I m a truck driver who has been driving for 9 years of those years I have found out that tmc treats there employees and drivers like trash but there higher ups get treated like royalty. There mechanics are treated like pieces of trash if your a woman there and like equals if your a man which in my mind is sexist. I refuse to send anyone to that company or any company that treats there employees as a number. As I have found out they make the mechanics polish there rigs which I m sorry to say is not there job there job is to get the rigs on the road and dot approved. That is a waist of time mechanics could be fixing other major problems. Secondly I also am aware of the fact that this company has been bidding the masks for there employees along with glasses for there safety. This is dangerous and unacceptable. As for your drivers please train them better as to not drive in the fast lane as they have almost cause multiple accidents. Secondly please vent your trainers as I have run into some drivers that could not tarp a load properly if they try or even know when there equipment is bad. Please treat your workers and mechanics with respect and treat them asa family not a number.

This driver is going to cost you a lot of money and/or someone their life. I understand everyone is desperate for employees and drivers right now, but you should still take peoples concerns over reckless driving serious. I called to let them know, but the gentleman I spoke with didn t seem to concerned. I don t expect or want the company to reach out, I just want this out there as proof just in case someone does get hurt that this wasn t the first incident and it was reported.

Don't join TMC you don't get loads and pay and if you leave TMC they don't pay you for the last week you work for.. trust been there not worth it even tho they have peterbilt we out here for the money not to look cool!!

Great company to work for. I no longer work here but the time I did was just fine. Training is top notch as well as equipment. If you're looking to get started in flatbed, this is the place to go!

Driver in Truck 12315 is a liability to your company! If you have dash camera. Check it out from last night. Pilot, Franklin KY Around 9:30 pm When this driver came through the parking lot in the wrong direction to fast. Weaving in & out of the trucks trying to exit the truck stop. Basically everyone had to come to a stop for .I never seen one of TMC drivers be so reckless. I generally think very highly of TMC.

My husband works for this company and they are the absolute best to their employees. This terminal was very clean and has awesome showers and free laundry. If you are able to get there it definitely makes life on the road easier.

Still a horrible company. Good to start at but not to stay long term! I see my review has been removed.. God forbid any one sees the truth about this company! Forget to pay you,shop is so slow because they don't have real mechanics,super strict about anything! Never get you home when you have request way in advance. Sometimes it was worse then the military.

There only getting 2 stars for the facility. They're anal about cleanup and that's a good thing...until you're a technician cleaning the bathrooms. If you wanna be a technician and fight for a position in a popularity contest this place is for you! Dave in Brownsburg is the most unprofessional service manager I've ever worked with. He takes part in workplace drama and has discussions about techs with other techs he prefers in the open and doesn't care who hears. His scheduling for his technicians is completely disorganised and switches techs four to five time every 3 months. George has very little knowledge for an assistant service manager. When I was told to do brakes on a truck equipped with rear disk brakes he advised me how to do the job INCORRECTLY not knowing that I had done this job numerous times on different applications. Finally, the foremen are like high school girls. They had started rumors about a technician I know personally stating he had been drinking on the job when in fact he's never drank a drop his entire life. It seems all great for the first few months then it goes downhill. If you're a tech I urge you to look elsewhere. This shop is disorganized staff wise, unprofessional, and the supervisors are as fickle as they come.

When I got there and walked into the shop, I saw that the floor was so clean that you could eat off of it. And yet there was a guy still polishing it! Dedicated kitchen area for drivers in separate building, free washer and dryer for drivers, including soapand dryer sheets. Clean showers and eye-popping white towels, new loaner cars, cement parking lot. Truck wash, fuel lanes, relatively fast service given that they are just beginning to settle at this new location.

Great company. Fleet manger Kendall took good care of me and had no problem with getting home every weekend. Nice equipment but 62 mph is definitely a bummer

How hard is it to keep drivers in the loop on what's going on with the truck or a timeline or any info? "hey it won't be ready you might want to get a hotel room" geezus been here twice and it seems like no one cares if the driver gets rest or anything. I hate coming here.

If you are looking to do Flatbed as a rookie driver TMC is your best option. They have an excellent training program and a very supportive staff. You can make top dollar from the start! And I suggest you take their TQM class As soon as you are able! Being on your own for the first week heck for the first 3 months is tough. The class will help you in making better personal and professional decisions out on the road. I hope this review helped you in anyway! Good Luck!

Great place TMC for drivers to recharge.With laundry,showers, and kitchen area for drivers as well as an on lot fuel island truck wash and full service maintenance bays. Its a great place to spend a 34.

TMC is awesome! Its not so easy to see when your there driving 62 mph but after you leave and recognize how organized TMC is you grow much appreciation. Like all companies they have there issues, but they have a system in place, that works. There is clear chain of command. There facilities and equipment is top notch. The logs allow for adjustments, also have experts who are willing and abile to teach you how to properly document your time. Overall TMC is a great company to work for!

Best company out there..takes care of their drivers from dispatch to mechanics..best in the trucking industry
