Chris was exceptional! He went above and beyond! Fixed the issue super fast and was super friendly. Also, the woman at the front answering the phone was so super helpful as well (I m sorry I don t remember her name.) Will definitely be back if I have any issues in the future!

Exceptional service! I arrived with a slightly bulged bumper, and Chris promptly addressed the issue, resolving it within just 5 minutes. Kudos to Chris for his expertise and efficiency. Truly impressive work!

My grandfather hit a deer around the 29th of December, and I chose touch n go because of the rave reviews here at Google and it was 5minutes away form my home.. We finally got the car today 13th of March.. Long time...They are nice, they know their facts, and mostly what's going on in the store... They did mention that they were quite busy that would take longer than a month to get to his car, I still stuck with them because it was my first time handling this kind of situation, my grandfather is over 80.. He was asking me how the car is, because his birthday was on the 16th of February, we called for an update and there were some communication issues with the collision center and the insurance company, so they didn't even start on the car, but ordered parts.. Two weeks later, we found out that they had to order more parts for the car, and it might be ready around the first week of March... It wasn't ready until March 13th.. I was asking around my friends and co workers if fixing a car should take 2months or so, and what they say it shouldn't take that long... I didn't know how many parts of the car needed replacement, because I didn't know how bad the wreck was.. Until the tech took us to his car and double check on what they replaced, it was over 90 parts! I have no problem with the people there, when I saw the result, awesome. One of the guys there gave me 150 off of my deductible, and only paid 350 and life time warranty on any parts they replaced... I think they gave me that discount because they felt bad it took that long... It's just I lost so much money on the rented car, uber, rise of the heating electric bills because of the winter season, car bill payment. I'm not a confrontational person and I just don't like getting in people's way, it's winter time and I'll be the patient one... but one Iesson I learned from this situation, keep posted on the car at least once a week, because in the end, it's YOUR car, YOUR money. I'm still going back to them because I didn't feel I was being walked over, they do care...

Just got my car back and let me tell you... My expectations weren't exceeded THEY WERE BLOWN AWAY. everyone who works here is so kind, gracious, understanding, patient, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT I will never go anywhere else. I came in from a hit and run in a parking lot. I ended up needing a new bumper and headlights (and paint for the bumper) I decided to get extra things done like take care of the rust on my hood, little touchups here and there and get my frame rails and door jams sprayed with rust inhibitor/sealer wax. These people did all these things but they made my car look better than the day I bought it! (2011 mustang purchased in 2013 with 42k miles and no flaws or issues) Chris the owner was working after hours to get my car done. He was sitting there by hand waxing and buffing my car. He was putting last min touchups and informed me he not only did the frame rails and door jams with the rust inhibitor but he went ahead and sealed the entire hood and did the trunk lid!!! He then proceeded to go back to the taillights and was buffing out a scuff that I've never been able to get out. HE MADE IT LOOK LIKE NEW! while he was doing this I opened the driver door to check the odometer reading. (I have a history of finding shops that haven't treated me well and joy ridden my car) I immediately noticed my interior was spotless. THEY DETAILED MY ENTIRE INTERIOR. at this point I'm so blown away I look at my odometer and my car moved 0.2 miles. I couldn't stop smiling. The owner... The owner who runs a business who is booked 1-2 months out , who handles all customers concerns, insurance issues, logistics with parts etc, making his employees happy, paying his bills to run his business and pay his people is going this far to buff my car and literally make it but even better than before the accident but better than the day I bought it?! I can't write enough about this shop... If I could rate 1000 stars I would. To anyone reading this don't go anywhere else! You won't be disappointed and you won't get this kind of treatment anywhere else! To anyone who works here thank you so much for all your help. And to Chris.. thank you so very much sir! You were literally a blessing to me for all that you did. Rest assured your shop is the only place my vehicles will be going to. Thank you again!P.s. The picture of the orange is the wax behind the hood latch that has been sprayed all inside the panels of the hood. Truly amazing experience

Had a guy back into my Honda Civic dent in the back panel of the passenger side. Looked HORRIBLE. I meant to get a couple of bids at least to get it fixed. But TNG was so quick and thorough in explaining everything and getting me the info I needed it I just submitted theirs. They did a wonderful job. It looks like I never got hit. If only the other guys Insurance company had been as nice to deal with as TNG.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They took my truck from being wrecked to back brand new again! Ask for Justin when you go see them! He's the best! Believe me you I don't think I would have tooken it to anyone else! They got me "Right!"

Had my hood and fender replaced and some painting done a few years ago. The work done hasn't held up very well. Didn't look too close when I first had it done, but over time I'm noticing how mismatched the paint job is. It looks like they did a satin finish on the fender/bumper, whereas the rest of the car is glossy. And paint is just plain missing on the edges of the new hood.

I had a very good experience with Sue, Chris, and Darren. These are very nice individuals that provide quality work in a professional manner. They were able to work around my tight schedule requirements as well.I needed some dents removed and some paint work on an older BMW and their attention to detail was superb. I am a happy customer.

Super happy with the work done the attention to detailing inside as well as the repair to the outside was impeccable!! We were on a list for a couple months and my accident was last fall so it wasn't a huge deal for us at all to wait, and it was well worth it!!

When other places wanted a month just to get an estimate, Chris was able to do it the afternoon I brought it over. They had to argue with insurance because my insurance didn't want to restore the car, they just wanted a repair when it needed a replacement. They kept me in the loop and were always very helpful. I picked up the car this afternoon and it looks new again! Outstanding work! Will absolutely be back when I need any further service. Chris is one of the best painters. I had both Audis resprayed last two years. Both times, it helped resale value. Carmax told me that they didn t even realize car had been resprayed.

I've done body work on several cars with Touch 'N Go before. Usually very courteous, and the work is always excellent.My last experience wasn't as optimal however. I inquired if they can assist me with a small project on my car, with complete understanding that it's not as big as insurance claims, and that they might not have time for it. However, instead of frankly telling me that they won't be able to accommodate my request (which plenty of other shops did), I was mostly ignored both in person and over the phone. I would stop by the shop, and would mostly be left standing there rather than getting 2 minutes of attention unless I almost have to force it. Additionally, none of my phone calls, or requests for calls, ever get returned.The most frustrating part is that I only ordered parts after I stopped by the shop and it seemed they would be willing to take on my project on a Saturday - which as they put it: is the day they do small projects.Overall, it's still a great place that I would recommend - but unfortunately I didn't get the most professional treatment that I would otherwise expect from them.

If you are looking for a Collision and Auto Body Shop that does great work by being particular to what is needed, this is definitely the place for you.When I went looking for a shop to repair my car, I was appreciative that they were able to take my car and make the repairs.I know that its hard these days to find a shop that does awesome work, is candid about the work they are doing, and make it smooth for the customer. Most are so corporatized that you feel like you never know what you are getting. First time customer of Touch N Go and am extremely satisfied! The owner, Chris, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable on every question I had. Their pricing was fair and competitive against the other two estimates I received on my car, I felt he was honest about the work that needed to be done and never tried to take advantage. Final results were amazing! The color matching on my bright red car was flawless and they even went the extra mile with doing some light detail work on the inside of my car as well. There is also lifetime warranty on the paint job in case anything ever happens. Staff was very friendly and helpful and communicated with me in a timely, professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone! Five Stars!

Absolutely great experience. I asked for recommendations for hail repair for my car. I looked at several places online, and narrowed down to this location. The website is clear, informative, advertises free estimates, and provides consumer information on car warranties/insurance.They were all friendly, caring. The estimate was truly "free," no pressure at all. They worked directly with Geico. The car came out looking great, they even cleaned it up a little.

My experience with Touch 'N Go was nothing short of incredible! Chris, the owner was very helpful, professional and knowledgable. Furthermore, they did some great PDR work on my Honda in a very difficult spot to get to and touched up my paint after a door ding. I just got my truck back after having some work done by Touch 'N Go Collision. I am not posting any photos of the place because there just isn't much to show. It's a very plain building, nothing fancy or showy, but they do good work and at a fair price. The owner, Chris, was very helpful in coming up with a solution to fix the bed of my truck without replacing the whole bed, which saved me a lot of money. It's refreshing to find a place that will do honest work at a fair price, and is not looking to take every customer for whatever they can get. If you need some body work done check this place out, but they have a good reputation for a reason and it was just over 2 months wait before they could get me on the schedule. In the end it was worth it and I think you will be very happy with their service.

Had a small accident took my vehicle to touch N Go, Chris and Sue where great. Seems I got the wrong date for the repair, showed up and Chris the owner went to shop got the supplies and fixed the work but went further and did other touch ups. Great customer service as always. I had a run in with my garage door frame got an estimate and got it fixed.Please if you need something Vehicle related look up Touch N Go.Best wishes

Chris and Amanda are a DREAM to work with. They ve worked on my car twice. Once when my side mirror lost a fight with the edge of my garage door and a second time after my car got seriously banged up driving through a hail storm. Both times the results were spectacular.I picked my car up from the shop this week after having the hail damage. From start to finish it was nothing but an awesome experience working with Touch and Go. They seamlessly worked with my insurance estimator and while an adjustment delayed the repair completion. This has been the 2nd time we brought our Jeep Compass to this shop (for a different, much worse damage this time), and I am more impressed than ever. Chris and Amanda made sure we are aware of dealings with the insurance company, and that helped us have better peace of mind. They are so laid back and pleasant even when they're so busy. Fairly priced, as always, and when I got the car back, there was no trace of the accident on the car at all. It was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. They also took care of our Chrysler Crossfire headlights when it needed to be restored, and the bottom cover when it was falling. This will be our go-to as long as we're in Indianapolis. I am so happy with the work done on my car at Touch 'N Go. I very highly recommend them for professionalism, amazing communication, and their high degree of skill. Staff always answered the phone during working hours, always returned calls promptly, and were open and honest about pricing and timeline. Customer service was above and beyond. My car was finished on time and looks better than it did before it was hit. The paint job specifically was spot on!

Went to Touch 'N Go by recommendation and had an amazing experience. Chris was very helpful, took his time to call around to find a mirror for my car, had all information and details ready for me to review it in a very short period of time.
