We have taken our cars here for years. I made an appointment, showed up at 8, spoke to Hugh, and he immediately drove my car. No service on tie rods needed. I went to Hugh because after getting tires at Belles they said I needed tie rods. Could not have been happier with the experience at Sam s. Loved the mom-and-pop atmosphere. The repairs were done quickly and correctly, they were straightforward and kept me well-informed, and they were reasonably priced. Didn t try to gouge me like a dealership or a big company would have. I won t be taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Some of the best people I've ever met. They're genuinely great guys who charge fair and honest prices, and don't try to nickel and dime you like chain garages do. Brought my car in to check out a noise in the front right wheel well, which turned out to be such a simple fix (loose bolt) they refused to charge me for it. Sam's has my business as long as they're in business, can't recommend them enough.

Been taking my cars here for services for years, and can honestly say I've never had an issue. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they strive to be better than the service centers at dealerships in every way

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car (CV Joint). Other repair shops quoted a lot of unneeded work to be done besides the obvious, but Sams were quick to determine the problem and fixed it in very short time. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Absolutely the best auto repair place, most honest and reasonable people in auto service industry. Been a customer over twenty years and not even once I would question their ethics and professionalism. These guys worked on all my vehicles from classics to late model imports. Their prices on repairs are impossible to beat in our area. They will never fix something that's not broken. I would never take my vehicles any where else. Great service and great honest people!!!

Sams is the best auto repair shop in town. If they can't fix it, it doesn't need fixing! Always reasonable and if you listen, you'll usually learn something as well! We love these guys and have our entire family go to their shop when they need auto care. Tell Hubie we said "Hi!"

Took my car in because of issues with it shutting down randomly. Ended up being an anti-theft issue with the computer. They were unable to fix it due to the computer not spitting out any codes. Sams was very quick and called with any info they had to keep me in the loop. They refused to charge me since they were unable to "fix" my car. They are very reasonable people and I will definitely be taking my car here for any other problems in the future. Best and most honest car people around!

I've taken 3 cars to Sam's over the past 6 years and each time I feel like family walking in there. They are straight forward and upfront about costs. Ive called them from the road and they take the time t talk to me like an individual, not a customer. Great place.

Took my 2007 Corolla in for a general tune-up and service at 128k miles. The guys looked everything over and called me with recommendations before doing anything. They did a great job and were easy to work with. There estimate was straight forward. If you're looking for a great auto shop in Carmel, I recommend these guys.

Sam's Auto are true mechanics. They fix things that can be fixed, replace parts when necessary. Hubie has a wealth of knowledge for most makes/models. Extremely straight-forward, fair-pricing, pretty good turn-around. Exceed my expectations on almost every visit.

Highly recommend. Brought my car in for a stuck oil drain bolt. Work was done in less than two hours free of charge. Will definitely be suggesting Sam's to everyone.

Sam's is fast and a good price. My passenger's side manufold cracked before and it took pfm 2 weeks to do i took. Down the line my drivers side when out and it took sams crew 4 days

These guys simply know their profession better than anyone else and never overcharge you for the work. There are no excuses and expectations are properly set and met. Been a customer for fifteen years

Love this place! They are honest and prices are lower than others when we've done quotes a couple places. Have even charges less than quote before when it wasn't as difficult as they thought!!

Had an engine replaced and they were very fast and serviceable. Hubert really knows his cars and doesnt mind explaining things if you dont understand the issue
