Store manager Emmanuel is a real piece of work with severe sidewall damage from a pothole. I have a road hazard warranty refused to replace and is telling me it is safe to take my entire family with this tire to Chicago. Even though the entire rubber can be peeled back and belts can be seen showing Would never recommend going to this tire shop crooks.

I'm new to the neighborhood and kept my eyes on this place. I couldn't help but notice the awesome crew that always seems to be happy doing there job. And they did a fantastic job on my mini van. I was having a bad day not feeling well. They replaced all four of my tires in about an hour. I recommend this place they know there stuff.

The employees at Tire Barn completed the work I requested quickly and professionally. I was not upsold on parts or service I didn t want or need. I trust the employees at Tire Barn and will bring my vehicles back for any service they offer that I need in the future.

Would like to thank Dale. They were about to close. He looked at my tire seeing what was wrong with it. Thought I needed a new tire but took the time to explain that it was a quick fix. He took it in and replaced the stem filled it with air put it back on and sent me in my way. Quick great service thank you

Came in today to get my tire repaired and the gentleman that greeted me was extremely nice and easy to talk to. I was informed that my tires were too old and at the end of their life but I didn't believe them until they showed me my tires and explained that my tires were wearing faster than normal and it was due to not rotating them as I should and that my alignment was out. So we talked tires and decided on the "mid range" tire, when they was talking about tires for my vehicle they asked about where I drive, how often do I drive, and how far I drove! I felt like this experience was tailored for me and my needs. Every single person there is very knowledgeable and professional and I don't know what I would do without them!!! I'm definitely going to be coming back and spreading the word that they do great work and now brakes too!!!

Horrible service!On 1/1/24 at 12:25 I came into TB & asked for help...& some Hispanic kid who looked to be under the influence of some kind of drugs huffed & puffed about helping me...I asked him "Are you OK with helping me?" And his response in a VERY LOUD tone was "DOES IT LOOK LIKE IM HELPING YOU?" I told him you can stop now, I'll be calling corporate & let them know about your professionalism. And I left

Super friendly staff! They didn t have the cooper tires I wanted in stock and had them picked up and delivered within a couple hours. Appreciate you guys! Thanks for hooking my girl up with new shoes.

The Tire Barn Warehouse in Camby is my only destination for tires. They have a good prices on good tires, and a good staff. One other benefit of buying from Tire Barn is they are located all over the state, so if you have a tire emergency, they are in virtually every Indiana city.

We have been loyal to this Tire Barn for years having bought at least 3 sets of tires. In the past they have served us well. But every since covid and the new tire store that was built directly in front of them, we have seen this store struggle to keep their service at a high level due to the constant turnover and help shortages. We endured having to "make an appointment" to have the tires rotated. or waiting 2 hours or more to fix a flat just to stay loyal and not go to "the other place". But now they seem to be scrapping the bottom of the barrel for help. Just earlier in the week we came out to a flat tire on our car. We aired it up and headed out to this store for what we hoped would be a quick plug job. When we got there we explained to the man who was on duty what we needed and where on the car the tire was. He walked over to the car and instead of looking at the defective tire started "inspecting" all the other tires. He came back in and said "unfortunately the tires are dry rotting and can't be fixed." This was complete nonsense. We left and went straight to the other place, and they got us right in and fixed the tire for no charge. Tire barn has lost our business for good. From the looks of it. they won't be in business much longer.

Four years ago (2019 about) I bought tires from this place for both vehicles. I was so pleased with the service I went back this year and bought THE SAME tire models and types for my car again. These tires were recommended by the counter guy when I asked for great set of sporty tires .This year the place just isn t the same. Subpar knowledge from the guy at the counter, building is kinda dreary and run down, no drinks or snacks etc. Took a very long time to get done. I don t really trust the word of the employees and if they actually balanced and aligned the car.Sorry Tire Barn Warehouse. I may swing by for alignment/rotation next year or in six months to check in on any changes but I ll be reluctant to recommend this place

Typically 19.99 balance & rotate includes just that 4 tires balsnce and rotated...well rotate was done incorrectly instead of criss cross pattern they put fronts on backs and only and only balance only 2 tires which is not service thst tire barn ever did ever.. Every vehicle i owe has gone to this location. But your current employees only doing half services but i called gentleman out about it oh ill give discount ... Having issues with balance machine but you balance two of them with improperately trained technicians the technicians wouldn't using the balance machine correctly was the issue. So when I got my invoice he put He did four tire rotations and I marked it out and he only did two so if you're only going to do half the service why are you even working you're going to hurt somebody when I pay for when I made the appointment online the guy the gentleman made a comment under his breath but you only said rotation well when I'm paying for the 1999 it says tires and rotation on your platform I expect you to do what I'm paying for this location needs a hard look at and the security footage review because customers aren't getting what they're paying for and it's going to end up hurting somebody

Don't have a good variety of name brand tires,and they don't except Zurich tire warranty! What if I was in a bind and that's all a person had was that warranty! I would have just had a flat tire!

Had a tire fail so I called tire barn about replacing my tires they were willing to take time to help me over the phone which was great customer service. Came down and they got me in and out in no time and I didn't pay an arm and a leg for all 4 tires.

I requested to have a front tire replaced, which was slowly losing air. They refused, stating that because the car was all wheel drive, that it would damage the car somehow. This was the same store, by the way, that had replaced a tire on this SAME CAR, which had failed and had to be replaced. At that time, they offered to replace the other front tire, as it was showing some wear, but as I didn't have the money at the time, they agreed to only replace the damaged tire. Apparently, that approach has given way to 'upsell at all costs', and this was the breaking point they chose. I won't be back.

This was the 2nd time that the person behind the counter didn't know what they were talking about . The first time I left and bought my tires at another Tire Barn store . This time the Store Manager intervened and they took my car right in and started working on it .

Got cheated and manipulated out of nearly 1000 dollars for 4 new tires when probably only needed one tire fixed/replaced. My ignorance was my fault, but the fear mongering of a transmission issue from just getting one tire fixed/replaced was out of line

I walked in expecting to pay over $600 worth of work on my car. Emmanuel asked me why did I think I needed that much work done, so I showed him my quote from Belle Tire. He said that I didn t need most of the work I was quoted for and he saved me $400. I will never go back to that other place because I had a feeling they were not the most honest and were just trying to take advantage of a woman. It s difficult finding an honest and reliable place to take your car already. Tire Barn is fairly priced and honest and the only place for my car from now on.If you ever go to Belle Tire, I d recommend a second opinion better yet just go to Tire Barn and save some money and patience.

Just took a brand new set of wheels in to have tires put on and the broke one of my center caps. Highly disappointed in this place. I took the wheels there because they are supposed to be the professionals. Not to mention they showed no remorse for what they had done. I definitely will not be going back to tire barn. This is the second time they screwed something up. The first time was an alignment they had done. They used old shims and the vehicle still pulls to the right. Nor did they wipe of the mess they left on the wheels. They literally took the wheel out of the box and this is what I get. Highly highly disappointed in this place. I would love to speak with corporate about this issue. But I know I would never get a response.

Big shout out to Nathan, he did everything he could possibly do to help my mom out with a tire that she needed today. Being a Sunday afternoon with hardly any other tire places open and the tire in stock was way more than what she had, he tried everything he could to get the price down to a affordable price for her. Very professional and nice to us. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job!
