New sway bar is handling great, very happy with that repair!However, my receipt stated I was due for all fluids to be flushed, I would have loved a phone call while my car was being worked on; I could have approved that as well and killed two birds with one stone. Overall, great service. I'll be back!

They stored my Can-Am Spyder F3-S without damage and were thoughtful enough to store my personal belongings out of the weather. Pick-up was quick, easy, and a bargain price.

Mike from Brent's Towing arrived in a timely fashion to unlock my car. I left the keys in the vehicle and between a cart full of groceries and the frigid temperature 's I was anxious to get into my car. Mike was extremely friendly and professional and I was on my way in just a few minutes. I would recommend this company

Happy to know that I can rely on my thirteen year old Buick. Brent + his team have been servicing my vehicle for over four years and I feel good knowing it's a great car and it's being serviced properly. Brent told me I needed new brake lines because the old ones were rusty. I can really tell a difference when I apply brake pressure; it's like driving a new car. I intend on keeping this car until it doesn't run anymore, and thanks to Brent, I think I that's a goal I can reach :)

Fuel pump went bad. Brent & team were able to get me taken care of right away. A month later Brent text me to follow up and make sure everything was running smoothly. Great experience from start to finish to follow up. This crew is top notch. Thanks again Brent & team!

Brent and his staff are always friendly and helpful. They explain the things I don't know while still never making me feel like they're talking down to me. Price wise you're going to have to really dig to find a cheaper shop. They seem to always get things done quickly while still doing the job right.

Brent's automotive is awesome! They were able to help me in the most difficult time imaginable. I made an appointment and had to cancel due to circumstances during this time. Brent was so understanding when I called back to see if I could still keep the orginal appointment and he did just that. Fixed my car without hesitation with more than fair charges. Because of Brent I was able to get back to Michigan and be with my family during this difficult and heart wrenching time. Thank you so much!

Had a flat tire coming out of home. Used my roadside assistance through insurance and someone from here quickly answered the call and recused me. Very friendly, caring, and quick. I locked my keys in my Truck. Filed claim through my State Farm insurance app and requested roadside assistance. Brent's Automotive accepted the service call. They arrived within an hour and the driver was very quick in getting my door open. He was very kind and professional. Thanks Brent's Automotive for your help!!

Broke down on highway. Lost all oil pressure. In transit from Michigan to Kentucky. Towed, gave ride to hotel, fixed truck, picked us up and returned us to truck. Very pleasant experience seeing as we were Broke down. Everyone was very concerned about our comfort and safety. Took bad start to trip and made it better.Thanks again for your help and consideration.

I ve been going to Brent s for years and they always treat me fairly and kindly. Most recently, I had my thermostat replaced- they did an excellent job and had it done before I got off work the same day. I worked with Scott and he was excellent! Walked me through everything in detail and helped me better understand the situation. Fair pricing and good quality work!Service: A/C installation & repair

Dave is a wonderful man who went out of his way to make sure my family and I were okay and safe and had our camper back ASAP! Stuck on the side of the road and he was the only one that would help us! Fix the wheel bearings and our camper and even without past 11:00 to look at it cannot say enough about this wonderful place!

Such a great experience with Brent s Automative! They communicated very well with when they would arrive at my location and what they needed from me. Both the service from the facility and the towing vehicle rep where attentive and made sure my transportation arrived before they left with me car. Tire blew on my boat trailer at 3am. One of the guys came with a flatbed and brought it to their shop. Explained everything to me he was doing and hauled it off. 1st thing in the morning I go to their shop and they install a new tire. Quick, affordable, and very professional. Highly recommended!

Nick was the one who fixed my car, and he did a fantastic job.Brent helped me at the front desk, and it is rare to find an honest mechanic that won't try to cheat you....but not only was he honest, but he also taught me a few tricks to keep my car working and even how to fix it myself. Will definitely be going back!

The gentleman from the phone number I called seemed very disinterested in providing the services needed. Upon answering the phone he was very non-communicative, and didn't care to whether my car was going to get picked up at the suggested time I was told. The tow service should have been here 3 hours before they actually came to get my car, calling them 2 times later they finally showed up to pick up my car. I am grateful I was not sitting outside in negative degree weather stranded on the side of the road. The gentleman who drove the tow truck was a very nice person, I am please with the in-person contact, phone service however is not the best.

The family work horse was serviced here. It was a 2000 Chevy 3500 dually with a 454. Major work was done on the engine. Initially the vehicle performed much better than it did before servicing. Unfortunately it didn't hold up and quit running within the year's end. Considering the fact that regular upkeep on the truck was not kept to standards, the extra life out of it was more than expected. Brent worked with us allowing us to pay it off while also being able to get the vehicle back. Labor costs were expensive and I would recommend comparing other garages with Brent if you are in need of a serious repair. Minus the costs, I would recommend this garage to others.The staff is very helpful and friendly and quite knowledgeable in their respected field.

I broke down outside of Woodburn after blowing out my tire. They came as quickly as they could and helped me out. They weren't rude, either, like most tow companies are. Thank you for being patient as I had to clean out my trunk, too, and helping me get my car restarted!
