First time at a Take 5 and it was great. They were very professional and quick. It s nice that they do the service while you re in the car. You can see all the work being done. After this experience, I will definitely be going back. Great job!

Take 5 is such a wonderful place! Very convenient for a mom with multiple kids, you pull up, they direct you into the bay, you stay in the car the whole time, they also give you candy and water. I really appreciated how detailed they was and explained anything that I asked. After 3000 miles you come in and top off all your fluids and check the air in your tires. I will definitely continue to go back! The staff were amazing! Even the manager came over and greated me before I left and made sure I was happy with my service!

Great service! All of the employees and managers were very personable and jovial. The service was quick, and they check a lot for you for a good price.Aaron was the manager who helped me, and he was 5/5 as well!

Quick and friendly service, recommended everything I needed and showed the parts as they inspected things. Very candid and helpful service. Would recommend to anyone, I will be signing up for the fleet program since we have 3 or more vehicles in our family, and my small business we have trucks too that we can save 20% on getting basic maintenance done on! Great job guys, good experience

Shop Manager as well as the rest of the team working at this location are incredible. Extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. They got me right in and were finished within 20 minutes. Best oil change experience I ve ever had due to the service and convenience combined, and definitely beats the hour or two oil change at the dealership. Will definitely be returning and recommending !

I really enjoyed this experience. It was nice to sit in my car because I brought my dog with me. I enjoyed being able to pull right into the garage and sit in my car. The whole process was quick. I did arrive at a busy time. My wait wasn't ridiculously long and they had 3 bays. The employees were kind and efficient.

Love this place and take both of my cars here. Can t beat the speed, efficiency, and service, especially for the cost. They regularly send $20 off oil change coupons to my email, which makes it an even better value. Also give you a bottled water and some chocolate when you pull in, and you re done in like 10-15. Great stuff guys

I always have a great experience when coming to Take 5. I used to get major anxiety getting an oil change but it s quick in and out and they are always super helpful and kind! Maurice helped me today and is one of the managers of the location. Great place! 10/10 recommend

Love the service I received, came in for an oil change and ended up needing a few filters replaced. The staff were friendly but they get the job done. Corbin was great and knowledgeable I love how they confirmed everything that was changed and not just saying it s done. They have gained a new customer and I will definitely spread the word.

Corbin and his team are always friendly and get the service done quick and efficiently. I did have an issue once and they were quick to remedy a solution. I don t live in the area but have been to this location several times and appreciate their service.

10/10 experience! Joe, James, Maurice, and Gabe all worked on my car today. They all welcomed me with a warm smile! I do appreciate Gabe Maurice a lot! They talked me through what they were doing with lots of details making sure I understood everything. They also were so friendly and had a nice conversation with both gentlemen. I will be coming again!

This was my first time at Take 5, and it was great. They were super efficient with the main oil change and checked other parts of my vehicle. The technicians were very open and told me everything they were doing. In addition, the cost of service was reasonable. I'll definitely be back for service again.

Very knowledgeable service. Did not try to upsell me on advanced full synthetic due to my driving habits. The service was quick and showed me how to reset my oil light. Also showed me the engineer filter and asked if I wanted it replaced and let me watch him throw the old one away. Performed safety checks loud enough for me to hear. Great job

UPDATED REVEIW:I've been going to this location since it was built and was a repeat customer for years... now I don't trust them to look under my hood. Don't take your vehicle there... you may end up in a situation that cost thousands of dollars and put your safety at risk... Thankfully it was a small easy fix but it could have been much worse.For the record I went back to them and all they could do was say would you like your oil change done??? Seriously... I don't even trust your company to look under my hood with out checking for my self to make sure my car has all the seals and dipstick in place. You've lost all my trust.You can see all the oil residue and how the dipstick is not in place properly. Pictures were taken at 10:39 PM while I was pulled over on the side of the road because my display said I had Low Engine Oil - Check Engine Oil and could smell an extremely strong burnt oil smell coming from my car. I was directed to pull over and turn off the engine and wait for assistance... so I sat there in a freezing car for a hour waiting for assistance (15 degree weather) Luckily we were able to top off the oil and replace the dipstick properly and I could continue on my way... however this would never have happened if due diligence was done.Service: Oil change

I went to Take 5 because I had a coupon, but I will return because the service was excellent. The technician, Matthew, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me what was wrong with my car and gave me suggestions on next steps. I appreciate the honesty a lot of these auto service centers will try to rip you off, but I appreciate that the technicians seemed to genuinely be looking out for my best interest. Would highly recommend Take 5 in Carmel!

This was the best decision I made today, to get my oil changed at Take 5 on 97th & Michigan Rd. Good service is hard to find, but Great service is nearly non existent. The staff was really amazing. I felt like I was appreciated as a customer and that I receive great service at a great value. Thank you Take 5!!!!

Very nice staff, quick and convenient way to get an oil change on a Sunday morning. Frustrated by price though. They didn t have my oil (0w/30) so they charged me for a more advanced oil change ($84.99 + tax). Probably wouldn t use this place again unless I needed a very quick oil change

Expensive but quick and efficient. They accidentally unhooked the mass air flow sensor from my air intake on my last oil change, easy to fix though, Toyota just has it as two plastic pieces that snap together prior to the sensor. I assume it happened when they are unsnapping the air filter so no big deal. They ll upsell you for a new air filter, but only because yours is dirty. Plus if you do the warranty on the wiper blades, you ll never have to buy wiper blades again. All thanks to the warranty. I m sure I ll come back for the water and take 5 bar. No sarcasm - it s quick and they load me up on sugar. Not to mention my bank account helps me say no thank you to add ons despite how convincing the young man was - try having that resilience anywhere else (I can barely pee in a gas station without buying an energy drink, vicious cycle). Triumphantly, I bought none of the add ons but they spoke to me a lot about them. I thought I d speak about my experience back to them. They let me check my own oil level on my own dipstick while I sat in the drivers seat. Welcome to the future. I left broke, hydrated, and on a sugar high - but yet satisfied. See you in 5000 miles - keep it up.

Very quick and friendly. I will be coming here from now on for sure. I kid you not, I don t think it took more than 5 minutes from start to finish! The cashier forgot my $10 off coupon that I mentioned twice, so hopefully it doesn t expire and I can use it next time. Gabe, Ty, Maurice, Corbin, and Zach were all great. Exceptional service. Take 5 works concientiously to ensure your vehicle is thoroughly checked by multiple staff while being serviced. They also provide the quickest turnaround among the oil change services I have tried. Prices are always competetive as well.
