I like the fact they are locally owned and open with convenient hours. They are are competitively priced and the customer service is outstanding. Overall I would say they are like a sore Peter. Can t be beat!

It's not too often I write reviews, whether it be due to laziness or just not inspired enough to write about that specific business. Cayuga Hardware, however, is different, so much so that I felt the need to take time out of my day to write about it.The folks at Cayuga Hardware are truly one-of-a-kind. I had a DIY project last weekend that I made two separate trips to Menards for. Neither time was I given correct information, and ended up being an all-day project when it should have taken 30 mins, tops. Left a really sour taste in my mouth. This weekend was going to be an even bigger project, and of course, I ran into an issue that was going to require a part. Roger immediately came to help me once he was done ringing up his customers, and found me the part I needed immediately.But it didn't stop there. I had a nightmare scenario (thanks to my house's previous owners) that I really wasn't sure how to solve. I went to Cayuga Hardware and attempted to explain it again to Roger, with zero luck, so I got my father-in-law on the phone. We attempted to explain the situation, and he stayed silent the entire time, and eventually just said "okay, no problem!". He hung up and took 2 mins to get me all the parts I needed.That level of personal touch and expertise is something you will NEVER find at a big-box store. I highly recommend checking out Cayuga Hardware next time you have a DIY project. I know I will. Thank you again.

Great to have locally . Might be a little bit higher cost but beats 30min plus trip each way to a big box store . Happy to support the local economy.

I highly recommend Cayuga Hardware for all your do-it-yourself and renovation project needs. It has a huge selection from lawn and garden supplies to paint, housewares and everything in between so you can easily get everything you need under one roof. It also has a fantastic staff dedicated to ensuring their customers' satisfaction and offering very competitive prices!

We like to frequent this hardware store, more so in the summer time. We typically find what we need, and everyone's friendly and helpful. We are thankful to have you so close to home.

The employee always greet you as you walk in and they know exactly where to find everything you need. Better than any hardware store I've been to. Thanks to all the employees at Cayuga hardware and Kingman hardware.

Having a local hardware store is a HUGE blessing. I often walk to Cayuga Hardware LLC for odds & ends, garden supplies, and paint. The staff is very knowledgeable and helps me solve & complete home projects.Thanks, Cayuga Hardware, for remaining a part of this community!
