Barb was great. Made the process of renting a unit super easy! She even gave us a pair of eclipse sunglasses to watch as we were unloading our uhaul!

I had the easiest time applying, and getting a storage unit today. IT was smooth and easy. The ladies in the front office where extremely helpful. I was moving at the speed of light, forgetting things, and they remained calm for me and were able to help me every step of the way. Very thankful for the patience and help.

Place is very spacious and clean. Nice wide roads for getting around other tenants. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Was a fast and easy experience. Unit was clean and ready to go when I got there after signing up online 20 minutes prior. Barb was kind and helpful and made herself available if I needed anything!

Easy experience getting a storage unit. Amanda and Barb were great to work with and helped me quickly get a storage unit. Clean spaces and a lot of security features to the property. Highly recommend.

I am in town for work and needed a last minute unit and I discovered Extra Space Storage. They were extremely friendly, helpful and are all very clean units. Will definitely continue to use this place.

Amanda is terrific and helped us move into a larger unit the same day we were moving out of our home. Made our long exhausting day easier and wanted to help us anyway she could!

Barbara s customer service was exceptional!! Was my first time renting a storage unit. She answered all of my questions and was very informative throughout the whole process. Was in & out of the office in 15 minutes with a new storage unit. 10/10 recommend!!!

My experience at Extra Space Storage in Carmel, was great! The store mgr was very helpful, and explained all the plans for a 10x15 storage space. Mrs. Barbara Rak is experienced, smart and was very nice to my grandson, too.I feel we got the best deal available.

Barbra is absolutely amazing and very help full! She showed us around the facility and answered any questions I had with wonderful answers! She even took time to go to know me and even offered me a water on my trip back to Tennessee! She s the sweetest person ever! Definitely will recommend her and the facility to anyone I know!

Updated 11/02/2023: They did work with me, so lesson learned. Call them! It seems they'll do what they can!Updated 10/31/2023: It doesn't matter how great the set-up is if the rate DOUBLES two months in. I'm beyond pissed.My experience with Extra Space Storage has been great so far, and Barb in the office is just lovely! Having this storage is going to be a huge help to me, and I feel good about keeping my things here.

Reserving a unit online was so easy to do and when I showed up the next morning, Barb was very kind and had everything ready for me. She was communicative and made sure I had everything we needed to access the unit and gave tips for storing the code. She followed up and has been very helpful. Positive experience!

Although I don't have a unit here, I've been delivering to this facility for about a year now with FedEx Ground. I've gotta say, it's a great location--tucked back away from busy roads--and private, as it sits on the outside corner of a side road just off 96th Street. The staff is great. Barbara is so sweet and very helpful. If I lived up this way, I'd definitely rent from them!

I ve been at the storage unit little over a year and the storage company was really helpful and gladly worked around my schedule on letting me in and out. The owner is extremely sweet and helpful. I totally recommend using this place.

Incredibly easy online application! Barb was an absolute gem. Such a sweetheart. She was incredibly responsive, informative, and friendly. I am very happy with the space and price. 10/10 recommendation. :)
