" out of your name/description because here are few if any antiques. Mostly garage sale leftovers.4. Kids found a ton of toys. Very happy. I found no antiques unfortunately.

Obviously it is in decline. A lot of tenants have moved out, and the Whistle Stop restaurant has closed. Just not as popular as it once was.

We didn t find anything to buy but they had a lot. Some things were super expensive, some very reasonable. Nobody spoke to us but they seemed friendly in their conversations with others. I d say it s worth going if you re in the area.

This place sold my elderly father 10 fake silver dollars for $100. No where did the items list that they were fake. They tried to sell as real silver. After testing the coins we found they were all fake. Called the mall and spoke to a gentleman that did not care that he was sold fake silver coins. He told my father he should have known better. It is illegal to sell counterfeit silver coins as if they are legit silver. Now we have to file with the police department because the mall would not refund the items. Do not recommend shopping here.

Too many dishes for sale!!! Supper hot and so uncomfortable shopping inside of this building. There were friendly workers and clean bathrooms though.

I got a cool John Deere 1/64 tractor model and Cats Meow block building. One of the employees (I wish I asked him his name so I could say it) has a really good sense of humor and it made the exprience 50% better. Definitly one of the best antique stores in the Midwest.

Drove way out of the way to go there, expecting it to be open until 6 based on multiple billboards. Walked in the door at 4:30 and were told very loudly that they were closing in 10 minutes??? We took a very fast walk through in the 10 minutes and saw nothing but a dump with buckets everywhere catching some but not all of the drips coming through the ceilings. If you enjoy the flea market environment, this fits the definition perfectly.

Kind of disappointed with the stuff in here. Nothing really stood out as it just seemed as a yardsale in a building.

A good place to find vintage treasures. I like the shop because the owner is a nice down-to-earth guy. They will also call venders on high-ticket items and make offers for you. I've been shopping here for over 20 years. I continue to come back and give them my poor quality vintage patina encrusted antique treasure.

My wife and I stopped in today as we haven't been out antique shopping in a while. This place had a great selection of items no matter your interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are our and about.

This place is huge. So many aisles. Prices are okay, and there are a ton of items here. Only problem is their hours. I wish they stayed open later and wish the diner was open, too.

Great antique store! Very friendly and helpful, and quick at check out! Nice place to go to see old and interesting antiques and trinkets. I've been coin collecting for many years now and to see old coins for sell that are cheap is a win win! Me and girlfriend went there to have a little date day/adventure and was not disappointed, we even got a cold fountain drink from the little restaurant they have in the middle for the antique mall, the cashier was an old man and he was very friendly making small talk and even talked to my girlfriend about the little cow figurine she was going to buy! If you want to have a fun little adventure do not hesitate to go the the antique mall!!

If you like the flea market atmosphere, dodging rain buckets though out the entire building and background music full of enough static to make you cover your ears then this is your place to shop. If not, drive on!! Second chance visit on April 4th, 2022 over a two year period with no improvement visible. Serious antique shoppers should visit The Heartland in Springfield OH!

I have come here many times over the years. My wife and I visit twice a year from south Florida and visit family in New Castle. I have always found several things and never leave disappointed. The staff is always helpful, clean bathrooms and prices seem more than fair. I would recommend this mall as one of the best in this part of the state. And I actually will be coming up this upcoming weekend!

We rated the store a four stars. Every business needs improvement. With that being said. When you enter the store entrance you are greeted with glass display cases with all sorts of things to see and purchase. The store is laid out like most of the Flea Markets are now. It took us about 3.5 to 4 hours to look through to find the bargains for us.We will return in about 6 months to see if there is any other treasures.
