Brought my vehicle here to get a quick tire patch a couple hours before they were closing. The technician turned me away and said they weren't repairing tires anymore that day because they are required to have 2 tire technicians to do any tire repairs. There were 2 other technicians there besides her. She didn't even bother looking at my tire. I've never heard of this before. Since when are 2 tire technicians required to repair one tire? Absolute nonsense. I've had plenty of tire repairs over the years and only 1 technician was needed. One of those times was at this same location 1 year prior and I had no issues, so I know what she said was nonsense. She just didn't want to do the work. Never coming here again.

Order tires online and paid for them. Said they were in stock. Had an appointment to get them installed. Got a email saying only Had two tires . Called the store and was told they had no tires in stock. Had to call corporate to get a refund on them. Very disappointed with buying online.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will not return after being a customer for over 5 years now! The old man Ron I believe is his name needs to retire!

The gentleman, Mark Jr. , helped tremendously. He help me find the right tire for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma and had it delivered in a timely fashion. The tire installation was fast and effective. And the auto crew as a whole gets my respect and gratitude.Service: TiresService: Tires

I've done business with this tire center for 20 years now. They have a new "manager", Josh. I bought my son a new tire from the Brownsburg Walmart after he got a flat. A few weeks later a realized my son had not tightened down his lug nuts properly and ruined the rim. I then bought a new rim and took it to Walmart to replace. They told me the "lifetime warranty" didn't apply and I "had to buy another new tire" to get them to touch it. I went to Big-O tire and they took care of me within minutes. Big-O got a new customer for life after they completed manager Josh's job within 5 minutes of me showing up, and it wasn't even their tire. Don't go to Walmart for anything vehicle related, it's just kids working hard to get out of work. Manager Josh is just a lazy child.

They did a great job both times. Been there twice on a Sunday because no other places are open on Sunday when I needed the service. Once for windshield wiper and another for a flat tire. Did not have an appointment, but got in right away and finished quickly. Visited two days ago, they were very kind and helpful when purchasing my new tires. They weren t too expensive either! They went out of their way to ensure I got the best deal for my budget!

I ordered and paid for my tires online for my local store. I made the appointment for installation and received confirmation, twice. Got to my appointment and the tires were not there. "You should have gotten an email saying don't come ". I didn't. They just kept telling me I should have. Didn't even offer to look and see if they had something comparable in stock. Really dissatisfied, and I immediately went online and canceled my order and went elsewhere.

I don't know why I keep trying to get oil changes here. It might be because I am a father of 6 and have very little time during the week to schedule an oil change at a great place like Big O...8 out of 10 times I go there I get the "we just booked our last customer of the day" line...usually 3-4 hours before they close! Always rude and never apologetic. And if I show up in the morning they usually give me a ridiculous wait time prediction like 5 hours. What good is it to have family friendly hours when you get service like this??? I'm now at Firestone and getting great service! Maybe next time I will remember and avoid the Walmart Sarcasm Center!

I had originally left 1 star due to 5 hour wait time on an oil change and some other issues in the service. I edited the review because Eric who is a manager here resolved all of the issues and made the resolution pretty stress free. There are a lot of places that dont own up to mistakes and it's difficult to get things back to where you were before the service. I probably wont her service in the auto center again but the issues that did come up were quickly resolved.

Got all 4 tires replaced today and oil change. Excellent job and all done in less than 1.5 hrs. Manager was outstanding and would recommend Brownsburg Walmart Auto to anyone.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

When I dropped my car off it took over 30 minutes for them to put my information in the system because none of the employees knew how to use it. All I needed was a simple oil change and tire rotation. They promised they would call me as soon it was done. 20 minutes before they were going to close (about 5 hours since I dropped off my car) I still hadnt heard from them. I called them and of course it was ready, it probably had been for hours. A few days later I noticed my car was leaking oil. They not only did the oil change improperly but broke something inside my car. I am surprised it didnt catch fire before I noticed it. I am horrified that they could mess up something so simple. Never taking a vehicle here again.

Friday evening around 4:30, day after Thanksgiving. Needed to replace a tire that went flat. Traveling through IN to TN. We did not want to travel without a spare. The three service people were very helpful!!!! Unfortunately Walmart did not have the correct size of tire, but the service person called around to find a place that did have the correct size and even gave us the pricing for the tire. They gave us the address and even checked to make sure the spare tire that was on the truck was tightened enough. My brother and I appreciate the help they gave us to get us back on the road again. Even though Walmart did not have a tire that would fit the gentleman took the time to help find a place that did. Thank you, Chris, Cameron and John. :)

Went here to get a oil change and pulled up. Well there was a auto employee walk right by me as I m sitting behind another car. As I was sitting there I noticed the same employee look out at the bay window at me, so at that point I went in to ask them if they were closed. He stated that they were booked up the rest of the day. (Had two cars) Now I understand being done for the day, but tell me, just don t let me sit out in the car as you walk by without telling me that it was full. Rude! I will never be back.

Dont take your Subaru there for an oil change they will most likely drain your transmission fluid b/c they dont know what they are doing! They did it to me in my 2008 Legacy about a 1.5 yrs ago and now they have done it to my G.F. this day. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but both times they've blamed it on "new technicians". Which is B.S.! Its the supervisors fault for not keeping an eye on their "new technicians". Since they aren't full service they had to have the SUV towed to a real garage to have the work performed. They did pay for everything which is expected...... So if you want to spend half a day getting an oil change with a free transmission fluid replacement take your car here.

It took about fifteen minutes to try to get a price quote on a set of tires. I was wanting a quote on a set of four tires of a specific model with all expenses to put them on and get out the door. When I finally got a reply, I was given a price on just one tire, not an installed set which is what I wanted to know. The price per tire was ten dollars more than the price on Walmart's website. I told the person this, and was told "that's just an internet price". I guess I will get the tires from a local tire shop whose price per tire is four bucks cheaper. Always the low price at Walmart ... NOT!

Ordered tires, which were never delivered, money was refunded. However the store staff was useless in trying to resolve the issue. Went elsewhere to purchase tires and have them installed. Won't be going back.

It should be no stars. The staff is slow and rude. I've spent 3 hours total on 2 separate occasions to get an oil change and it still isn't done.

Quite disappointed with their service I brought my car in a couple months ago for an oil change when I came back here they told me that the plug was too tight and they had to send me somewhere else I felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me
