I could not have had a better experience working with the team at T&T. My car received significant hail damage and I was surprised at how quickly and successfully the team was able to help. They quickly got me in to the garage for a detailed exam and subsequent appraisal and help from Insurance. Thank you greatly!!

We had a perfect experience with T & T Hail Repair Specialists, from the inquiry phone call to the estimate to the follow through with insurance and promptness of repairs. We were kept informed through every step of the repair process without having to follow up and were treated so respectfully. They even detailed our car before we picked it up what a happy surprise. No one wants to find themselves with a hail damaged car; T & T will take such good care of you if you find yourself in this spot. Thank you! We are grateful!

New to area and welcomed with a hair storm within first month here. T&T arrived on our door step and provided excellent customer service from first engagement and answered all questions we had swiftly. Exceptional guidance and support working with both vehicle claims thru USAA! Service was prompt and completed in 1 week and even provided a free car detail before pickup! Both vehicles restored and looking sharp! Thanks again!

T&T Hail did a great job repairing the hail damage on my 2020 Silverado. Brett stopped by my neighborhood after the storm and gave me a flyer. He explained about their paintless repairs, courtesy vehicles, lifetime warranty and how they can wave my deductible. I was nervous about how much they offered at no cost and even reading their reviews made me think twice. I mean all 5 stars on over 100 reviews seems a little suspicious, but I can honestly say they deserve all 5 stars. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. I got my truck back in perfect condition. If I need repairs again I will be coming back to T&T Hail Repair.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I received hail damage at the beginning of March. I reached out to T&T about setting up a time to come and get an estimate on how much it would cost for them to fix the damage. When I arrived I was greeted with pleasant manners and offered a rental. At this time I was blown away with the service. I truly felt I was valued. During the initial meeting I thought I had made it clear I just wanted an estimate. They explained it would be best to keep it over night to thoroughly check for dents. After being handed the keys to the rental, I was then questioned on who my insurance was with and that they needed my insurance policy for the camaro. At that point, I was informed that they would be contacting my insurance in regards to the matter. I was a little confused at that time because I just simply wanted a written estimate. After I left with the rental , I called and requested that nothing be sent/nor conact be made to insurance because I wanted to disclose the information/claim with my insurance personally. I was then told again, that insurance would cover it regardless where I went and that me making a claim would not affect my premiums.(which I understood, but again I just wanted a written estimate) We hung up the phone and I went home to think about it. I messaged Tealah and said that I would like the estimate and I would be bringing back the rental the next day and picking up my car up. I stated I would pay for the one day use of the rental if need be while they developed my estimate. I was was then sent a picture of the car marked up where they had circled the dents. At that time she tried to talk me out of bringing the car back and just continuing to let them fix it. She said, "Would you like to see it marked? we will keep it marked for you to see? I stated yes please and that I was looking forward to seeing the estimate for the repair (the main purpose of this drop off.) When I arrived the next day, I was pulling down the road, and Tealah saw me and immidartley ran into the building, almost as if she was avoiding speaking to me.(never saw her the rest of the time I was there) -red flag to me. I parked the rental and walked in and was greeted by two men. They took me into the shop and by that time they had wiped the markings off the car(after I had asked to see them since THEY offered to keep it marked) - another red flag. I stated I appreciated their time and would contact them if I chose to set up a time to have them fix it. That lead to questioning such as, what was holding me back from letting them fix the dents. After explaining in person 3 separate times that I just wanted an estimate, I had to ask multiple times for an actual number estimate. The number I was quoted seemed as if it was pulled out of the air. When I told them okay thank you, Ill get back with you. I could tell since I was not budging on letting them fix the car at that very second, they mentally were done. They handed me a business card and walked me off.I spoke to my insurance a few days later and told them about the estimates I had received. When it came to this company, he had asked for me to send him the written estimate they had given me. I informed him that they had not given me any paperwork regarding an estimate just a verbal quote. My insurance adjuster said, " okay that's suspicious. Why would they take the time to do an estimate and not document it?" - red flag again. I was thinking the same thing since the other companies had all given me a written document with a number.At first the employees were nice and pleasant, but as soon as I confirmed I just simply wanted and estimate and wasn't wanting to get it fixed that very day, the whole experience changed.I will not be recommending this company to friends nor family.

Emily with T&T was amazing to work with from start to finish. She handled everything from the insurance claim to the rental. She made the entire process painless for us.As for the workmanship, I m blown away. The car looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside before returning the car. The shop was able to work with us on the deductible which is also a major plus.We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Shout out to the Outstanding Team @ T& T Hail Repair Specialist in Carmel IN. My overall experience from the business in general was great. William helped me with my insurance all the way down to making sure I had a rental vehicle until more vehicle was finished. I cannot say enough good things about the T&T Hail Repair Specialists team and Will for the professionalism, customer service, and job done on my extensive hail damage. I just got a new Jeep in January and it had 800+ dents from a large hail storm in June. My Jeep looks brand new and I cried as soon as I got in it because I was so excited! S/O to the team for making it look newer than it did when I got it - Tommy, Tealah, Justin, Mike D., Clay, and Bill. I also wanted to S/O Alex for her exquisite customer service, ability to build rapport with me in such a quick time, and for driving me to enterprise to get my rental. I ve NEVER had a place fixing my car take me over to enterprise, so this speaks volumes about their desire to do the best job for their customers. Finally, when I came back to get my car, they had filled up my gas tank! I was in shock and beyond appreciative. Amazing service!!!!! I was originally just going to get my hail damage fixed (broken windshield and hood damage)but I did express my concern about my car that was vandalized! Wasn t sure if they were able to fix it or not . THEY FIXED EVERYTHING!!!! Hail damage, paint from vandalism and even detailed my car. They were also able to negotiate with my insurance where I didn t have any deductibles! When I got my car back it felt like I was driving a brand new car!Huge shoutout to William who helped with the whole process and was very professional! He kept clear communication with me and my car was done within a week. And huge shoutout to Clay who did the paint job!Thank you so much T&T repair. William was awesome and worked with me and held the insurance company accountable. He fixed my hail damage, cleaned my car inside and out and even filled up my tank. Extremely POSITIVE Hello to anyone that is still interested or looking and don t know where to trust a hail repair shop, that had hail damage, I strongly recommend T&T. I was very well satisfied with my Equinox (HERSHEY), from start to finish I had over 11,000 hail damage and Will and Emily made sure my Equinox (HERSHEY) was going to come out Sparkling Bran New..And I am very well satisfied with the work they did to get it done. I was so glad Will discovered my Equinox (HERSHEY) in a parking lot to promise to make her better, that was one of the reasons why I took her to T&T!!!Also Emily took care of me very well, made sure I had a rental car until my HERSHEY was done, And less running for me. So, first I want to start with the fact that I thought all of these review were fake. I mean, who gets all 5 star reviews? I promise you, they re not. William was awesome to work with from start to finish. I took my car here for hail damage and you would NEVER know it if you saw it now. The shop truly showed attention to detail and dedication to getting my car as perfect as possible, which these days is super hard to find. They also filled up my tires, detailed my car and almost even gave me an oil change! I had to get my car back sooner so they didn t but, the fact that they even paid attention to that was fantastic. They also helped me out with the nightmare rental car situation I was in. You will not go wrong if you go to this shop true customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know, and all you strangers on the internet. You won t be disappointed!

Had 3 vehicles repaired after a hail storm. One vehicle was brand new and the work done restored it to its new condition. Great communication with the staff, easy to work with. They really took care of us! I will certainly go back and have recommended them to everyone who has talked about their hail-ridden vehicles.

First of all William is a person who is so knowledgeable in allAspect when it comes to car , when I went to him with hail damages in my car I was super nervous that i am gonna go spend lot of money out of my pocket , but he educated me how car insurance works in usa and he taught me ways to save money using my own insurance which I didn t even know for 10 years and also told why hail damage doesn t increase my car insurance premium. He made sure to help with my loaner car even though I didn t have renter insurance for free. His work on my car was so professional as he found out every bit of hail damage in my car and contacted my insurance and made sure every cost is taken care of my insurance. He fixed even complicated hail damages in tough spot and now my car looks brand new. Anything related to car and especially if you have any hail damage trust william who will make sure the hail is fixed and also make sure your insurance pay every dime. T&T did an amazing job repairing hail damage on my truck. I m shocked I can t find any evidence of the previous dents in the hood that were there. They re incredibly easy to work with and keep their customers updated through the whole process. I m hopeful not to drive through another monster hail storm, but if I do I already know where my truck is going after!

William and his team at T & T Hail Repair were amazing to work with! William was very personable and relatable, and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process of getting my hail damage fixed. He was very understanding and patient with all of my concerns as this was my first experience and ensured me through every aspect of the process. T&T Hail Repair is very reliable and I had no problem trusting them with my car.
