Mike and Shawn helped me with an oil change, and the service was SO quick. They were super friendly and professional, and they made sure to give me as much information as possible about everything they were doing. I really appreciate the open communication and that there was no pressure to upgrade services. The maintenance took less than 10 minutes, and they took care of pretty much everything for me. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

It was my first oil change and got it done in under 12 minutes and they were super friendly. They also made suggestions but were not pushy which I liked. Would definitely come again.

The team at the Valvoline in Carmel were great! They took great care of my vehicle from start to finish. Mike and Blake were very welcoming and ensure I understood what they were doing to my vehicle and what was needed. I m very appreciative and highly recommend.

Blake was fantastic today at the 9835 N Michigan Road location. He got me in for a transmission flush after a misunderstanding at the Broad Ripple location regarding the availability of the CVT fluid, honoring the discount terms that were in place. He was very personable explaining the process and made all the appropriate recommendations. I wouldn't ever hesitate returning to this location. Blake is a great partner in the servicing of our vehicles, and we're very appreciative.

I had no idea what to expect when pulling into this location; I was so pleased! My husband is out of town--he normally handles all car things--and when I woke this morning several alerts popped up on my car. This team changed my oil, added air to my tires, added winterized windshield wiper fluid, and replaced my air filters. This all took place in a matter of minutes, and was very reasonably priced. Elijah and Mike were really understanding of how little I know about cars and walked me through each step they took. Very pleased!

Manager Mike was amazing this morning!! This is the reason I come back this man was getting those cars in and out doing it ALONE! He was so kind I would have waited for as long as he needed to get my oil changed due to the kindness! Give that man a raise!

Definitely have to give a huge shoutout to Mike and Kailey for the exceptional hospitality and customer service! They worked with me despite minor complications on my part (sorry guys!) But hey, they got the job done to the fullest and best of their abilities! 100% will be back!

MIKE & ELIJAH were AMAZING !!!! I pulled in for an oil change before work and they got me in and out in a timely manner but did NOT rush their job. I also greatly appreciate the extra help they gave me with my headlights and the extra recommendation needed for my car. I ll definitely be back. THANKS VALVOLINE !!!!

The oil change was quick but I had accidentally pushed the accelerator ( I use hand controls) and not the brake and the tech said brake lights were working which means he did not check them. As to checking fluids, my car was in the shop a few days later and the Power steering fluid was low. There was a leak due to a hose. The tech said the fluids wer fine. It has made me doubtful that the fluids are being checked but I will continue to go to valvoline since my mechanic caught it. The techs are very nice but need to be sure they are actually doing the 18pt inspection.

I could have saved a bit of money at toyota dealership with their promotion, but past experiences here wanted me to give them my service again. Griffin was very thorough and helpful. Not only that Josh the assistant manager and his crew went above and beyond to help out with my dangling light issue for my dad's rav4. It was fast, efficient and great atmosphere and I didn't have to wait 5 hours at a dealership and then be told there's 10 grand of repairs to be done or I can total out my car.Service: Oil change

This is a tricky review to write, but three stars feels accurate. At the end of June, I came in for an AC recharge given the AC on my car wasn't particularly cool and the price was very good compared to some of the other options out there. I was told at the time, that if for any reason it didn't work, that I could come back within 30 days for refund. While the AC stayed cold for a few days, it unfortunately did not last long and coming up on 30 days, it was arguably worse than it was before coming in the first time. I called the store's number (which apparently is directed to a corporate call center) and they directed me that I could get a refund if I drove in. So I made the drive in, and that's where the problem started. Apparently, the refund policy changed the following month, which prevented the computer from giving me the refund I was promised based on the policy that was in effect at the time. The tech in the store was trying to do everything he could, and was on the call with corporate for quite some time, but they refused to help the first time. He then tried a second a time and eventually said while they still couldn't do anything in the store, I'd receive a call shortly from a corporate person and they would process the refund. And I did receive that call and get the refund processed shortly after leaving. So I appreciate that in the end, Valvoline did make things right, and the tech in the store also put forward a good effort to resolve my issue. But corporate and the call center needs significant improvement to make sure they are on the same page and not putting out mixed messaging as I should not have had to waste over an hour of my time if I could have just had the refund processed originally over the phone.

So impressed with the service in Carmel Indiana. Did not know they also do automatic transmission fluid, replace lights, windshield wiper blades, and all kinds of preventive maintenance at affordable prices. 10 out of 10 times I would come to Valvoline versus Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
